DLC sent over a team of two people to trim our trees and remove two others. The team lead made great suggestions and explained everything that they would be doing. They went right to work and got everything done in about 6 hours. The result of the trimming makes the trees look very nice - can't wait to see them with full leaves! The two trees that had to be removed were cut to a very low stump as requested. The clean up operation was thorough and left little trace that they had ever been here. In short, they were extremely thorough, very professional and friendly, and did an excellent job.

They trimmed my neighbors elm tree off of my house. The branches were hanging and seeing as how it's a rental property next door I just had it done rather than attempting to have the owner get it done. They also trimmed some dead wood off the trees in my front yard. It took about an hour and the young man who did the work was very pleasant and courteous.

DLC always does a great job and this was no exception. Blowing wind, 35 degrees with snow on the ground yesterday when the tree was removed. Very professional crew.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. I paid an additional $250. Their customer service was really great. Somebody always answered the phone when I called. They were very friendly and they did a great job on the service.

Showed up on scheduled date, completed about 90% of work of job. Arrived next work day and completed job. The Maple tree was about 60 years old and in a difficult area to access. Removal was completed with no damage to surrounding structures. Pretty tricky! My previous experience with other tree trimming companies on this tree had resulted in damage to gutters and roof of my garage. Not with DLC, they perfomed admirally.

The work was done quickly, cleanly, and the workers were very nice. The company was professional (nice trucks, lots of equipment) and fast. The estimator was also very nice when he came to our home, only I did feel like I had been quoted a higher price than I should have been...I found a decent tree trimming company on Yelp the year before and they quoted about $100 less than DLC for the same basic work (only DLC's estimator said that the last company didn't do enough trimming, so maybe that's why). In any case, I'd use them again.

They seem professional and knowledgeable. prompt response and timely visit for estimate. However, when I faxed in approval for the work per the estimate, and called to follow up, I never heard back. I have since had the work done by another company and have no need for this coupon anymore.

They were careful, did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards. The price included taking away all the old limbs and debris.

Trimmed 3 trees and planted a new tree. They arrived as scheduled and cleaned up debris from the tree trimming.

I would use them again. The biggest problem I had was in getting an actual paper

DLC Arbor Service LLC time frame was too long, two weeks to get an estimate, six to eight weeks to get a tree removed. What a pain from start to finish purchasing this discount before service. Now I have to fill out this form and wait 5 to 7 business days for a refund. Took my money asap now I have to wait for a refund.

It turned out fine. They did what they said they would do and everything was fine. The work turned out fine. They were all very polite and professional. The total bill was $400 so I spent an additional $205.

I bought the tree trimming deal $200 for $105. First of all, I felt it was a bit deceiving to even offer this deal, as once I contacted the company they informed me that they were booked out at least 6 weeks. I feel that if the company was that booked up they probably should not be offering a deal. It took about 2 weeks before I could even get an estimate, and I will say that the total price was higher than other estimates I had received before by about $200, and it certainly felt as though perhaps they had inflated the price a bit to cover the loss from the "deal" I purchased. It took a bit of back and forth with the office to get everything sorted out but they were fairly easy to get ahold of and did stick to the time schedule provided to me. It did take the full 6 weeks before they were able to provide the service. I will say once they finally did schedule the service, they arrived on the day scheduled and were extremely professional and cleaned up after themselves. I was happy with the final work.

They contacted me on the day I purchased the Big Deal via the Angie's List message system. They wanted my contact information so they could send out an arborist to examine the work that needed to be done. They also said they would be unable to do the work for 6-8 weeks as they were very busy. Due to the timeframe that I needed to have the work done, I have decided to have another service provider do the work.

Absolutely the best hedge trim in town, I'm sure. They did such a good job last year I had them trim my hedge again this year. Really, really nice workers.

They arrived on 12/9/2013 and promptly discussed and confirmed with me, the scope of the service to be provided. The temperature outside was 4 degrees and the gentlemen began working immediatly. They did a professional job and treated my new neighbors property, as well as my property with respect and attention to detail. They completed the trimming and did a wonderful job cleaning up both of the properties. I inspected the work on the trees as well as both of the yards and was completely satisfied. Most importantly, the young man who climbed the tree immediately informed me of a fence slat that he broke when he slipped on the snow covered tree. They said I could call the office and settle pay for the work provided. That was also part of the service and I was completely satisfied with the reasonable and fair response from the office when I mentioned the broken fence slat. Also the payment procedure required to settle the contract was quick and effortless. I would highly recommend DLC to anyone who want total professionalism and complete customer satisfaction. For full disclosure, I have used DLC onc, previosly to trim other trees and to remove a tree.

They were very apologetic and polite in informing me that they don't service Boulder - strictly the Denver area. We communicated over the phone.

I had purchased the Big Deal much earlier in the year and had an estimate. I did have to wait 6 weeks for the work to be done as they were extremely busy, but the work was not pressing so that was not a problem. Everyone I dealt with whether on the phone or in person was extremely personable and helpful. The work was performed very much to our satisfaction.

We priced out the job with three vendors, and DLC was the best priced. I originally had only thought of having the two dead aspens removed, but DLC included some suggestions on their itemized quote, and I was appreciative of the extra effort. We went ahead with everything they suggested. Yard was all cleaned up and it was completed on the day they said it would be. They were quick to respond to my questions as well. Very pleased, will be using and recommending them in the future.

Trimmers did not come on the day I was told they would. I called the company and they were there the next day. The work looked good (I was not home when they came). I thought I might get a follow up call, but I did not. Overall I was very satisfied.
