Axium Inspections & Radon Mitigations

Axium Customer Service is wonderful. They answer their phones, are polite and made the whole process easy. Dirk the inspector was on time, polite and efficient. He explained everything to my clients in a calm manner and allowed for questions. We had the inspection summary within the hour after completion. It was professionally presented with pictures and detailed descriptions.

It went good. Mike showed up early and was ready to proceed. He did a through review of the house (inside and out) and was very friendly. I followed him around as he did his job but made sure to stay out of his way and not ask to many questions while he was inspecting. I would hire Axium again.

The inspection went great! Anthony arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule, and got to work right away. His explanations of each step were easy to understand and thorough. Larry did a great job with the sewer scope. Will definitely recommend Axium to any colleagues who are looking for this service!

I am considering purchasing a 117 year old home and wanted to know as much information as I could about it due to its age. I called Axium after reading the many positive reviews on Angie's List, and I was not disappointed! From the company receptionist to each of the three inspectors (Mike Donahue, Jeff Krause, and the technician who did the sewer scope) who came to the house, all were friendly, helpful, and professional. Each patiently answered my myriad questions. I came away with a detailed picture and analysis of the condition of the home. In the areas of concern, the report noted that further inspections by a contractor or specialist was warranted. I was comfortable with this as it is much the same as a primary care physician would refer a patient on to a specialist if problems were found. Not being knowledgeable in any way about home maintenance, I was also able to prioritize what would need to be done to the home to make it a safe and healthy place to live in. The overall experience with Axium was great and I have peace of mind if I purchase the home!

Jeff was awesome and did a thorough job, explaining everything to us in as much detail as we needed. Scheduling was easy and we had the report the day after the inspection. We'd definitely hire them again!

Jason saved me 4,000 dollars because of the thoroughness of his work. He noticed the home had Poly Butylene pipes. When I brought this to my realtor, she talked with the seller and he agreed to cut a check at closing for 4,000 dollars to cover the cost of replacing the pipes. Other than that, there were some other things, like a gas leak, that Jason was able to find. My realtor said they had never seen an inspection report so thorough.

I was around when Wade started Axium, when it was just him, and have watched him grow and flourish as, not just an expert in his field, but THE expert in Home Inspections in Colorado. Even though he's not personally doing the inspections anymore, I trust each and every one of his inspectors knowing they have been trained by the best and that they will do everything they can to keep my buyers needs in mind when inspecting a potential property.

The Inspector went out to the house knowing that I will not be there as I am located about a 1,000 miles away. He went in provided a report (with images) that was impressively thorough. I asked them to do the: - Home Inspection - Sewer Inspection - Test for Radon Gas And I am thoroughly impressed with the report for each. I learned much from the details provided in the report.

Tim inspected the whole house and then went through everything he saw that he noticed. Things that needed more attention he showed us. Most things were minor but needed attention before they became major or what we expected given the ago of the house.

He even called us as he was leaving to share some concerns which he did not have to do. He saved us alot of money and time in the end. This is my 3rd inspection this year and I will only use Axium (and Jason if we can get him) as thier office scheduling staff is always helpful, curteous and plesant to work with. They send everything online to pay and to view the inspection which makes it super convenient. To add, they gave me a super competitive price and a discount on my 3rd inspection. Can not say enough good things about them as a company as a whole. You don't get customer focused care like this anymore even though customer care is a commonly used idea; they make the idea a reality! Great job Axium!
