Horrible service. We were told when ordering windows would come in about 4-6 weeks. Then when they measured turned into 6-8 weeks. Mind you this was 5 days later. Then we sent probably 2 dozen emails over the course of 5 months trying to get updates with no response. Then we finally threatened legal action next thing you know our windows are in and ready to be installed. Literally 4 days later after our threat. Then comes the install, 1 window ordered wrong, 5 screens damaged, sliding glass door screen was so bent the installers were jumping on it in my driveway trying to bend back. The handle fell off immediately when my son touched it. Every window also has caulk slopped all over it. Several other issues but getting nitpicking. Overall do not purchase from champion I have never regretted a purchase more.

Kyle came out and provided a demonstration with the windows that would be installed and that’s what sold me. The difference between Champion windows and other brands was noticeable.

It was wonderful working with Justin and Darin! I appreciate the attention to detail in describing the benefits of their product and the time they spent answering each of our questions. Highly recommend working with Champion!

Champion will never get my money again. The project was kicked off in September with promise to be done by December. After requesting updates from their team, I was blown off and ignored. The initial 16-week quote (per the contract) was not held up, it was not installed until March. I had to call and contact them multiple times to get any updates. On delivery day, there was missing information and they only installed 2/3 of the items as they were told to bring the wrong equipment. This further delayed the project. Once the install was completed, all the doors and windows were missing screens. This took another 2 months to get. The whole time Champion was bugging me to sign a project completion document when the project was not completed. The people I worked with were Justin and Chris, both in the Denver office. On the bright side, the install team (contracted out) were great, kind, professional and did a great job. Champion was unprofessional, lacked communication, unclear on delivery dates and would not call back nor follow up when they stated they would. What type of company is this?

I am truly in awe how this company exists. They don't even merit 1 star. I just received an email to review this company a year after service after many months of painful time and energy I spent with trying to find my sliding glass door and storm door to be installed and the numerous emails and voicemails I received with no apparent awareness of who was doing what. I had appointments with no shows which waisted my time. One installer came out to finally install my storm door and the door was ordered wrong so I thought but found out he didn't know how to adjust the hinges. I also had a replacement window for my bedroom as the seals broke and it took over a year to get that. This company was in breach of contract yet wouldn't let me out of it and wanted me to pay. The manager of CO was arrogant and totally lacked any customer service. Run don't walk from this company!

Avoid this company at all cost. I am going to lose money for signing a contract with them and I will nave NOTHING to show for it. The repeatedly built our doors wrong, they tried to get me to accept one with a 'fix' (breaching the terms of the contract). They will hold you to the letter of the contract but they will also try to alter it when it suits them. We have also been trying to get warrant work done on a window - it's going on two years and they have ceased contact with us. They have abandoned installs, built numerous items wrong, have not honored their warranty and have never once apologized for their repeated screw ups. Their productions times have been WAY in excess of quote (like 40 weeks on a 12 week estimate - this happened twice). We had two contracts with them One for windows, one for doors. The window contract is the contract where they refuse to honor the warranty. The door contract was never fulfilled and they are refusing to honor the 30% out clause.

Terrible experience. Contracted for a project over $120k to be installed in Nov 23. We are in Mar24 and now there is a problem with the design(never installed), causing a redesign for half of original design but only around $10k reduction off original price. Original structure was already started demolition based on construction schedule, now I have an unsafe structure, no new design that is acceptable and I am going to have to find someone else to do this work while fighting for a refund of paid costs, and interest since they did not honor the signed contract. Very much feeling bait/switch.

Champion Windows installed new windows for us a few months ago. Mike Price was our sales person. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He was so patient while we explored our options. The installation team was in and out in one day. Guys, windows are an expense but boy do they make a world of difference. We are so happy with them that we called Mike back out to replace more windows in our home. We highly recommend.

Customer service is horrible. I waited over six months for replacement of defective windows. And then the truck arrived with the wrong size sashes. Since then, I waited over two months for the estimated date, and I still don't have one. The local phone number goes to national call center, which makes promises that are meaningless and never fulfilled. I had to visit their local office in person to get a promise that my windows will be ready by the end of the month. We are now in the next month, and still do not have the target date for when the windows will arrive in Denver. It then will be enclosed 30 to 60 days to schedule installation. The overall time frame will be 11 to 12 months for service under warranty. So, if you want champion windows, be advised that their enclosed lifetime warranty takes a lifetime to get the service.

Had new doors installed (front and door leading to garage) and we are SO happy with them! Beautiful, solid, air-tight doors with beautiful detail and finish. Nicco and Arilee were careful and attentive to each part of the install process, and were fastidious about finishing and cleanup afterwards. The wait was more than worth it! Thank you so much, Champion team; especially Ryan, Nicco, and Arilee.

Never again. While the quality of the windows is good, and we have now spent close to $50,000 replacing most of the house - but their (lack) of customer service is horrendous. Even providing them additional referrals - I am the one that has to constantly follow-up, as Champion has no clue as to what follow-through or ownership means. The only thing they are consistent at is their lack of communication. Champion as a company never takes a proactive approach to anything - unless it's time to collect your money. Then you're getting emails, texts and phone calls to make sure you pay them. After that - good luck trying to get a response from anyone. For example - in mid-July I submitted a ticket for a warranty window replacement, using the orange sticker code that is on every one of their windows. Provided all of my information, and expected that to be everything they needed. Two months later, I get an email and text that my next appointment was the following day. Assuming this was for delivery of my replacement - I opted to drive the 45 min (each way) to save myself the $120 service charge. Only when I called to cancel did I find out this was an appointment for someone to come out to confirm what I had submitted two months ago! Rather than sending an email or calling me for additional information, and leaving me to believe my window was being built....IT HASN'T EVEN STARTED YET. .....never again

Customer service is terrible. I have been told for three days a representative will call me back, so I can have a damage cost (hail) for the insurance company and have yet to receive a call. They sell great windows, but don't want to service them the there is a problem.

Johnny was respectful and helpful with my window needs. He explained everything well and I understood every aspect he was talking about. He was able to help with my situation and I did not feel pressured to make a decision one way or another about any work that needed to be done.

Champion won't stand behind their work. We have two sets of defective windows that Champion has not repaired despite months of calls and emails. We've withheld payment on the last set of windows and initiated complaints with the Better Business Bureau of the State Attorney General. I've told Champion that I will pay in full as soon as they fix the problem. They want payment upfront despite the past failures. Buy from Pella, Andersen, or anyone else. Champion cannot be trusted.

I signed a contract with Champion Windows on May 25, 2022 for 2 storm doors with retractable screens. Fastforward 2 months, on July 21, 2022 my sales rep called to inform me that in order to complete the job I would have to pay more money on top of what was agreed to in the contract. It turns out that Champion knew this as far back as June 29, 2022 and did not notify me. So doors that were supposed to be installed in a July/August timeframe had not even been built by the manufacturer. There was no resolution with my sales rep. I asked that his manager contact me. He never did. I contacted the Executive Vice President of the company for resolution. His only resolution was for me to pay the extra $$$ or Champion would cancel my contract. I notified him this morning that I am not interested in paying the extra $$$ to have my doors manufactured and installed. A company should have the integrity to honor its contract with their consumers! If the consumer cancels the contract there would be a loss of deposit, If the company cancels the contract, there is no penalty. This company lacks integrity from the top down and I refuse to do business with them.

They haven't put them in yet but I have total faith in Champion Windows I have had to replace others because I couldn't afford all at one time too many windows in my home. But GREAT service Luv them.
