They came out and gave an estimate. I really like Jason he was very helpful and gave a good bid. I am waiting to hear back as to when they can come out and do the service.

This service was twice the price of Swingle, that was rated on Angie's List as being expensive. I also now question how one provider can have 10 times the number of replies as the number 2 rated service. Honestly, I threw out $100 for the coupon. I'd never contract with them. I also intend not to give credibility to Angie's List ratings in the future. I'm really concerned that one company, with so obvious an image problem, can get on your referral list! Please cancel my membership.

The service provided was fine. They cleaned up after themselves.

The company showed up at the time/date agreed upon and did what was expected. We bought a coupon for $105 for $200 worth of work so the total cost without the coupon would be $650. We did get an estimate from two other companies and DLC was the lowest so that is why I am giving them an A for price.

DLC Arbor trimmed 3 trees and took out a stump. Clean up was swift and done well. DLC was right on time and confirmed the appointment prior to arriving. I would definitely refer them as well s use them again in the future. My trees look so much better! Thank You! Debbie

I bought a coupon on Angie's list and the company contacted me right away to schedule an appointment to estimate the job. Very prompt in giving me an estimate and answering all my questions about the project. They said they were running about a month out and would call me to schedule the work date and I received a call as indicated. On the day of the job, they showed up as expected, walked the property with me, asked me questions about what I wanted done to be sure I was satisfied and completed the job on time. The property looks great and all debris was picked up perfectly! Everyone I met from the company was friendly, competent and professional. They were a pleasure to work with and I will certainly use them again! Thank you very much Ann, Jason, Ken, Mark and Paul. I so appreciate your help!

Removed a tree. Took awhile to get an appt as they were backed up but with the coupon, they had the best price & did a good job. Left the area so clean you would have never known that they were there.

DLC trimmed four trees around my house -- tremendously improving their appearance. They worked rapidly and efficiently, and I'm pleased with their work.

I've used DLC Arbor Services before along with my mother inlaw.They came out and looked over the job and quoted me a price and about a month later did the work .I was very satisfied with the work ,they cut down only the branches that were dead and thined out my other trees.I, would use them again for future work. I contacted DLC Arbor Service in late September to get a quote from them for stump removal of several cut down trees on our property. They responded to my request within 24 hours and had an aborist at our house within days to review our request and provided us with a proposal, again, within 24 hours. They were very up front with us that this was a busy time for them and would be several weeks to a month before they could get the work done. This was not an issue for us so we approved the proposal and agreed to wait until they could do the work. We received a call from DLC on 11/8 setting up an appointment to do the work at 3 PM on 11/12. At exactly 3 PM on 11/12 they showed up with a 3 man crew to do the work. They were very professional and walked through the work that needed to be done with us. The crew then moved items out of the way of the work site to prevent any damage and then set up panels around the work site to prevent any damage to our house. They completed the work quickly and efficiently, cleaned up the work site and put back any of the items that they moved in the exact spot that they moved them from. When they were done everything looked exactly as it had before they came (minus the ugly stumps). Our overall experience with DLC was outstanding! The work was excellent, The team was highly professional and the quote that they provided was exactly what we paid. I would highly recommend DLC Arbor Services!!!

Overall, we were very happy with the quality of work. Pricing seemed reasonable and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The only negative we had was the amount of time we had to wait for the project to be completed! Our wait time was 6 weeks! In the end it was worth the wait!

It took a while to get someone out, but they were totally up front about that in the beginning so it was fine. Stump ended up being dug out by hand as the grinder would not fit through my gate. Great job, friendly guys and will use them again if we have a need.

I had 2 other contractors bid $200 but since I had the coupon felt I needed to use that. I didn't feel the coupon saved me any money. So next time i will get pricing then look for deals. It appears on many of the deals i now look at on Angie's list appear to be marked up to make up for the "deal" so not just this contractor. Will I use him again, "maybe" but probably won't buy a "deal" again. I think he knows his "stuff" though.

They did a really good job, and were very friendly and on time. I couldn’t ask for a better deal.

They arrived on time with the necessary equipment and man power. The trees were beautifully trimmed and shaped. They were cleared from the chimney and dish and all clippings bagged and hauled away. Very efficient and professional. I would use them again and certainly recommend them.

They were helpful and upfront but the service could not be provided soon enough.

They met my expectations and they didn't charge me anything other than the cost of the deal. They came out within a timely manner after I called them. I had discussed with them one large branch on a tree that needed to be removed and it wasn't removed but I had many other trees and they took care of them so the one branch wasn't a big deal.

I was not here during the trimming, but my wife like their quality in service , the professional manner they went about things. This is a great rating.

It went really well and they did what I asked them to do. It took about 6 weeks to have them come out but it still went fine. They were prompt and everything went well.
