When there is a break or a belly in the line such as we found, we do recommend repair since it can cause additional future issues, such as back-ups. We are happy that we were able to resolve this with you back in August by refunding 100% of the amount charged for the drain cleaning since we do warranty all of our work. Description of Work: replaced hot water heater - everything perfect! very professional - first class work - not cheap but done perfectly the first time!!!! also cleaned out and cleared a drain line that another plumber told me needed to be replaced at a cost of $10,000 dollars or more and that part only cost $1,000 - saved me 9 grand and a huge mess taking care of a problem in the right way. I would never use another plumber - last summer they replaced my air conditioner - same result - perfect!!!!
