Denver Gutter Cleaning

Ned Stevens provides incompetent and false gutter /roof work. They said the drip from my roof would stop after they did some work. The drip is still there and now I have to hassle and take my valuable time to get them to reimburse me. and now I have to find another contractor to do the work. But Ned Stevens is so incompetent they can't figure simple water, gutter and rood issues.

Appointment made. Work done as promised and on time no problem!

Initial email response to my request was very prompt. Brian provided an estimate based on the information I provided and a review of my house from Google StreetView. He also offered a couple of dates for the service.Service was completed on the agreed date. Brian's communications about estimates, scheduling and invoicing have been professional and prompt.

Neither the rear nor front gutters were sealed. They were leaking immediately. I wrote several e-mails asking them to come back and seal the gutters and after a couple of wishy-washy replies about coming back when it was "warmer," they stopped responding. Apparently it was warm enough to take on new business but not correct lousy jobs performed before.

The office and workers were very professional. I was given a 10% senior discount. I had a clogged gutter, which was causing water to **** out of the gutter instead of the downspout. The workers were very efficient and had all my gutters cleaned in a short period of time. Since then, the snow melt has flowed out of the downspout, as it should.

Very punctual and went about their business without bothering me or my family with a bunch of questions. Swept the walks around the house not only cleaning up after themselves but also sweeping away the pine needles and leaves that were already there. Really great job.
