I email the company though it's web site asking for an appointment to have my gutters cleaned. I got an email from the owner almost immediately stating that he would be in touch shortly. Three and half days later not another word.

Great Job and a Fair Price. Did what he said he would do and had excellent communications.

I sent an email requesting a quote from the company's website and Brian responded within hours. The crew came out the following week and cleaned the gutters. I received a follow-up email explaining what they found (just dirt and leaves) and in the rain later in the week, there was no overflowing gutters which was why I had contacted them to begin with. Brian was very responsive, did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

It all went smoothly, and they were prompt. Had to reschedule once due to rain and employee safety, and the courteous service was worth the wait. Thank you.

Did a good job. Took all the leaves with them. Blew sidewalk and drive way after they were done.

He didn't end up doing what I needed because his services just didn't cover the work I needed. However, he was super helpful and made recommendations when he didn't need to. He also answered all my questions and e-mails very promptly.

Contacted vendor by both email and phone messages last week. By Monday I was wondering why no response as the vendor's website says a FAST response usually the same day and there was none. That afternoon I received an angry response from Brian that he cannot keep everybody happy. I figured that when he relaxed a little we might do business but was told that he did not want my business. The owner has an attitude as you as a customer bother him in trying to get a quote. If you are on vacation and primarily say on your website that you will reply immediately by email you need to respond! TWO emails and two phone calls and then get an argument. This guy knows nothing about customer service and will only get worse. I deal with many vendors from both Yelp and Angie's list and this guy everybody should stay far away from.

It went great. I thought I needed gutter repairs, but it turned out that I needed cleaning only - which saved a lot of money. Additionally, I felt that I got an unbiased opinion that I might need a new roof. Brian has nothing to gain by this - he was just being helpful. I will call this service again!

Wow was this amazing. Brian has a great website that you can request service. He is responsive, gave a great quote and did the service when he said he would. I never talked to him but that wasn't an issue. He sends an invoice after the fact and can pay via credit card. AMAZING - great for people that need it done and don't have time to chase a service. Great job and I'd recommend Brian all day long.

They're great! I've used them for quite awhile. Every time I call, they come within a couple of days. They're very friendly, and they get the job done in medium price. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They came out 2 days after I called, they offered to come the next day but it did not fit my schedule. They arrived a little late but were very professional and called me in advane to let me know that they were backed up. I apppreciate this type of courtesy. When they arrived we went around the house together so i could point out the areas where we knew there were problems eventhough Brian thoroughly inspected and cleaned the entire house. We just had a real down pour which rarely happens here in CO and all the areas that were leaking were watertight. They did a great job and were extremely professional. I would highly recommend them.

Brian, the owner, quickly responded to my initial request for a price quote and stated that the cleaning would be the following week , Monday through Friday, and no one need be at home. The week passed and there was no gutter cleaning. This is the reason for the low score on punctuality and responsiveness. I sent Brian an email, and he apologized and said the cleaning would be the following Tuesday, which it was. Two workers arrived, neither of them was Brian. They cleaned gutters and downspouts on 1400 sq. ft. in less than 20 minutes. When the invoice arrived, Brian said "there was a large amount of debris in parts of the system." On the areas on my garage, which I can see from the deck, the gutter was clean. In one down spout that I could examine, there was some debris left. Information on DGC web site states that water and hose will be used if necessary. There was not any water used. The traditional way to clean downspouts was always to use a hose, but it is difficult to find a company that uses that method now.

Jason arrived on the date that we were scheduled and completed the gutter cleaning on all the gutters he could do on his own. Discovering that there were 2 he could not do safely on his own, he told me that he would be back with help to complete the job. Jason and Brian returned the following day and completed the Job. We are very pleased with the Job that Denver Gutter has done for us.

They were quick and responsive about providing the estimate and getting the job done. It was a pleasure to work with Denver Gutter Cleaning.

Two weeks ago I called Brian to come out and repair a downspout and clean the gutters. I wanted to be the first appointment in the morning so I could show Jason what was wrong and then leave to run my errands so I scheduled the appointment 2 weeks out. Brian said that Jason would be at my home at 8:30 on the 20th. I waited this morning and did not hear anything. I called Brian at 9:00am and asked him if Jason was running late. He answered me in a rude tone and said Jason would get there when he could and that I don't have to be there for Jason to start working. I told him that I needed to be there to show Jason what was wrong. Brian said he would call me back when he got a hold of Jason to let me know what time he would be there. I got a voice message around 9:07 from Brian and he said that Jason was stuck on his first job and he wasn't sure how long it would take but would be over at my house as soon as he could. I called Brian back and said the reason why I scheduled the appointment so far in advanced was to have the first appointment of the day. I had an appointment at 10:00 and could not wait for Jason so I canceled the appointment and will not reschedule with Denver Gutter Cleaning.

I've used this company twice, and both times, my call and email were promptly returned, they showed up when they said they'd show up, and got the job done quickly. No complaints, I'll continue to use them!

I sent Brian a note, and he responded immediately. We set up the appointment for a couple of days later, his guy showed up early, went right to work, and didn't leave anything behind. He also pounded in some of those big nails that always seem to work their way out of gutters. I'll continue to use Brian's service. Couldn't be better.

The owner responded within an hour of my email. Offered to come check it out when I gave him my address. I happened to be home so he went ahead and did the repair. I have had 2 other people work on this problem and it was never fixed. Brian was AWESOME. I have fixed gutters and no drip and no mud. Thank you. I highly recommend

Quick response. The guys came out and did a great job. Attached one of the down spouts and a loose board on the deck, free of charge. Very nice and professional. I'll hire them again.

Job went well overall. Needles removed put in trash bag as well as those that fell to the ground.

Contacted company via email, which I prefer. I provided information on sq ft of home and what was needed, they provided estimate. We set date and time within hours of my first contact. They were on time and completed job with no problems. I paid with check then received receipt next day in email. Was good, easy experience.
