They did a great job! Fast and cleaned everything up when they were done. Would totally recommend them and would use them again if needed.

Took a long time to get the things they didn't do well fixed. They didn't reconnect the AC properly. I feel they take advantage of their big name because I was not impressed.

it went ok. we postponed our trip so they could measure our widows. , so we could get them installed the first week of November. november 15th we had not heard a word. i called the sales person he had no clue what was going on. i got a call a couple of days later that stated they were still waiting for a door.mean while my partner who had his house measured 10 days after me was getting his windows installed already. my windows arrived in December and were installed just before xmas. the installers were fast they damaged several drywall areas. they did not clean any windows after install. we hired a service to clean all the windows. we found pieces of wood with n nails and debris in our backyard. They were at least 30% cheaper than anyone else. I guess you get what you pay for.

It went just fine. I like the windows. The original installation was poorly done and they had to come out and fix that, which took some time, so that didn't make me real happy. But the windows are good.

They are wonderful. I would recommend them. That was my first experience with them. They came personally recommended and I'm glad I listened. I had a very good experience. truly delighted.

I can say that I liked everything about Champion. Years ago, they built a patio and it was really good work.

Joe from Champion came out to give us a quote. Quote was much higher than expected, but after high pressure sales tactics, Joe convinced us to sign the contract with the assurance that if we changed our minds, we could cancel within 3 business days. The next two days we attempted to get ahold of Joe to change the window color to tan (one of the standard colors). At the end of the 2nd day he finally returned our call and told us it would be an extra $400 for the color change. At that point, we told Joe were having second thoughts and wanted to cancel the contract. We had to drive down to the Champion office, sit thru more than an hour with the "manager" trying to change our minds. Finally got the contract cancelled, and then were told they had already cashed the deposit check, and the refund would have to come from the corporate office in ohio. Only after many phone calls and 3 weeks did we finally receive our refund. After shopping around, found equal or better quality windows with better warranty for about 1/2 the price. Should have trusted our instinct on NOT giving in to aggressive sales tactics and signing a contract right away.

We needed a roof and heard good things about Champion, turns out that hype is all from them. The salesman applied high pressure sales tactics, and convinced us that no one could do the work for the price that our insurance company provided. Their contract states they they do install, and that is completely false, it's a 3rd party, that doesn't speak english. The install crew rescheduled serveral times, and installed the roof improperly twice. After I complained publically I got a response, and they sent a champion employee that works on siding to fix some of the issues caused by the install. He actually caused more damage, and when reported they offered an amount that I couldn't even get someone out to the house to give an estimate for. They will not provide a detailed estimate, and our insurance company is handling them now as they feel we were taken advantage of. I have been trying to resolve with the head person in Denver, but they do not seem to want to resolve it. Biggest mistake we've made in life was choosing Champion to replace our roof.

Project delayed excessively due to materials not being available.....30 to 45 days overdue. Quality of work was ok.....first job for the installer...nice kid but nobody came out to the home to see how he was doing.....worked alone. Some problems with molding on doors....repair tech came out and fixed one and I did the other myself because I did not want to wait for someone to show up.

The team of installers replaced all my windows in one day. The windows are very energy efficient and look great on the inside. What I don't like is the outside trim around the windows. It looks cheap and in my opinion degrades the value of the windows and the work. I voiced my opinion to Champion. I do like the windows. I no longer have moisture and ice build up, no drafts around my windows. My wife says the house feels warmer, but I can't say I saw a big change in my heating bill. Not sure why that would be. Hopeing the windows last for a very long time.

Well actually they did a door for me five years before so I knew when it was time to get window I was going with them.

We were very satisfied with the service, they were here, they took care of everything and it was just A windows supposed to a lot and we had very good service and they showed up when they said their going to, we could not be happier. We shopped around and that to us was the best value.
