Excellent. We have an older house that had a chimney fire (unknown to us). Chimney was repaired at reasonable cost. We have them clean every year.

It went well. Initially when I spoke on the phone to them, they informed me that it was a busy time for them (fall) and it would be difficult to fit me in, but they would try. They suggested I email Rick, and he would get back to me within a few days. I did so and received a response the next day. We coordinated the work over email, and as it was a busy week for me, I wasn't able to be home while he replaced the chimney crown. When the work was completed, Rick sent multiple pictures of the new chimney crown, and an invoice.

After inspection, the work recommended by another company was determined unnecessary by Complete Chimney Cleaning and we consequently saved hundreds of dollars. There are other chimney companies who prey on homeowners' fear, but CCC was honest and fair and explained everything to us. We'll definitely hire them again for regular cleaning and whatever comes up!

They were there on time or even little early. They took before and after pictures. Very friendly and professional people. They gave advise and told me what to be careful of. It went well.

This company is fantastic. I have been so impressed. Spencer was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He is easy to get ahold of, returns calls quickly, and clearly knows his trade. He is honest in the inspection and doesn't charge for work if it doesn't need to be done. In addition to cleaning, we needed a new chase cover for our chimney. He ordered and installed it exactly in the time frame he estimated and with great communication. The pricing of everything was clear, straightforward, and fair. He left no trace of mess after cleaning the wood stove. He showed up on time for both appointments. I would highly recommend this company. They are great!

I reached out late at night and got a response back first thing the next morning! They came over the same morning, right at the beginning of the window they gave me; they were very quick to get the job done and I was impressed by how impecable they left the newly painted white chimney after cleaning out my dirty fireplace.

It went as expected......GREAT!!!!! Rick and his guys scheduled all the work to be done and called me to confirm the appointment and expected time of arrival. Once here Spencer got to work and in no time had cleaned the fireplace, he cleaned very well and my chimney is set to go. We scheduled the cap repair two days out due to weather and again he showed up and did a great job. I plan to use Complete Chimney from here on out for any fireplace or chimney work. By the way they just opened a retail store for all things fireplace.

It went really well. He was really nice and did a really good job. And they only charged what they said they was going to charge.

It was ok. I don't think he did as good of a job, as I had expected. He didn't seemed like he scrapped it much. Didn't do much vacuuming. Much of anything. Just a light dusting, and left. I don't know how much it cost to get a chimney cleaned. It seemed to be on the high end. Its hard to judge. I'm not a chimney sweep myself. I can't tell you. I don't know how an home owner would know. He was good. I don't know. I think I would try somebody else.

It's a dirty job, but somebody's got to do it! My research led me to believe finding a CSIA Nationally Certified inspector who could reassure me that my fireplace was safe was important - not only is this company certified, they are owned by a firefighter and his wife. Excellent value for the money - some quotes from other companies were higher, some lower. Josh and his partner were respectful of my space, including furniture that made for a small space to work in. No dust/debris left behind, and job took about 30 minutes. They also provided a handout on fireplace safety and maintenance, arrived 30 minutes into the 2 hour time window we had scheduled, and made me feel that I could call them any time if I had any questions. One small snafu in the process was that Cindy incorrectly quoted me only $109.50 over the phone (if no pipes had to be taken apart) up to $139.50 for a full cleaning and inspection; however, the correct prices for fireplace vs. wood stove are CLEARLY listed on the company's website. Josh gave me the 10% cash discount on the spot (a nice gesture) for a grand total of $129.50, and it was well worth the money.

We first called on Complete Chimney a couple of months ago to do a cleaning since it had not been cleaned or used in over 12 years. Jeremy was very prompt in coming out and the fireplace was clean, but one of the pipes was off set and was not connected. I decided that my husband and I could try to fix it, but after trying to match up the pipe and it not sitting right, I decided to call back out the professionals. Originally I was quoted a price a lot higher than what I paid, but to have peace of mind that I would have a working fireplace, it was well worth it. They came out on time and were very courteous. Said that they could not charge what was quoted because it didn't take as much time or effort. We came to an agreeable price that we both were happy with within seconds. I love supporting a family owned business that believes in what they do and take the time to do it right. The experience and the kindness and the peace of mind was well worth the two trips out to our house. Now my husband and I can enjoy our fireplace this year, and if anything goes wrong, or it needs cleaned, we will be using the services of Complete Chimney Cleaning again! I highly recommend to everybody!
