He took the time to answer all of my questions and the report I received from Axium was by far the best home inspection format I’ve ever seen. I would highly recommend using Axium for your home inspection. Get Jeff if he is available. Even the office staff was professional, courteous and got me scheduled at a convenient time. They even beat the price of the other inspectors I spoke to.

Everything went well from start to finish. I wish the inspector would have come back out to inspect the roof and AC unit, but due to the snow/cold weather, it couldn't be performed. Answered all our questions and we learned a lot about our new home.

It went very well. The inspector was dowm to earth and went through and explained every step of the process and results. I really felt like he took his job seriously and gave real world advice and recommendations. Never did I feel like things were sugar coated or blown out of proportion. The fact that the inspection took 2 hours for 700sqf. made me feel like I was important and just not another number he had to get through. The report was comprehensive and well documented. Truly grade A service.

Highly recommend for purchasers of new construction homes that may lack knowledge about the building proces.

Axium was easy to contact and book for my home inspection. It was cost effective to add sewer inspection and radon testing. The prices were very competitive. I received reminder emails. The terms and conditions were very clear. The professional I worked with was comprehensive and timely. It was everything I hoped it would be.

Arrived early, checked absolutely everything. Went over the pictures and findings with me prior to leaving. Had a Radon test done also. Received a written report within 24 hours.

The house inspector's name was Bobby. He was very thorough, informed and professional. Showed up on time and spent over 2 hours inspecting every nook and cranny of the house and took the time to point things out along the way in addition to taking pictures and providing a very thorough, detailed written report. Matt was a true professional. He was there early, asked me what my biggest concerns with the house were, and addressed those first. And his report was so detailed and thorough. Would certainly recommend their service once again.

We hired them for our home inspection with no problem, calling to hire for radon mitigation and asbestos testing did not go well from the initial call. When someone with operations called back (it was nice of them to do) they told me they see how the customer service rep thought the call was over (he essentially hung up on me). I was amazed. Clearly they follow through with their services, but need to consider the customer when handling personnel issues. How they are handled now, the customer is not the priority.

The home Inspection went great. Jeff was very good at his job. It took him about 3.5 hours from start to finish. I would highly recommend Axium.

These guys absolutely nailed it. In about 5 hours they installed a great looking and unobtrusive venting system right next to our expensive solar inverter and battery bank without any issues. Less than 2 hours after the system was running I saw a dramatic drop in our pCi/L ratings, according to my AirThignsWave sensor and we went from an average of 7.5 down to 4.0 in less than 12 hours. Its still dropping today. The installation crew was very professional and had answers to my common questions.

Two courteous Inspectors came on time, did a throurough inspection of house and systems, gave a verbal overview of results, answered my questions and sent a very detailed written report next day. The same company arranged a sewer scope, which turned up sewer almost blocked with tree roots etc.. Very knowledgeable, professional, patient. Will hire them for my next house purchase, too, as this one did reveal too many problems for me to fix. Very glad I had the inspection!

Everything went well. The inspection was performed as described, samples were taken, lab results were provided, follow-up discussion helped with further decisions, and the price was right.
