Description of Work: Be aware of this company, They will call late on a Sunday night and set up an appointment for the next morning which they will leave you waiting almost an hour before they call you back saying that it will be another half hour before they can get to your house. When informed that is not acceptable and you can not wait any longer they are not happy when you cancel the appointment.

Description of Work: These guys did an excellent job. Probably not the cheapest but for me a good value. Did what I wanted. Pleasant and cooperative. Had them prune 25 foot Canadian Red Cherry shrubs. They looked great when finished.

Description of Work: Arborist Jason was prompt and informative with his estimate for pruning four trees (2 choke cherries, one ash) and treatment of an ash tree for ash borer's and a locust tree for insects with insecticide and fertilization. I took about five weeks from his estimate for the trees to be treated and two weeks more for the trimming to occur. They were heavily scheduled in the fall, so the estimate as in September and trimming occurred in November. Some challenges with communication about actual days for services, but they did a very professional job and cleaned and removed all of the trimmed branches. They are very prompt to follow-up for payment with credit card over phone. The Angie's List Big Deal saved $95 on the total cost. Will use them annually for treating the ash and locust, provided the ash tree bounces back. Provided good advice on how frequently to have the trees pruned (about 3-4 years). Overall, very pleased with the service provided.

Description of Work: We asked for estimate to trim up to 7 trees in our yard. Jason came by and gave us pleasantly received news that no trimming was needed at this time. He said to check back in ~2 years. He was very knowledgeable and provided suggestions for determining if we could put further plantings in the verge. Very professional! We will use them confidently, when and as need arises.
