Gone For Good

The company was right on time and it actually took less time than I expected it to. They hauled a lot of extra things that my kids had left behind when they had moved out. I had things like 4 mattresses and junk that was thrown in my basement and garage. They came in and I told them what it was, and they were so nice about it! They were so professional and explained that I could just tell them what I wanted out and they would take it. They filled a full truck but there is still more stuff. They said I could put what was left in a corner and they would come by to haul it away. I will use them again. The price was fabulous and they were awesome!

This is the second time I have used this company to haul away garbage and construction rubbish. They were awesome both times! They showed up when they said they would. The people are courteous and respectful and they do a great job!

They were on time and very professional, and we felt like $75 was a fair price. We didn't have to haul the couches out to the curb ourselves, they handled all that. We would definitely use them again.

Crew of 2 showed up on time. Discussed our plan. Excess junk in the basement and garage bordering on hoarding. The guys worked hard to get rid of what I needed removed. Very professional. Gave me suggestions for doing a more thorough clean out. Filled a truck. Off it went! So grateful to them! This was a real value. I will use them again once I get the rest organized. Told me if we put what we want in one part of the basement or garage they would handle the rest - including any trash. Would definitely recommend them.

They did a fantastic job! Even though the prices had increased from what the description showed on Angie's list, they held to the price shown on Angie's list, as well as gave us a Senior Discount on top of that. They actually came a day earlier than requested, due to a pending snowstorm. They even showed up 45 minutes earlier than they said they would so there was no need to wait around at all! The two movers that came were very professional, pleasant, and careful not to damage anything while moving the furniture out. We will definitely use "Gone for Good" for any future moving/removing of furniture.

The guys arrived a bit early and worked fast and hard. They were friendly and professional and I was amazed at how well they fit everything into the truck--like a puzzle! I didn't think they'd be able to fit so much. They even managed to take some stuff we were going to send in the regular trash. It was such a relief to have a crew come and clean everything out. I love the philosophy of the company as well. As little as possible ends up in the landfill. I highly recommend Gone for Good.

There was a miscommunication as far as what they were capable of doing. We didn't get accomplish what we set up to do. It was fine if all they were doing was to pick up boxes or furniture but we render the impression that they would be able to pick trash, yard debris or loose stuff that didn't have to be bagged or boxed. In another situation where we will have things that are bagged or boxed, we would call them back again but we were under misconception as far as their capabilities were.

Everything went very smooth. Earnest and Steven arrived on time, in fact a little earlier than the scheduled time. They were both very courteous and professional. I explained what needed to be hauled away, they proceeded and loaded everything up it in a short time.

Excellent service, professional and timely

I t went very well. They were running a little late. but Reid called me to let me know. When they got here, they loaded the items quickly and efficiently. This inlcuded 2 entertainment centers, a couch a sofa, a dresser, 2 televisions, and a 4 poster queen sized bed with mattress. They also took away some trash (old wood from a fence repair). Reid and his helper were courteous and friendly. It's surprising how much furniture they were able fit into a half truck load.

Excellent service. Workers showed up on time for appointment and did an excellent job of removing the mass of junk that had accumulated in my basement. Provided estimate before service was performed and they hauled away everything they said they would. "E" team was sent out and they were courteous, quick and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

The service was good. I scheduled the appointment easily and left the stuff out because I was thinking that it was going to be hauled in a day and they took it. So, it was pretty easy and straightforward. Nobaody was going to be home so they said that we could just put the stuff outside the garage on our driveway and that they would take it by a certain time of the day and so when I got home, it was gone. There was nothing bad about the service. The good part about it was that they took what I needed them to including a car battery and they delivered on what they said. Their pricing was a little bit high but it was still worth it.

I didn't realize how much a half truck held. I took Reid and his associate through the house and kept asking, "is there room for this?" There was room. There was room and more room and more room. He and his associate were so very professional, friendly, and eager to help that my head was spinning. I cannot sing his praises loudly enough. If you want a pro, please consider this company.
