Description of Work: I had scheduled an appliance repair consultation for 8-10 am on September. I received a call at about 8:15 to tell me the technician called in sick and they needed to reschedule. Since, like many people, I stayed home from work this was an inconvenience. I agreed to the 8-10 am spot on October 1st. They said I would receive an email confirmation the evening of Sept. 30. I did not receive an email so I called the morning of the 1st. They proceeded to tell me they had changed the time to 9-11 am. I had commitments after 10 am so this did not work for me. They charge $90 for a service call but then do not honor their commitment on time nor respect your time.
