Excellent service every step of the way!

We've been using Applewood for years. We are in the middle of a kitchen remodel from h*** and Applewood has come to our rescue twice.

Jacob ordered the parts that needed to be replaced and replaced them. Jacob is very knowledgeable of and explained all that needed to repaired. Jacob looked after the customer needs which I respect and he respect me the customer.

All went very well! Very polite and knowledgeable! Have always used Applewood and would recommend them for any of your needs.

John Jones the plumber technician is who I called back for his repeat work. He is very courteous, professional, and confident in his work. Examine the problem, gave me a written quote and performed the work and solved my problem. Placed covers over his shoes and asked if he needed to wear a mask since I had mine on and he politely did, with no problem. He represents Applewood Plumbing well.

Nathan was early and the service took less than an hour.

Jake was friendly, a good listener, and got the job done.

Overpriced service. They charged me $800 just to install a thermostat. I tried to return it and get my refund .I have tried to contact with customer service regarding the return refund policy but they never call me back to negotiate this issue because they don't want to give me my refund. I am very very dissatisfied and dissapointed with their service.

Tony was awesome! He squeezed me in at the end of his day, showed me how to turn the water off, gave me a quote, and fixed the problem all in the same evening. He was professional, empathetic, and generous with his time. He explained everything in detail & gave me recommendations. I’m very pleased and would absolutely use Applewood again.

Very well. They are always very professional, thorough and may be the best in town.

He explained to me that the unit was rusting out and that is why it sounded like an obstruction. He suggested I go for a stainless-steel model. Knowing it would be more expensive, I chose it anyway. It has a 10-year warranty which I found attractive and I knew that it would not rust out.

I always use Applewood. I am a member of their club which gives me free inspections every year. I call them for plumbing electrical heating and air conditioning. They are here in a minute. Today Justin gave my furnace a checkout for the winter and Brian fixed a faucet in the shower. Justin discovered corrosion in my thermostat and made a recommendation that I replace it, which I will be doing with Applewood. Brian also checked out a leaky faucet and replaced the washer as a courtesy. It was a busy household here today. Very happy with my decision to always use this company.

We had a few mechanical complications with the furnace. Shane and his student resolved the issues at hand. I’m feeling confident now that our furnace is in good shape. Thank you.
