Our master bedroom & bathroom are located over our 2 car garage, which translated to sweltering in the summer & freezing in the winter. After further insulating our garage, we decided to replace 2 big windows in our bedroom & the 2 in our bathroom in hopes of creating more comfortable rooms. When we made the decision to replace those 4 windows in the Spring of 2006, we went directly to the showroom/factory. We can't remember the sales rep's name but we were happy with the buying & the installation processes. We LOVED our new windows--yeah, we were still warm in the summer & cool in the winter, but it made a big difference and the quality was awesome! Fast forward 4 years...we decided to continue with the rest of the house. Because it's a BIG investment, & not a sexy/flashy one at that, we decided we'd spread out the window replacement process over several months. By then we had met DUSTIN BARTEL. When he came to our house in the fall of 2010, I warned him we wouldn't be replacing all the remaining windows at once, as that was too daunting of a price! He was not pushy AT ALL and helped us prioritize which windows to replace first based off our family's needs. Over the next 8 months, we replaced 15 windows. Each time, we had a different installation crew & we were pleased with all of them. Fast forward to the summer of 2013. Our neighbors, who have the same style house as us, just got their master bedroom/bathroom windows replaced (including the 2 additional decorative windows we didn't replace in our bedroom). They commented how much cooler their rooms are this summer! Hmmm...looks like we'll be using our referral discount to replace those 2 decorative windows!!

The salesman was prompt and courteous. He explained the process and made every effort to make the windows and door affordable. Once we made our decision we scheduled a measurement and the man that came to measure them was also prompt and courteous. On the day of installation, once again the workmen were prompt. They explained what they were going to do and I told them about our needs with regards to our cats and they accommodated our needs. They put down tarps for everywhere they would walk to keep the floors clean. When they were done they explained the features of the windows and cleaned up their messes. I made a mistake and messed up some of the caulking on one of the windows after they had left. I called Champion and they scheduled someone to come out and make the repair at no cost. That person was, you guesses it, prompt and courteous. This was the best experience I've ever had with a contractor doing work to my house. When I can afford to replace the rest of the windows, I'll have Champion do them.

Our factory representative, Bruce Hahn was very knowledgeable and informative, presenting the Champion product without applying high-pressure sales techniques. The final quoted price was reasonable and the product sold itself. The installation crew arrived on time and, working efficiently, installed all nine windows in one day. We remain very satisfied with the windows and would not hesitate to recommend Champion to anyone desiring to upgrade their windows.

They quoted me an exact time in which the job would be finished, and it was done on time. The two gentlemen, were fast and neat. I was not inconvenienced at all.

Issues were encountered during installation which did not allow windows to be installed. This issue brought to light a problem with a previous install (several years ago) that Champion did. As a result Champion ended up replacing the previously installed windows and fixing minor structural issues caused by the previous install and re-doing the windows for the new install. They ended up installing eight new casement windows to replacing the original sliders. While there was SLIGHT oversight on their part causing this issue, Champion's resoulution was handled VERY well. They allowed me to choose ANY windows I wanted, regardless of cost, that would work in the openings. At no time did they try and "weasel" out of their commitment to get theses windows installed and make the customer happy. Instead of making money on this contract I am sure they lost a significant amount but they were more concerned about making things right rather than making money. I think this shows a great deal of integrity and I would have nothing but great confidence in hiring champion for a future project! Thanks guys for standing up and making it right regardless of profit!!!!

Very good experience from the sales representative and the installer. Very prompt, courteous and didn't try to sell us more than what wanted. After the installation was complete, they followed up to ensure that we were satisfied with the work that was done and the windows themselves. We also liked the coupons for getting window cleaners for fee for 12 months.

They built a sunroom on our house in 2000, and they did a real good job. They were very prompt to respond and quick to get to work. There was no hard-sell, they showed me what they had and it worked out beautifully. They were very neat and clean too, picking up after themselves and not leaving their tools laying around. There was no debris remaining after they completed their work. They were very reasonable on their price. They were very professional and did a high quality work.

It was well constructed. They were efficient and were very nice. They were very responsive when I called them with any concerns and they ended up charging us less than the estimate showed when we found there was concrete underneath. We were very pleased with Champion and would highly recommend them.

They were very explicit on their timing. They made sure that the door fit snuggly. They were also very clean and tidy.

The windows themselves are fine for the most part, one of them doesn't open easily and one of them doesn't have a flush screen. They are very quick to get you through the sales process and show up, but then the responsiveness after that drops off. The salesman came back to look at the windows and tell me someone would come out to fix the minor issues, tell me to make sure to refer him, then I never heard anything again. There are two unsatisfactory parts to this experience. First, the windows were not installed how they were "sold" to me. I was told the windows would be mounted flush to the outside of the house. They were mounted in the middle of the knocked out window wells. Second, the existing surrounding area of the window is pulled out and the remaining work is left for you to do yourself. In my case I have bare wood, uneven surfaces, and the unpainted area around the inside and outside. I was told that I would have to go buy a "rip saw" to cut and install my frame on the inside, or hire a handyman to do all that for me. The idea of paying someone over $2000 to install 5 windows was that I wouldn't have to do all this additional work afterwards to have them looking decent. Now I have new windows with an interior and exterior which looks shoddy and unfinished. It was nice to not deal with the lead paint, cutting out the bars, and figuring out the whole install by myself. However if I have to hire someone else to finish it and make it look decent, I'm going to just have that person do all my future window installs.

It was a superior experience. The quality of their product is excellent. They came in, did exactly what they said they were going to do, finished quickly, and even cleaned up after themselves. They have great value for the money. They also did my windows a few months prior and we were very satisfied with that job as well.

There crew was very in-sync with each other,and they were very efficient. They were very clean, and we haven't had any problems with the new windows at all. They were also very organized, and knew exactly where each window was to be installed.

They did a great job. The windows that came in were slightly off due to the bricks that weren't even. Even though we did not think it was that bad, they rebuilt all of the windows and did not charge for that. The windows look wonderful and do not fog up in the winter. We are very happy with the job done and we would highly recommend them.

Sales Rep Brian Pugh was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We figured that's because he's a Sales Rep, and they're hired for those qualities, whether the company and the product lives up to them or not. But it turns out that the entire company...EVERY SINGLE PERSON we've ever spoken with, from receptionists to installation schedulers to the installers themselves, are just as friendly and professional. We needed flexibility with our decision-making as well as the installation dates. There were no comments or snide remarks..just completely friendly people working with us. The windows are completely living up to our hopes and expectations, both in looks and temperature regulation. Having windows made in Colorado to withstand the heat, dryness and wind we experience at our home has made ALL the difference. WONDERFUL experience. As soon as we get the main floor windows paid off, we'll be doing the rest of the house!

Our windows are extremely high quality. It is amazing the difference that the new glass makes. The first thing I noticed is the sound level went down immediately. I did not expect this and I was extremely pleased. The windows kept it cool during the summer and I hope it'll keep it warm in the winter. The workers were fantastic and very professional. They perfected the trim and it was as if they were working on their own homes. Everyone was courteous and the salesman was fantastic. I have been telling everyone about them. I wish I would have had this done 15 years ago.

The crew showed up at 0900 and began to go to work immediately, removing the old windows. This of course after they had laid out all protective materials on the carpet, so as not to dirty any of the rooms. They worked steady through out the day and by 1400 hours, all windows were in place, insulated and totally caulked and functional. The final step was for the crew to remove all floor protections they had laid down and vacuum all areas under the new windows. They also hauled away the old windows. Excellent crew.

They stand behind their promise, they're timely. They might be a little more pricey but their product is awesome and their workmanship is awesome. Also, in 2004 we had our sunroom enclosed and we were so happy with them. The house is much warmer during the winter and it kept cool during the summer. It saved on the bills. Their staff was very timely, polite and clean.

The pricing they gave upfront was accurate and fair. They were more than reasonable on working with us on installation dates/times and worked with our schedule. The workmen showed up on time, were very professional, and did the job as promised.

From the salesman to the person who measured our windows ,to the installer, all of the Champion people were prompt and pleasant to deal with. The person who measured our windows pointed out that we could save several hundred dollars by changing two transom windows into one transom window. When the installers called on the day they were to install and found we had other trades in the house they were very courteous and immediately rescheduled us to the next Saturday. We are very impressed with the windows and the sliding glass door.

Overall the experience was very good. The estimator was helpful, patient and thorough in demoing the products and helping us determine the best style of window for our situation. The installers were on-time, professional and very efficient. The work site was kept clean and they gave a nice demonstration of features after the windows were installed.

Their service was absolutely excellent. I cannot think of anything to complain about. The quality of the windows is really good and we noticed a difference immediately after the installation. We use to feel a draft coming through our windows and now with the new windows the draft is gone and it is very comfortable in our home.

We were very pleased with them during the initial sales proposal, during the installation, and with repair work that they did as well. We have recommended them to other people and would definitely use them in the future.

We are very satisfied. They went above and beyond with the work. He was very meticulous as he wore booties in the house and vacuumed after doing the windows which was nice. We could tell an immediate difference with the windows blocking the heat.

It was great. The sales pitch was a little long. The people who installed the windows were great. They did it fast. They installed them in one day. They were very clean. I would definitely use them again. They're good quality windows.
