Axium Inspections & Radon Mitigations

Best experience I have ever had with a company! They are on it! I called to check availability. I wasn’t sure what time would work for my very busy mom schedule and I wasn’t sure if I could take time off from work to attend the inspection. No problem! They reached back out to me by text, I was scheduled the next day! Even emailed me the report the same day! Let me tell you about the report! This thing is so cool and so thorough. Maybe I’m just a n*** but the platform that they send the report in has a menu where you can go straight to a section you want to review. It shows how many recommendations for that section in the house. You can cut to the chase and review just the recommended fixes and they provide contact information for contractors who can fix those potential issues! And of course, it comes with a downloadable pdf version, with all the photos included. I’m blown away! No hassle, super convenient. And they were $150 cheaper than everyone else. Hands down will recommend and use their service again and again! Service is second to none!

We needed lead paint testing on an older home before doing some renovations. Their price was reasonable, but not cheap, and they were able to come out the next day. The inspector was very professional and knowledgeable. This was for the interior and exterior of a 1400 sq ft house.

Thanh Vo did a fastastic job in inspecting our seen to be home, he was vary thorough and I felt like he went the extra mile in order to make sure we were covered and knew, the good, the bad, and the ugly, he also gave us a great deal of tips and ideas on how to handle some of these issues which put us at ease. Axium was fast, responsive, and took care of us asap, that coupled with a fantastic promotion going with angies list made the experience a home run for us! If we find ourselves in this situation again, we will be sure to use Thanh and Axium!

Flawless, easy process, detailed report.

Thanh Vo was great and professional! First of all, He arrived on time and inspected the house smoothly. He kindly answered the question and explained about the house manual. After the inspection, he submitted the report very fast, and he said that the house's condition was good and he couldn't find the issue. He was right, and the former owner well-maintained the house, so we were so happy about it. Highly recommended!

This was the 3rd time I’ve used Axium (specifically Tim Krapfl) for home inspection. Tim is very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional! I highly recommend. Tim did the home inspection, but the services also included sewer scope and radon testing.

Having used them before for a previous house, and knowing how thorough they are, I hired them for a new construction home and requested Tim, the inspector I had before. Tim and Thon came on time and we’re very professional and thorough. They allowed me to follow them around and offered recommendations and answered all the questions that I had. The last thing you want if you're purchasing a new home is an inspector who rushes the job and misses something on your very expensive new investment. I am an out of state seller of a property in Colorado Springs that during a routine radon testing tested slightly high. I was referred to Axium by my realtor who highly recommended them. I contacted them and made all the arangements by phone / on-line. It was very easy. They provided a very competitive bid, were able to do the work in very short order, no surprises. Converted a passive radon system to an active radon mitigation system.

Receptionist was very accommodating and professional. They were more expensive than other companies but it was worth it. When buying a new home, you don’t want any surprises. The inspector was VERY thorough. He followed the sewer line all the way down to the public main line complete w/video and explanation. If your investing in a new home, I highly recommend using Axium.

Very thorough. My only feedback is the sales rep automatically included additional services which made the price over $700. I called and received competitive bids and they then decreased the price by almost $400!
