Friendly on phone setup appointment in a 3 hour window a few days later (called on a Monday for a Thursday appointment). This was just to get options and a quote. Thursday comes and goes and it was a no-show. Called C&T twice and it went straight to voicemail on both attempts 30 minutes apart. After waiting another hour and half beyond the initial window I gave up. Never heard from them afterwards to reschedule or even apologize.

Excellent service prompt and quick turn around. Will use again for any additional needs.

I actually have no issue with the company, however there was a misunderstanding of the estimate for the bathroom vent fan. I was anticipating around $350 and it ended up to be nearly $600. The owner's attitude changed greatly when I confronted him about the estimate and actual charge also.

It went well. It took a second visit once he saw the broken fixture and knew what to obtain. Stayed in touch by texting and completed the job efficiently on the second visit. Not cheap, but fair. I wanted a contractor, not a handyman, and was willing to pay for that difference. Charles gave a number of signals, as we talked and as I watched him work, that he knows his business.

I am fortunate to have found Charles through Angie's List. Having never worked with an electrician before I wasn't sure what to expect. I have worked with other service providers for home repairs and wasn't always happy with the process. Charles is a gem...he is professional, responsible, reliable.

Charles the owner was very responsive from the very start. He was easy to reach and scheduled a time that was convenient for our tenants to meet him. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. He suggested a repair that enabled us to correct the situation for our renters while being mindful of the costs that we were incurring. He was very professional and competent at his craft. I would recommend him without reservation.

The install went perfectly. Charles and Jerome arrived ready to work. Once I showed them the fan in the shipping box and then the ceiling, they were moving! The previous fan was controlled by two wall switches. The new fan is controlled by a wall mounted remote. Charles offered me an option regarding the two-switch to remote control that I hadn't thought of...the sign of a professional that considers all available options for the customer. I have the same fan installed in the family room, and during operational checks we discovered the new controller was somehow controlling BOTH fans. Charles went above and beyond to ensure the PIN codes in BOTH fan controls were distinct and compatible. Charles and Jerome were very conscientious in cleaning up and were extremely courteous. I'd hire them again in an instant.

Charles is a very talented electrician. He checked the power box outside, and quickly figured out the problem with the kitchen outlets. The tea kettle had indeed overloaded the outlets, and he kindly reset the outlets for me. He gave me good advice to never use that tea kettle again. (It went out with the trash). In addition to being super smart and very professional, Charles Thermidor is very personable. I have already recommended him to my neighbors.

Charles was great. He was able to do the ceiling fan install then diagnose/troubleshoot several dead electrical outlets, and even checked the wiring of all outlets in our older home when several had the same issue. He identified some bad wiring for us and even came back to make sure we didn't have additional wiring issues. He went above and beyond. Would absolutely hire again.

Charles did all of the work I requested as well as brainstormed with me on the best way to accomplish it. I am very happy with the result and am sure it will be the best decision I made. No more extension cords.

Charles came on time and determined that the kitchen light needed the ballast replaced and tried to take off the cover on the fluorescent light in the laundry room. But it pulled out of the ceiling, so decided to just have the whole light replaced. He went to get the replacement light and ballast and returned quickly. The light was quickly replaced and looks terrific. It's just a standard fluorescent light but it puts out a lot of light, which is what I wanted. Then he quickly replaced the ballast in the kitchen light and the light was working again.

Charles was able to find and fix the problem rather quickly. He also replaced problem outlets and inspected our panel to ensure it is up to code. He was very efficient, professional and personable. His rates are very reasonable and we will call him next time we need electrical work done. We highly recommend him.

Originally came over to upgrade just the electrical box. The box I had was the orginal from when the house was built 30 years ago. Also added a whole house surge protector and troubleshooted the lights in the house. I had 2 three way switches that were installed incorrectly by the previous owner and he figured it out right away. he also added another exterior outlet for my cable booster. overall did a spectacular job and very professional.
