+ -1 moreMy call to request service was answered promptly; I was able to schedule the service and was quoted a price. Rick called the evening before, as promised, to confirm the time he would arrive. He arrived as promised, brushed and inspected the chimney from the roof and from inside the house. The service included cleaning all ash from the firebox. Rick's efficient work was evidence of his experience. He protected the inside of the house from errant ash and dust and left only a clean chimney and firebox. He also gave me advice regarding the pros/cons of installing various types of inserts. I am comfortable using the fireplace this season, and recommend this company.
Description of Work: Chimney cleaning and inspection on a 100 year old house. The chimney had not been cleaned in at least 20 years.

Description of Work: They came out to check and clean my fireplaces in a new house we purchased. They found that the one fireplace had been damaged and recommended that we not use it . The other they cleaned. They were very knowledgable and professional. i would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

+ -1 moreCalled and they didn't charge by the foot, which I like they just told me how much it would be, and that's how much it was. It snowed like crazy the day the day it was scheduled then several more times over the next 5 or six days, but they kept in touch very well, and we kept rescheduling. Then he came and did it, and that was that.

He?s always very careful to keep our home clean during the process; he places plastic around the chimney to keep the dust and dirt at a minimum, which I appreciate. He?s a fireman as well. I?m very happy with his services and I would recommend him to others.
