Office is terrible to deal with.

Our house was built in 1993. The construction windows were so terrible that a class action suit was filed. Even though they were more expensive, we chose Champion to replace our windows because they were manufactured in this area, or in a climate similar to here. Also, and perhaps more importantly, Champion offered a lifetime guarantee of its product. Because we live on a golf course, this seemed rational, and, over the life of our house, very economical. Since our Champion windows were installed in the early 2000s, we have had a couple of broken windows, including a large sliding glass door, caused by errant golf balls. Over time, we needed to have some felt window seals replaced and other minor repairs. The recent repairs, which would have been extremely expensive, involved replacing 2 stationary panels of 2 sliding glass doors, and door hardware on 3 sliding glass doors. Basically, this would have required us to purchase 2 entirely new doors. Because Champion absolutely honors its lifetime guarantee, we over the life of our windows so far, have paid not one penny over the cost of the initial purchase and installation of our Champion windows. We paid more initially, but the excellent service we have received over the years has more than made up the difference between Champion and the next bidder. We have, and will absolutely continue to, recommend Champion Windows without hesitation.

The windows have been great! We haven't had any problems. I am very picky and they satisfied me. If you ever have any problems they will address them quickly.

Champion was the only company I found that would manufacture the door with the insert and warranty it. home Depot and other companies would work with a pet door company to put in a pet door but the warranty would be invalidated. I believe Champion is very aware of this and so they charge an awful lot, especially since your aren't getting the same glass! With the windows, they started higher than some other companies and it wasn't until I submitted a written quote from Home Depot that they would beat the price (and only by $100, not enough to tempt me!). I'm sure the company thinks their salesman is good at making them money, and from their perspective I'm sure he does a great job. I felt rather pressured by him and could tell he was irritated by my considering Home Depot. I preferred the Home Depot (At Home Services) salesman (Don Bartlet) and no bargaining bottom line quote hands down. I had no choice but to go with Champion for the door (which by the way, works great except the screen immediately came out of the track. They will not be out to fix it until mid Sept.) but I am going with Home Depot for the windows. The installation went well - one guy, half a day to put in. The salesman is supposed to come out today and give me the warranty and check out the installation (about 1 month after the install - but I already had to call about the screen!) I do like the locking system (although the lock turns opposite to the way you would expect) and double flap on the doggy door. It was just the buying process I didn't care for. Perhaps it is just my aversion to the bargaining process, but I would say make very sure you have other quotes before you sign with Champion!

It was great. Everything was on time. The people installing the windows were all very professional. It was a very good experience.

The installation crew arrived on time and installed the windows over a couple of days. They were very neat and cleaned up after their work. The attention to detail and the finishing touches such as the caulking were above my expectations.

We had a very good experience. The salesman was not pushy, explained all of our options and was the only one out of four companies that we talked to that brought a sample with him so we could see how the windows worked. He also worked closely with us to make sure the windows could still tilt out even though we had interior shutters over them. The windows are great! They really make a difference in heating and cooling our home.

Casey does a real nice job doing his work. He is very dedicated at doing the work and gets it done with ease. We have recommended him to people we know because of his dedication to his work. I like the professionalism he brings to the job.

I am very happy with the new look of my Champion windows. I only had to wait three weeks for the windows to arrive and two days to install them. They were very respectful and quick. I would use them again if I needed new windows in the future.

This is the third time we have had Casey and Kurt do work for us so they are familiar with out house and what needs to be done. They returned my call within a few hours and came to do the work four days after I first contacted them. They arrived at the expected time and completed the work in approximately two and a half hours. They are very efficient and conscientious. Their charges are extremely reasonable. They are friendly and pleasant. We plan to have them clean our gutters twice a year and the windows at least once a year.

They returned my initial phone call promptly, came to the house and gave an estimate within two days. They came to do the work on the scheduled date, were very conscientious and polite.

This team of two men was courteous, professional and competent.

We received a grant to upgrade the windows in our house. Champion was the low bidder. They installed new double pane windows. The work crew was very good and efficient. They completed the work in less than a day.

Champion Windows replaced windows in my house including installing bay windows in the living room. The crew was very good and was able to complete the entire job in less than a day. My cats love the bay windows and so do I.

We received money from the City of Thornton for window replacement. Champion was the low bidder. Their work was very good and the installation crew was friendly and very professional.

We were very pleased with the service. The door is truly wonderful. It has E glass and doesn't let hot air in, in the summer, or let air out in the winter.

Fairly good. Projects seem to be a little rushed. Courteous & nice, but probably a little rushed. The bedrooms windows were installed at expectation, however, we previously had 9 windows installed of which we have not been so happy with. The project seemed too rushed and it seems like the windows could fit better since the caulk is splitting extremely soon after the work performed and also re-split after we had a service call on them.

WE USED AN ENERGY ASSISTANCE GRANT FROM THE CITY OF THORNTON TO REPLACE THE WINDOWS IN OUR HOUSE. CHAMPION WAS THE LOW BIDDER AND THEY PROVIDED A QUALITY PRODUCT. WE ARE VERY PLEASED.

FROM START TO FINISH THIS WAS AN EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE SALESMAN, THE MEASURER AND THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID OUTSTANDING WORK. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY GOOD. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME & DID A WALK THROUGH WITH ME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY MOVED THINGS BEFORE STARTING & PUT THEM BACK WHEN DONE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THEY DID.

HAD A FEW PROBLEMS AND DISAGREEMENTS AS FAR AS WHAT I WANTED DONE WITH THE INSTALLER, THE MAIN OFFICE HOWEVER, TALKED WITH THE INSTALLER AND THEY DID IT TO MY SPECIFICATIONS. EMPLOYEES WERE OTHERWISE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. CLEANED UP MESS WELL.

OVERALL OUR EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASANT. THE WINDOWS WE ORDERED WERE EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. HOWEVER, WHEN THEY CAME TO INSTALL THEM, THEY DID NOT WORK WELL WITH OUR OTHER CONTRACTORS.
