From the Sales Rep to the people in the scheduling office to the installers, every single person is friendly, knowledgeable and customer-driven. |The fact that they are manufactured here in Colorado is a huge issue. With the dry air, the altitude (thin air), UV rays and the wind we get at our house, Champion Windows were the only rational choice. |LOVE them.

premium product so premium price, however, gorgeous product. install team was respectful of house/furnishings. cleaned up after themselves also. good company to do business with - have already referred to two friends.

Have since replaced one which I damaged - for no additional cost. The windows have saved us hugely on our energy bills both by not leaking in the winter and keeping the sun's heat out in the summer.

Once the windows were made the installers came out and put them in all in one day. They did a good job and left the area clean. So far we are happy with the product.

The process was smooth all the way. It took about six weeks from order placement to installation. The salesperson/consultant was expert and friendly. The installation crew was prompt, polite and cleaned up entirely, the install taking about ten hours. The only glitch was that one pane required tempered glass and had to be reordered and replaced, but that was also smooth.

We got several quotes. A couple of others gave excellent presentations and Champion was OK. We would have gone with another contractor but we had a 30% off coupon. Otherwise they would not have received the order. Their windows were some what better but not for the price before the coupon. The team that put them in was excellent. One window fail permit inspection and they got back and fixed it in no time. Overall they were very good with only the price as a deterrent and the coupon took care of that.

While it took some time to get the order right and a couple of visits for changes, we were not in a hurry and it was a big order. We would use them again, on the basis of their product but more particularly their installers. Excellent installation I have used Anderson, Champion Home Depot and Zen Windows. What I believe is that, if you order any of these companies top windows (maybe not HD) you are getting an excellent window that you will not be disappointed with and that will last a lifetime. But, the key is the installation. A bad install on a good window and you will not be happy with the result. Champion had the most professional and knowledgeable installers. They were quick, efficient, no air leaks, and clean. They were a bit more expensive but not excessively so. I had bids from $25,000 to $13,000 for this job.

The windows were purchased in July. We received a runaround as to when they would be installed. The salesman was worthless in finding out any info as well as the local office. The installers were great but the sales and customer service people were terrible.

The service went very well. The people that did the work did a really good job. We are really happy with the windows.

The service has been fine. I have had no issues. I just need the inspection for the service to be complete. The representatives were very pleasant. They have a good demonstration of the windows and all work was performed with no issues.

I have a few issue's with the service. I picked them because of their guarantee. We had an energy audit after the installation and we still had areas where it was leaking. They needed to caulk some areas and they did not and we have not addressed this issue as it was found through the energy audit. For the most part I do like the service. I did not like that the salesperson comes out and once the sale is over you never see them again. They promised an energy audit before and after the service and when that did not happen they did follow up but part of the service was not provided. The energy audit was only done after the installation and not before. During the presentation he turns on heat and demonstrates the heat on an ordinary window and then a Champion window. I did feel it made a difference but it was not as good as he demonstrated. They told me they do their own installations and they subcontracted which was misleading. The installers were wonderful to work with.

The service was great. I have no complaint's. It was a good experience all around.

The service turned out fine. The project manager that was on the premises to see that the crew was doing the work properly was great. I was very happy with him. He saw the project through to the final product. He was the manager on the door installation and the window wraps.

The service was pretty good. We had a couple of issue's but they did resolve them quickly and to our satisfaction. I would definitely use them again. They have excellent customer service. We did comparison shopping and the price was good. The quality of the product is very good. They called us within a day after calling them on the issue's and they did the replacements quickly. The factory representative was very responsive. They were at our home when they said they would be.

They did a good job. The price was fair, the installation was done quickly, and it's a good quality product. They cleaned up everything and I have no complaints.

I liked that the estimate was correct and there were no overages. They were efficient and the installation was flawless. They cleaned up well and they were on time. I have no complaints with the service.

Jay and his team did the install. As happens with this kind of project, things didn't all go his way. A window broke on the truck, a sill was broken taking out one of the old windows, and the storm door sent with him was the wrong color. Still the rest of the install went well, and I asked him that since he was going to have to return, was there a possibility off adding a second storm door to the original order. The next day Zach called and said that if we were really interested in the second door, he wanted to include it without any extra cost to compensate us for the inconvenience of them having to return to complete the install. I would have to call that customer service above and beyond the call of duty. And part two of the install went off without a hitch. We are very happy with the professional job that Jay and his team did. We wouldn't hesitate to do business with Champion again. Another reason we chose Champion was the fact that they are in Colorado and have been in business for 60 years or so. We had windows installed by a couple of other manufacturers in a previous home. We received wonderful, transferable lifetime warranties with damage replacement and the works from both of them. In both cases we were notified some months later that the companies were going out of business and our wonderful warranties were null and void. I suspect a scam there, which seemed all the more reason to go with a solid Colorado company. I recommend them highly.

From the initial meeting with Bruce Hahn - (window consultant & demonstrator) to installation, everything went as promised. Bruce took his time and explained the benefits of Champion windows, brought in samples and was very thorough with his presentation. He really sold us on the Champion Window product. The installer, Sergio, and his crew were very efficient and professional. It took , it took two days from start to finish and these guys were excellent. They cleaned up after every window installation, no mess to be found. If we needed more windows, we'd definitely go with Champion! **Update! Since the weather has turned colder and we've had the first winter snow, I just have to say that we can definitely tell a difference with these new windows. Last year at this time we could feel drafts leaking through our old windows and needed to cover up with a blanket in our family room. Now, we don't need the blankets and our house is nice and warm. Best part.....our gas bill is way less today than it was this time last year!

They arrived when they said they would to make measurements, and again on the day of installation. They carefully removed the old windows and took them away to be recycled. The crew was very knowledgeable and completed the work quickly and with a minimum of upheaval in my house. The new windows are great--they keep out drafts and noise and look good too.

I am horribly embarrassed that I posted information that was not correct. I mistakenly posted that Champion was the company that refused to make an appointment with me but that was totally incorrect. Champion was not the company at all. I am terribly sorry for posting information that was incorrect

I was very pleased with it. I found them through a home show. They do windows and sunrooms. It's good quality work all away around for the components itself, the workmanship, the follow-up and everything. My cat decided to get into a fight with a cat outside and they came and replaced the screens to my doors with no problem at all. I'm just very pleased with the company.

Didn't buy. I thought they were too highly priced.

What I disliked was the knowledge of the salesperson. I think they were overpriced and I don't think we did our due diligence in shopping as we should have. I don't think they were very competitive. The windows are nice; they saved us some money and energy.
