I'm set up for a new furnace next Friday.

All the service went very smoothly. The technician was very friendly and professional in every way.

Charles is the 3rd Brothers Plumbing team member to help me out. As the others, he was courteous, professional, prompt, and did the work to a very high standard. He was able to work out a discount as well, since not all of the "standard" package would be needed. Brothers has never let me down. They are my go-to plumbers.

My furnace went out and the air conditioning with it during the summer. They were really swamped with work, we moved out because it was unbearable. When they did come in they replaced it and I didn't have trouble with it ever since. It's working perfectly.

I had a problem and they pissed me off, I'm not sure if I'm going back to them. They rescheduled it on me twice. They called after the time they were supposed to be there and said they were going to be late. Then, they called and said they would come the next day, then they called and said it was going to be the next week. It made me uncomfortable. I was really angry. Something about that doesn't really sound right, it sounded a little bogus to me. The cost really jumped up this year. It was $135, previously it was $65. When the guy did get here, he took care of everything thoroughly. Checked to make sure everything was running okay. I didn't have to worry about it because I knew it was running properly. I think they need to figure out their scheduling better. When they're here they do a good job. In this case they were not responsive.On the day they did finally get here, he was punctual and came within the two hour window. The people they send out are always professional. I would consider using them again, but I'm also considering going online and looking at other companies.

I had originally thought this was going to be a simple job due to another quote I received, but the technician made the situation seem much more severe. I am a first-time home owner and female, a huge part of me feels like he took advantage of my ignorance. I was charged $579.00 for a job which later I discovered should have cost $350 maximum from my research on Angie's List, Home Advisor, as well as calling other companies. I really wish I didn't feel pressured at the time and would have gone with another company. Besides the outrageous cost I am disappointed with the professionalism of the technician as well as the billing. The tech put on shoe covers when he first arrived, but after the first time he took them off, he did not put them back on. I had just spent a lot of money to refinish my hardwood floors and when I saw his dirty foot prints on the new paint in the crawl space closet as well I was livid. The invoice does not itemize the services and claims I declined a general and much cheaper service. I called to see if I could receive a breakdown of the services to see why it was almost double the cost and I was told that there is a 2 year warranty on the products and service. I'm very disappointed in myself for not declining Brother's quote and doing further research beforehand.

I had just had the toilet replaced. I said this toilet was just replaced. They said no it isn't any good. So they took it out and put in another toilet. He was training a guy and all he was teaching him was put in a new toilet. They didn't try to figure out the problem. They just threw out a good toilet. I was discouraged with Brothers that I finally got someone in to snake the line and they found the problem. Brothers were punctual but they didn't listen to what I was telling them. I think they should listen to what I had to tell them and they should have tried to evaluate the problem. They were in and out and were in a hurry. The toilet was fine but it wasn't the problem.

They probably did some plumbing work or put in the hot water system. They had done the cleaning on our hot water system. They're quick, they're fast. They were there as fast as they possibly could be. They put in a bigger pipeline for the bath. My husband does all that. I know he was satisfied with what they did. He said he checked around, and they were the best! They stand behind their work. If something is wrong, they come back out and fix it right away. We've used them since our sewage line to the street went belly up. They're reasonable, they're competitive. We've also had some problems with our sink, and they got that taken care of right away, our kitchen sink. They answer your questions, even if you are like me and I don't know anything about that stuff and I don't feel like they're trying to take me for a ride. They answer all of my questions no matter how ridiculous they might be. They're honest, on time,they're clean. They won't walk into the house without their slippers and they clean up very well.

They worked on it until they got it fixed. The guy did everything he could to fix the attic fan before we had to put in a new one and we didn't get charged anymore. When we had it in there something kept happening and then he said this is all you have to do.

I think they did that in a half a day. Just because we were having more demand for gas. Everything else was electrical when they took the stove out and replaced it with a gas stove, we had to expand that gas line.

This is where they really sold us. They did a nice job, and it was cold, it was frozen. I think three or four people came because they had to dig up the old lines. They had to pull up the old line and take it out to the street. They left it pretty clean considering the floor was frozen. It was good. They're very cautious, they wouldn't come on the hardware floor without their slippers.

Very well. It only took Xavier about 2 hours to accomplish.

Troy (HVAC) and Joe (Plumbing) both came out today for annual maintenance and a leaky faucet. I have to say both were pleasant and professional. Each described what they were doing and I felt confident that they were honest and capable. Very good experience Russell Hanover

I liked the fact that they were upfront and honest. Down to earth no pretense.

The price seemed reasonable. They came out and did an estimate and then came back in a couple weeks and got it done quickly.

They are good on guaranties, good pricing. They do good work.

They’ve been out numerous times. The quality of their work was uneven. It varied with the person who responded. Sometimes they were very good, sometimes they were not.

Why do we keep using these people? Anyway, they did response very well, after the one guy screwed up. That’s why I say, they can be a little uneven sometimes and we still use the company.

Everything went great and it was done quickly.

Our team of HVAC technicians, Jacob W., David S., and Ken C., were outstanding from start to finish. Professional, courteous and committed to doing the best possible job. They kept in constant contact regarding the progress of the job and any issues they encountered. Our project was extensive and complicated and they really had their work cut out for them. The team finished the job on schedule and under budget.

Johnny came out in a reasonable time, gave us a quote and repaired a 1/2 inch copper water line. He was done quickly, picked up after himself and gave us an explanation as to just what he had done. We were delighted that the repair was done so fast.

Joe Rodriguez was on time and did an excellent job. I would request him again for other plumbing work in the future.

We leveled our mudroom and bathroom floor and needed the toilet raised. We had done lots of research on this issue before hand and knew a closet flange extender would do the trick. Brothers came out and basically told us we did a horrible job on the floor and that he would have to jack hammer a 12 inch hole into cement that we had just poured in order to fix the problem. When it was brought to his attention that a closet flange extender should work he became even more condescending and rude. He said he didn’t want to lose his license. He estimated that the job would take two hours and quoted a price of almost 1800.00. That’s $600.00 PER HOUR. Seriously? The employee was arrogant and treated this woman like an idiot. If this man represents Brothers then I will never call them again. Cost was 45.00 for the trip fee and apparently to be treated poorly. We found another plumber on Angie’s List (A perfect Plumber) and they came out and fixed the problem with a Closet Flange Extender. (surprise, surprise) He only had to chip away ½ inch of cement to make it fit. Oh, and he commented on what a nice job we did on the floor. Cost 158.00
