It was hard to schedule but it was just fine once they got to work. They did a good job.

From start to finish they did an excellent job.They were here approximately four hours and worked hard the whole time. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them. We will use them in the future.

Jason called & came out to give me an estimate & emailed the info to me. I was told it would be about 4-6 weeks before the work could be done. July 30th I let DLC know I accepted the estimate. The week of Sept 9th I called DLC to see when they would be coming out. Made a tentative date for the 20th. Was told Jason would call me over the weekend to confirm. Did not hear from him so called DLC to make sure I was set for the 20th, & was informed it looked like I was the first appointment. On the 20th no one showed up by 8-8:30, so I called and was told they would be here around 11. Again Jason was to call & confirm, but never heard from him since he came out to give me an estimate. I was not too happy that "I" was the once doing all of the calling. DLC would have gotten an "A" for overall rating but Jason's lack of calling is why I rated them a "B". Josh & his assistant were great. Did everything to my approval, cleaned up and were nice to deal with.

They did come out for an estimate and the guy was great. Just don't need anything this year and don't want this to carry over into 2014. Thanks.

DLC worked this job into their busy schedule to accommodate the City Forester's demands for rapid removal. Their bid was half what many proposals were. The crew was extremely professional and courteous.

They did a good job. They were efficient and gave me a discount on cutting down more trees. I would use them again and I have recommended them to some of my friends.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's List and then called the service provider. They were very nice and took down all our information including my description of what we wanted done. The lady told me when, approximately, they would be our area and told me their employees would look at the job and then she would email me an estimate. This is exactly what happened. We did not even need to be home when the employees surveyed our property. The estimate was presented in the form of a written contract emailed to me. All I had to do was reply to her email with the word "Accept" in the subject line. That is what I did. About a week or so later I called them to work out a date for the service (the lady had previously told me they already had about 6 weeks of work scheduled). We worked out a mutually agreeable date and 3 tree trimmers arrived on the agreed-upon date. They were all punctual, polite and professional. They did a great job directing the falling limbs away from structures; nothing was damaged. The job took about half a day. We paid and they left with the limbs they had trimmed. Our trees look great and we are pleased with the work. It was a little more expensive than we wanted to pay, but what isn't? We are glad we had the work done and will use the provider again when we need a service they provide. We will also recommend them to others.

We needed fast service for a breaking branch. Unfortunately we couldn't get our schedules to match so we went with a different vendor.

DLC pruned our trees late last fall. After seeing how our trees grew in this spring & summer my wife and I are extremely happy. Some of our neighbors even asked us for DLC's contact info!

A large pine in our back yard had outgrown it's spot and needed to be removed. We selected DLC from Angie's List because of their favorable reviews. Jason ? and all of his employees as it turned out ? was personable and pleasant to deal with. The estimate for our job was significantly less than we anticipated based on a neighbor's experience with big name companies. Jason's crew of two made short work of removing the 40' pine. It's amazing what two guys with a chain saw and a rope can accomplish if they know what they're doing. Due to circumstances including weather and scheduling, it was several weeks before the stumps were ground, but we never felt out of touch or ignored. We recommended DLC to a neighbor who needed some work done and they too were pleased. All in all, a very good experience in a trade where having a good experience can be problematic.

I wan't there when the service was provided. When I came home the job was completed. They cleaned up after themselves and left my yard in good shape.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went really well. I paid more than the big deal, because I had quite a bit of work to be done to a tree. They hauled everything away after they had finished. They were wonderful.

It took DLC a while to get back to me. I had to call them several times to schedule someone to come out and give an estimate. The estimate was higher than I had expected. I also thought that trimming the bottom and sides of the evergreen trees was part of the estimate. After talking with DLC I agreed it was not stated on the estimate. The crew cleaned up after themselves, took all the branches, etc. Was very professional done.

The man who gives the on site estimates is so knowledgeable and reliable, I've trusted this company 3 times now. He makes suggestions that have been the healthiest for my trees and for the appearance of my property. Also, he knows exactly how far the dollars will stretch! The men who come to do the work are fast and clean up beautifully! They even do little extras if I go out and ask, and if they have the time! They take photos of before and after to show back at the company.

Showed up on time with the proper size crew and appropriate equipment. In the time frame we had set for the project, the trees targeted were trimmed by removing previously established dead and questionable branches. Additional attention by DLC Arbor resulted in unplanned supplementary trimming discovered while removing specific branches. That was great! All in all, a professional and conscientious job!

Went ok...provider did work as described. End result was not exactly what I expected.

Showed up on time. Performed the work well. Only problem was they damaged some other items in the yard. They attempted to repair the damage but some issues remained. We played phone tag for a few months and then the calls were no longer retured. They also seem to have written off the job as i am no longer receiving invoices for the work.

DLC was very polite and professional, on the phone and in person. They removed the trees and hauled them away. It was a "$200 Worth of Services for $99" special.

as above no contact was made even tho I paid for the voucher. I contacted Angie's list and received no response.

The company came out and trimmed back all the trees that were over grown and close to the power lines. He was here for 5 hours, did the work and the service was great.

The job itself was great, they showed up at the scheduled time, they were quick and did a decent job of cleaning up after. The only downfall was that they were backed up with work at the time so it took a while to get a quote but they did a good job of keeping my informed.

Extremely friendly and courteous. Walked me through the job beforehand to confirm what i wanted done; walked me through the job afterward to confirm they had done what i wanted. Very satisfied. Would not hesitate to use them again.

DLC had removed some neighbor's large trees and needed one removed that was in our front yard very close to the house. We had a couple of companies who had turned down the job due to its proximity to the house. DLC came in got it done, cleaned up the site and stacked all the wood in a neat pile at the right lengths for us to split into firewood, just as we requested. We used their tree service coupon which made an already good deal and exceptional deal. Very easy to work with and would use them again. .
