Thank you to Axium Home Inspections and especially Kevin and Kyle for the outstanding inspection of my new property. They were so thorough. They discussed the high level items but also provided an overall report that was so detailed and even included pictures and videos. The inspector (kyle) was super punctual, professional, and transparent with the process. He informed us the whole way through and kept us apprised of his findings with the inspection. The radon inspector was also great, punctual, informative, would recommend axiom to any first time home buyer.

I had the most wonderful experience with Brandon and Victor of Axiom Inspections & Radon Mitigations. The experience was stress free, informative, collaborative and all around fun. They both have extensive and knowledge that quickly put me at ease when considering the inspection process. The inspection reporting was provided almost immediately after the inspection was complete. The inspection report is full of photos and thorough descriptions. It’s also modern and very easy to navigate. I would recommend Axiom to anyone and everyone.

Kyle was great! He walked us through the sewer inspection as he was doing it and explained what he was seeing and what his concerns were. He was friendly and professional and as first time home buyers he answered all our questions about the house and the process. Would definitely recommend and will be using Axium again.

Michael Morgan was the tech. He was helpful and explained each step he was doing. He took his time to examine all areas of concern. He explained the process for what would occur after his initial assessment.

Tolon was punctual, comprehensive, professional and friendly. He let us follow him around while he was conducting the inspection, and explained not only his findings but also general information about the house. He communicated the major findings clearly at the end, and we received the full report that night.

Thanh arrived at my home on time. He let me know what his routine would be and started working to inspect my home. Thanh was professional and showed me concerns of repairs and explained the reasons. He was ver clear and knowledgeable. I would hire him and his company again.

Inspection went very well and the inspector was very thorough, and pointed out items we would not even have thought to be an issue. He was on-time, very polite and very knowledge about type of property and common issues we may experience. The inspection report was very detailed and included pictures of every item inspected, good or bad.

To of the line for inspection. A full report was given to us. We now know some things that will need to be fixed prior to the last walk through. And thanks to our Realtor, Angela Fladabo for setting this up for us. Everyone involved ……. FIRST CLASS.

Outstanding. They looked at everything possible (including the pricier radon and mold tests I wanted) and saved me from buying a crumbling money pit. The admins were extremely responsive and even shuffled the dates around to accommodate me since my agent made the inspection deadline way too aggressive. They found a plethora of issues that could have cost me tens of thousands of dollars with no guarantee they won't happen again. This company is simply incredible. The price is very reasonable too, especially if you aren't as picky as me and get their standard inspection (which still catches SO MUCH).

The inspector took the time to walk thru all the issues reported in the report as needing attention and also let me know the severity of each issue. They truly do a full home inspection, testing everything you could possibly think of.
