DO NOT HIRE!! They are outrageously over priced and will take advantage of you. They have this “home care” program they sell as being cheaper than the repair but neglect to tell you they will charge you a monthly fee for it and it is very slyly written in the contract as an “investment” and of course they don’t mention the cancelation fee. They have a horrible business model and zero ethics if you try to resolve it with them.

I called up to get a quote on a new furnace. They wanted $67 to come out and give a quote. My family is in the trades and they had never heard of a charge for a quote... You have to earn the business...

They did a good job, were very courteous, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. They wore footies while in the house and answered questions. I would highly recommend them.

It was great, they were wonderful, they were very professional, on time, communicate clearly and don't play games.

They are great in both areas. We would recommend them.

Too be honest, once I spent time with Josh Kuzmina at my house looking at my kitchen repair job and realized what a professional he is, I had him replace several more old (my condo is 12 years old) ball valves and plumbing to all 3 toilets. The price was extremely affordable and about 1/2 of the estimate I received earlier from a different plumber. I will certainly use Brothers again and will request Josh if at all possible

The service window was 1-3 PM. Conner was the HVAC tech and arrived about 1:15 PM. He was very neat, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He checked the furnace at the rental property currently being remodeled and it was good...yay! He did notice there was a lengthy delay with the thermostat, which I had noticed too and forgot to mention on his arrival. As it was, he recommended the thermostat be replaced and I concurred as they don’t last forever. However, the cost to replace the thermostat was $339 (Honeywell, 2 yr warranty don’t know model off hand) which of course included labor. I said that was a pricey thermostat and did they not have another option. The last thermostat I bought for my house was $69 six yrs ago and it’s still the same price at HD. Conner said that’s the only one they offered. I told him to tell management they need to offer customer’s a choice on price-points. Since my husband has been swamped and wouldn’t have time to install, needed to bite the bullet. On the bright side, they were running a half price special on the Furnace Inspection. I also had service with Brother’s electrical later that day. More on that in another review. But I am curious as to why there was No show up fee to the tune of $79 for HVAC services. Was it because I bought a thermostat? Yet later that day, I needed installation of 5 GFI’s that I had provided and there is a $79 show up fee.

It went great. Mark from Brother Plumbing came right on time, he was very professional, he even used shoe covers while servicing and certifying our furnace. Great professionalism. I will hire them again and recommend them to everybody. Thank you.

It was completed quickly and looks great. This job was to fix his work that he had done back in April / May of this year. The hot and cold water hook-up was too close to the tiled floor and needed to be raised to be above the bottom of the base sink cabinet. Robert was pleasant and courteous. He worked quickly to resolve the issue.

Great! Daniel was very personable. My fix was very standard and should have been something l did myself but I didn’t take the time to thoroughly read instructions . Daniel was pleasant and very easy to talk to. Next time I have a real problem I hope you send Daniel. Thank you for responding to my call as quickly as you did. You won my confidence and trust. They called me an hour into my 2-hour appointment window to tell me they couldn't make it that day, but could reschedule me for a week later, which was past the deadline I had to get the work done. When I noted that was poor customer service, the guy raised his voice and started arguing with me! What a waste of time.

It went well. Ryck was very patient with us and gave us the information we needed.

Jose Rosales was our technician and was terrific -- very professional, personable, kept me informed of status and potential issues with the cooler throughout his visit. A pleasure to work with.Brothers is always a bit pricey, but their techs are always top notch

Everything went very well- Chris was very knowledgeable about the AC- he explained the part he was replacing on the AC and had him do it. Very friendly young man and even my little dog liked him- Brother's does an excellent job I have had plumbing, electric and AC done with them and appreciate their professionalism - they make me SMILE all the time! but I smile anyway. Ron from Brothers Plumbing, Heating and Electric is both knowledgeable and professional. It was important to know that technicians with this company are licensed, bonded, and insured. The work was performed in an efficient and conscientious manner. He double checked to make sure the system was working correctly before he left. It was comforting to know the job was done correctly on the first visit. (Time is money too!) Parts are carried on the truck.

Good careful check, went the extra mile (figuratively and literally) to find a part needed to repair and returned the same day.

Buddy shut down the leak at a valve we were unaware off. He will be back to make repairs in April/May after it is safe to turn on the sprinklers.

It was done very well. The work was timely, efficient and completed. However, the city inspector found a small problem, which he failed to define in writing. Javier returned to try to determine the problem, but was unable, without a written statement, to define and correct it. He said he would work through the city until he found the inspector and the problem and would solve it so the city would sign off on the inspection, Javier was very kind and assured me he would work through it until completion. The service call went great. The technician who came out named Jeff did a superb job in explaining everything to me and resolving my problem very professionally and expeditiously. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Mikey L. was friendly and direct. He worked efficiently and knew his way around an old system, which some workers aren't familiar with or have trouble adapting to. The service went along without problems or concerns. All-in-all a good job.

Scott was great. He was friendly, if I had a question, he answered, and he got the job done.
