The only strange thing is he requested cash in order to get a better deal...I'm not too comfortable with carrying around that kind of money. I said a check is the same as cash, the bank is down the street...(I preferred using a credit card). No, needed cash...

Charles and his team did great work on the fan install, and were very timely. From a quality of work perspective, I would recommend (though the fan wall switch they installed does is off by nearly an inch from the pre-existing light switch it's next to). However, we had agreed to a particular price for fan install + exterior exhaust ventilation. Once here, they realized they could not vent out directly through the side of the brick house, though my understanding was that they would go through the roof instead. A few months later in the attic, I realized that they simply left the vent dangling in the attic, despite paying the agreed upon price for install + exhaust (thankfully I texted him to confirm the price and scope in writing). Charles said that he told me that exhausting through the roof is not a service they provide (which was not the conversation I remember), but ultimately agreed to give me 30% of my money back. Very thankful for Charles' willingness to refund the money!!! Did not have to put up a fight at all. But thankfully I had the text, as there was otherwise no contract, and he claimed that we agreed to the price *without* exhaust. Ultimately, I would've rather had the work done as agreed than getting the refund (which I do appreciate).

Great work at a fair price. Charles was very responsive to my questions and concerns both before and after the work was done. Will definitely use CT Electric for future projects.

I called CT Electrical Services for an estimate. Even though I had one of the security cameras on the side of my house installed by this company in the past, they wanted to charge me $95 to replace the one that stopped working and another $95 to install a coach light near my front door. They also quoted $285 for installing a new outlet in my basement. I called All Wired Up Electric, LLC who provided a free estimate and charged me $250 total for all three jobs. Not only did All Wired UP Electric, LLC show up when I asked them to, but they also offered an early start time of 6:30am. All Wired Up Electric, LLC finished all three jobs in about 1 hour so I could still go to work on time. I saved $225 by choosing to use All Wired UP Electric LLC and avoided being overcharged by CT Electrical Services.

It was a pleasure to work with the CT Electrical crew! Charlie was a true business man & made sure the job was done in a timely manner.

Signed-up for service special on Angie's list two weeks ago. After trading emails for a week, service work was scheduled for 7/31/19, 8AM-10AM. Called CT services and left text message on Angie's list at 8:30AM on 7/31/19 to find out when technician would arrive. Rather than call me, CT choose to respond via Angie's list web site. Their response was, technician called in sick, office assistant tried to call you and never got through, so we need to re-schedule your work. This is customer lack of service. To make matters worse, CT Electrical is still advertising the same electrical work special on Angie's list as I write this review!

After obtaining two bids, I selected CT Electrical based based on his bid offering the best overall value of price/method for meeting my project needs and professional sincerity my wife I and I felt while talking with Charles. Two of his employees showed up on time, listened to the expectations for the project which included adding new outlets in several locations. They confirmed each item and offered up a few recommendations for how they would approach completing the job. Older homes can often offer up a surprise of two when doing renovations and when it did during this job we arrived a very acceptable alternative solution. Job was done quickly and professionally. Both of the young men who performed the job were courteous, contentiously explaining their plans, where they were in with the projects and meticulous with their clean-up. I've got future work and will be sure to reach out to Charles.

The electrician showed up on the same day I booked the services. I was impressed with the quick response. CT electrical also honored the 2 hour special that they offered on Angie's list even when it was for troubleshooting indoor electrical problems. I had two floodlight/security cameras wired. One required conduit to be run from a GFI outlet. The other was run inside my garage and mounted just above my address plate. I also had a third floodlight replaced. It was already wired so there was less work to be done. The electrician did an awesome job. He was professional and polite. He provided covers to keep water out of the light.

Charles and his crew were awesome. He actually did over $8000 worth of work on our property. We had been wanting to bury our overhead power line for many years especially since our trees have matured and lean on the line during heavy snowfalls. Charles had to coordinate with Xcel and several inspectors to accomplish this. The work involved digging a long trench and moving the mast to a new place on top of a sturdy shed. We also asked him to set up an underground electrical connection to a future greenhouse to be built in the Spring. As usual, once you have a competent master electrician and crew, you tend to look for other home improvements. He added several outlets inside and outside of the shed plus an overhead light. He replaced another outside outlet and added motion lights and a new "dusk to dawn" front porch light to make our home safer. The price was reasonable and much less than the other quotes we received. Charles stayed in touch with updates and scheduling. The crew was always on time and they replaced all dirt (raking it smooth) since the trenches were pretty deep. Charles also checked a breaker on our Spa and found that it had be wired incorrectly. Thank goodness he repaired this! It was a huge safety issue that we didn't even know about. We would definitely hire CT Electrical again!

It went great worker was on time professional, cleaned up after the job. Customer service was great. Price was good as well. I would recommend to all family & friends.

After messing with it for a week we called CT. He was on time, took his time to find the issue (he was fast!) and explained to us that it was the Radon Machine shorting our our wiring that we had installed a few weeks back. He showed us what went wrong and got our power restored. He was in and out in under an hour and didn’t take all out money! Best service!

We had very few lighting in our home. CT Electrical Services installed 2 fans, installed recessed can lights throughout our home and it looks amazing! CT Electrical Services also installed Ethernet drops in several rooms with a patch panel. They were professional and easy to work with on this project.

Charles was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Didn't mind having him in my home at all for a day. He installed 23 recessed lights in our dining room, living room and kitchen. His estimate was very fair compared to the others and the finished product looks great. What a difference proper lighting makes. Would recommend his services to anyone looking for electrical work.

Great! CT was funny, knowledgable and thrifty / handy. As I added a few items, the price came in about where I thought, if not a little under. I had a wonky, handmade pendant light that he and his partner figured out how to hang - - on about a 15 foot ceiling. It turned out really cool. All dimmers installed to request and are working great. Was prudent on spending money on expensive dimmer bulbs. Oh, and he was great with my husky dog!

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate between 4 and 5 pm, an appointment I left work early for. Got a call at 4:45 pm saying that he was caught up in traffic and was coming from across town. Didn't show up until 7:30 pm. I had given up by then and left. I understand that stuff happens but he could have called to give me an update.

Charles and Anthony helped me keep the power on in my home after another electrician wasn't able to complete a service upgrade and my home got flagged for failed inspection. They fit me in at the last minute and took care of all the work efficiently and as promised. Any minor hiccups were handled professionally and I was kept informed through the whole process. Charles was fantastic! He bent over backwards for my requests and was very patient with all of my questions. It was a blessing that he came when he did because he found that my main wires that run to the house were compromised in their housing case due to the ground shifting over the last 35 years. This was something that was verified by two other electricians when I was getting a bid.

Charles and his partner were *very* flexible in regards to my crazy schedule (I hired them while I was in the process of moving), were on time, extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and offered very fair prices for the serviced rendered. They also asked to see the home inspection report for our new house and discussed how they would be pulling permits from the city before conducting their work - something the other two electricians I pulled quotes from didn't bother to do or mention. We felt very safe in their hands hiring them as our very first electricians. Not only would I work with them again, but I would gladly recommend them to all of my friends and family.
