I am really happy with the windows. We had one issue but they sent someone out and they resolved it. The cost was less then I paid for 2 bay windows. I had a really good salesmen and was impressed with the presentation and it was accurate. I liked that they were local, a lot of good things. I really like that they are local, I can talk to someone not automated and they do not go through a third party. You buy just from them. Quality is just as good as anyone, excellent. I got a good buy for the money I spent.

They did an excellent job! It was the lowest price and the best one of three different quotes.

It went pretty good. The quality and the look of what they did was really good. We have had a little bit of an issue, one thing wasn't done and we are still trying to get it done. We are just not hearing back from them. I was actually going to call them today to see if they could please do this one little thing. Maybe some of the communication between the people who actually do the work and the person that comes out to like draw it out and orders the pieces and the people that put them on, I think that communication was off a little bit. It still looks great.

I would use them again in the future.

They did an excellent job. I was very pleased. I got several bids before I went with them.

My experience went well with Champion. I worked with them on several projects from 2007 through 2016. Great products, excellent installation and good people to work with from sales to service. That is why I keep coming back. I can trust them to do good work.

Service was performed in September 2002. I asked this year during a site visit they address poor placement of two windows and they never followed up despite agreeing to, saying they would look into it but that and quot;they probably wouldn't fix it because it was so long ago.and quot; I was told the same thing again today during a site visit. So my belief is that Champion warranties their product but not their subcontractors' workmanship. Understand if you buy from them you'll probably get a subcontractor, and the one I got was pretty poor (they were so tardy to arrive onsite the first day that a 2-day job dumped into a 3rd day).

They showed up when they said they would. the windows are good windows but I don't think they are custom made as they claim. I had windows that were sliders in my 2 spare bedrooms. the opened from left to right. Being that is was still cold outside when they were put in, we did not notice until the weather warmed up that they now open from right to left and any breeze will go directly in towards the closets and not the room itself! The sliding glass door was removed and discovered that the new one was 1/2" too big so they had to put the old one back in. Said it will take 3-4 weeks to get the new one. "Not sure what happened there". 5 weeks later we had to call them to ask. 2 days later got a call back to say the door came in with a crack in it so they had to send it back and get a new one- will take another 3-4 weeks. That time passes my husband called again, this time was another reason for not having it, then a 3rd time and the excuse finally was that each of the 3 people responsible to order the window thought the other had done the order so it was never placed so it will be another 3-4 weeks. We finally get the door and the side of it showed a date - the original date ordered (unfortunately I am unable to find that photo now) so that means they had lost it in their own warehouse. Windows are not custom made as they claim- My Husband asked about having the bedroom windows replaced to open the correct direction and they said that's the only way they come. The door jam area where the sliding glass door was put in is a mess. The kid did what he could to try and make it right but "he is not a dry-waller" recently we discovered a rust has started to form on the top of the underside of the window tracks outside which shows the windows were not caulked properly. Called them out and was told it was not their fault and it would be an expensive fix. I don't see anywhere to upload photos or I would have them here to show. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They chose not to show up and not to call. When scheduling the appointment I had shared with them my budget and they insisted they wanted to look at the job. After the no-show I called and was told they did not come because they did not like the dollar figure. That I understand. The two problems I had is 1. they insisted on coming to my home, 2. they then chose to blow me off without the professionalism of bothering to cancel the appointment.

I was very satisfied with the service. The job went wonderfully, and we were extremely happy with the workers as well as the end product. I would recommend them to anyone.

We arranged for an estimate on an evening when both my husband and I would be home. The Champion sales rep arrived on time and went through his info and had props to show differences in construction grade window frames / glass vs. Champion window frames / glass etc. so we placed an order 2/18/14 for 9 windows and a sliding glass patio door. He took basic measurements that evening and said they would all be custom made to fit and a second man would be out to do exact measurements which happened a week to 10 days later. Workers arrived to install all 9 windows and the sliding glass door on 3/25/14 and were very polite, professional and did a good job installing and for the most part cleaned as they went from room to room. One or two rooms were left with brown tar like marks on the wall and bits of sawdust on the floor. The old sliding glass patio door was the last to be replaced and when they removed it and tried to install the new one, found it to be 1/2and quot; too tall and they could not cut the header because it was a load bearing wall, so the workman put the old sliding glass door back in and another new sliding glass door had to be ordered. My husband was told it would take 3-4 weeks to come in. My husband received a call about 3 weeks later saying the door was in but the glass had to be tempered and it had come back with a large scratch in it so they sent it back and it will take at least another 2 weeks. We have not heard from them so my husband called our salesman today 5/6/14 and the salesman apologized saying he will get on it and if we don't hear anything by next Tuesday call him and he will and quot;get right on it againand quot;.The window frames seem to be good quality construction and the drafts we had experienced are gone. However, some of our slider windows are sliding now in an opposite direction than they did before - A left window sliding right is now a right window sliding left. Not usually a big deal but when your window is situated so the right side is less than a foot from the 90 degree wall where the closet is, and a bed were positioned under the window, you will not experience the summer breeze because the window opening is now directed at the closet doors. If you use this company be sure to ask which way the windows will open and call on any references they provide. My husband wants me to express his disappointment because they said they are custom made yet none seemed to fit in the openings and had to have a lot of excess packing materials added -more than what seemed normal as we had experienced when we replaced windows in our first home. This suggests to him they are and quot;off the shelfand quot; windows rather than custom fit-yet were priced as if they were custom fit.

Champion Window was very helpful as far contacting me and giving me a quote. However, after getting a quote fro $1100, I mentioned that I would still shop around as it was very expensive and a lot higher than some of the quotes I already received. He offered a discount to try and convince to consider their services, however it still was very expensive and average to be about 800.00.What really upset me though, is the vender proceeded to call me the next day and tell me that after reviewing his notes, it said that my landlord informed Champion Windown, that he wanted me to only use Champion Window. I told him that I would speak to my landlord, however, I doubted that that was the case as my landlord said for me to make the final decision. I spoke with my landlord and he said he never said anything of that sort and only said that I would be the one making decisions and there was no need to contact him. Champion Window's quote was ridiculously high in comparison to several other companies I spoke with. I was not happy with how he called me back and lied about my landlord saying that I had to use them and no other company. He lied in order to try and convince me to use them and get ripped off in pricing when other companies were offering quotes for half the price. I was not happy.

If you like dealing with a used-car salesman type of staff, Champion is your kind of company.

I decided to use this company because they were Angie's List. A man from the company came out, and gave me an estimate. The salesman was a smooth talker. He told me that it was going to cost $681. I decided to give him a $300 deposit up front. He initially gave me a specific date that he was going to do the service. They are now stating that they cannot do the job until the fall. I have been trying to call them to get my money back, but they either don't answer or keep playing games with me. I am beyond frustrated, and am having a hard time getting my deposit back..

After all the pre-visits to talk about style, cost, availability and such. They warned me it would take 6-8 weeks for the window to be made and delivered. My window is a large non-standard size. They gave me a time 8-10 AM when the workmen would arrive: they came around 8:30 AM. They worked like they had worked together for many years, a well oiled machine. The set-up and the replacement, then the install went ... fast. They worked fast, but not careless. I was happy with the way they worked and respected my house. The foreman/head installer was knowledgeable about the Champion product and instructed me on the finer points I needed to know about the maintenance and the warranty (which is very good). The product itself is even better than the replacement window I had before (which I was happy with), but the Champion window is even better. It happen to be trash day and when the trash truck came after the install, it was amazing how much quieter it is. All in all, I wish I had bought Champion when I replaced all the windows in my house 12 years ago.

Overall: Service was horrible. Felt lied to, misled or cheated during most of the process. Salesman: Found out after agreed on product and price that there were lots of other options that I wasn't told about. Unfortunately found out too late to change anything. Salesman also did not have any involvement in installation. Installation Crews: Warning, they barely speak English so don't expect to ask them any questions and get answers. The door install went ok, but the siding installation was incredibly unprofessional. Started project and then tried to tell me they wouldn't be back for a day or two since going to another job. Managed to yell loud enough to stop that and did come back next day. Each day they left nails everywhere and did next to nothing on daily cleanup. They did nothing to protect anything outside and at one point I had to pick up nails off my deck myself to keep the guy from trampling them into the wood. My nightly process was to go out with a flashlight and remove nails and scrap pieces of metal left in driveway, sidewalk and road. First day they removed fixtures off house and just left them laying around on ground or in flower pots where some parts got lost. At end of project the sun was almost gone and they asked me to sign paperwork when couldn't adequately inspect final work. When refused to sign paperwork the crew, in poor English, tried to explain that my doing this would cost them personally money since would have to continue to come back to my job site until signed and wouldn't get paid for that. I signed, but shouldn't have signed just because I felt sorry for the guys that were likely being taken advantage of by Champion. Service Managers: The service manager for the siding wouldn't tell me an approximate install date just that I was in queue. Then calls on a Friday afternoon to say crew will arrive following Monday morning. When asked why warning time was so short and said was a big inconvenience to arrange my schedule on short notice, the guy responded that if desired I could go back on the waiting list. When called with a question about the siding install process seeming odd (reusing old insulation that looked bad) I got one answer to explain handling of installation and told was best practice. Then the next day noticed the crew removing all old insulation and replacing. Door Quality: Looks fine, but turns out door is not insulated very well. My 12 year old windows are fine and door fogs up in winter all the time. The temp of the door on the inside is 5 degrees lower than any other surface in house on a cold day. Siding Quality: Seems ok, but time will tell if it is worth the money. Response to my complaints: Listened, looked at work and just said sorry about the lack of cleanup and nails everywhere and any comments on poor appearance was just a statement of that is how we do it.

Went well. No pressure to buy at all. The salesman even provided us with a suggestion about not replacing one window (we will have it sealed and dry wall over it instead since it's not really usable. Follow-up with the office staff to schedule all necessary pre-work was as expected. When it came time to the installation, the 2 men were professional and completed the work faster than anticipated.

They did a really good job on the window. It was a small window and we felt it was really expensive for what it was. There was some confusion on our original appt date but they handled it in stride and rescheduled. they were there on time and completed the work quickly.

There was no follow up with the salesperson. He failed to note some of my request on the order. Installation went well. They did send a person out to fix the mistakes of the salesperson. The company itself was great to work with and stands by its product.
