He was nice and came out on time, however, the price was too high. I had another company who offered a lower price.

Excellent work! Removing the tree appeared to be pretty straight forward, but the tedious, time consuming job was removing all of the surface roots. Josh and Hayden did a great job. They were friendly, professional, and worked very diligently to make sure everything met my satisfaction. Many of the roots abutted the sidewalk and driveway, and they took extra time and care so as not damage the concrete. They cleaned up after themselves, and even raked through the yard to make sure all of the "left-overs" were removed. I have already recommend DLC to my friends, and have already asked for another estimate so I can have the rest of my trees trimmed. Thanks gents!

They did a great job! They removed a tall Aspen and Buckeye and two smaller ornamental trees, and then ground the stumps out and cleaned up. We bought a Big Deal on Angie's List and payed about $150 for $380 worth of work! What a deal! We were a small job, so they just worked us into their larger jobs, which meant that we waited about 3 weeks for service, but it was no big deal. The staff was super nice and they were very careful of our patio and furniture. Will definitely call them again!

Thanks to Angie's List, we had used the services of DLC Landscape earlier in the spring and were very pleased with their work. We contacted DLC to give us an estimate on this project as well as some other trimming we would like to have done in the fall. Jason was every bit as professional as on the prior occasion. He was prompt and also very helpful in explaining the process of the proposed treatment. The project was scheduled within a reasonable period. Tim, who did the work, was perfectly prompt as well, a really nice guy, and a diligent worker.

They arrived on time and verified with me exactly what work they would be doing. Since the tree was up against a fence they asked the next door neighbor if they could have access to their yard also. They did exactly what I wanted done in a very timely manner and cleaned up everything. I am extremely pleased with the work and will be calling them again.

Jason called me on July 12, 2013 with the estimate. I felt the estimate was too high. I decided not to have him remove the 2 dead aspens along the side of my house, along with the 2 small aspens in the front even tho Jason said not to worry about the 2 smaller ones.

Phenomenal responsiveness, service, and punctuality. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Highly, highly recommended.

They returned my call and did prvide an estimate, but couldn't make a time to meet with me. The estimate included a few items they decided needed doing without ever having spoken with me about what I wanted done. It did not include a few things I did want done and overall was about 20% higher than the company I chose to use.

Because they came before the scheduled time, and trimmed the tree without first speaking with us, the result was not what we expected. When we arrived at the scheduled time, and saw they had already cut the tree, we contacted Jason, who was very apologetic, said it was entirely his fault, and he would make it up to us. The crew returned, but, as you might know, were really not able to do a whole lot since the tree had already been cut in a straight up and down shape. The tree is very large, and is the only tree in our front yard, and we have a certain way we would like it to look. By totally disregarding the scheduled appointment, the end result was not how we would have asked them to trim it, but rather how they chose to trim it. We have used other tree trimming services on this blue spruce, and had very good results, so we would say that we would not use DLC Landscaping in the future.

They were extremely generous with their time, sending 3 crew members out for the tree trimming. They picked up after themselves, and even hauled away some additional debris we had on our property. Our bill was very conservative due to the fact that they also worked with our neighbors. Additionally, the owner stopped by to identify and treat a disease on one of our Elm trees, which we took treatment for at a very affordable price. Our neighbors called around quite a bit and other quotes came in higher. Would highly recommend and work with again.

It was an early snow and trees had fallen everywhere. I thought it would be impossible to get an appointment but Jason said that they were in the area and that they could swing by and take a look. The tree, and the fallen section was gone an hour or two later. The stump a few days later. Great Service!

DLC Arbor Services was excellent. They did a really good job of trimming the tree. They were professional, on time when they said they were and they did an excellent clean-up afterwards.

Worked with Jason Kleinsmith of DLC Arbor Services to have two trees removed, I selected this company because of their excellent Angie's List score. Jason's crew were on time, the work was performed flawlessly and there were no surprises. I would definitely use them again for tree removal, and I have used them again for tree planting (3 hoopsii spruce trees and a catalpa).

Very happy with the job. DLC was very accommodating with our scheduling needs. We needed to get a tree pulled out that was right next to our driveway and they were able to pull it out after the concrete was demoed and before the new driveway was put in so that they could grind the stump and roots as best as possible. The workers who did the job were very professional and hard working. Again overall very happy w the job.

Quick response in scheduling a time and they were very efficient and fast in doing the work. In addition, they cleaned up the area well to include filling back in the hole left by the removed tree. Would definitely use them again!

They responded quickly. We discussed trimming or cutting down and we agreed on cutting it down. He told me he could get to it in about 2-3 weeks. About 2 weeks 2 men came out and did the job, quickly and efficiently. They were courteous and professional.

Great. Everyone was professional and helpful. Service was timely, the quote was clear and the trees look amazing.

They were the greatest! I actually videotaped the guys because they were so good. This guy climbed up my tree like a rock climber and just did an amazing job. They were amazingly competent and I was very happy with the work they did. They did get here a bit late, but that didn’t matter to me.

I think they are very professional and I really appreciated the Angie's list offer if needed we could not have afforded it otherwise. I think they were very fast and they were neat and took care of all the debris at the end of their work. I have no suggestions for improvement, since they were really good and I would highly recommend them to others. They also did not have any additional charges, we just paid $ 249.

I called them to trim my tree... He said he could but it looked great and did need it. So, he said the best thing to do it a deep root feeding.

DLC was great! They were very nice on the phone and they were able to come out and perform the work very quickly.

DLC Arbor Services LLC were good. They came out pretty quickly and it was actually 6 weeks before they could do the work and they told me that. They did a good job, they did the work they were supposed to do and they cleaned up after themselves and I was pleased with them. We had purchased a big deal but we had to pay more because they did more work. I would work with them again.
