We just moved into an old victorian house that the squirrels have been chewing on and living in for a LONG time. We have squirrels everywhere on our property and a number of them were living in our attic. Stewart can climb and think like a squirrel. Within 20 minutes he had address all the entry points, learned their movement patterns and had a plan to catch them. Not only did Stewart trap all the squirrels that were getting into our house, but he patched up about 15 entry points so they will never come back. Stewart understands animals and can teach you anything you want to know about animal patterns and urban trapping. He is extremely professional and will come out to your house every day to check the traps. Our job ended up being more work due to the age of the house and the number of squirrels and entry points but Stewart came back everyday to get the job done quickly and still gave us a great deal. Stewart was diligent and takes great pride in his work. We couldn't recommend him enough for your animal extraction needs.

Working with Stewart is a pleasure! I had a mourning dove trapped in my fireplace, and Stewart came within 45 minutes to free the bird. In addition, he climbed on the roof to check the chimney cap and did a complete inspection of my property, looking for other potential problems. He is polite, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to about wildlife issues. His prices are reasonable ($89 for the service call to remove the bird), and he explains each charge before performing the work. As a bonus, he knew how to walk on my concrete tile roof without damaging it. I highly recommend him!

Stuart was out the same day I called and it was late afternoon! He's such a professional with his knowledge and tenacity. He was succuessful once again in helping us with our problem of a skunk family using our yard as a trail every night, and found raccoons we didn't even know were part of the problem. He's patient with the squirrels and stray cats, never harming an animal, but relocating. He's an Animal Detective and Wildlife Biologist. Outstanding customer service! Polite and very knowledgable. Doesn't worry about the time he's giving during a free estimate. He's very detailed. He's extremely thorough, I mean he looks everywhere. He's a very pleasant person. He works with homeowner's to determine their individual needs. He's very timely in returning phone calls. He's showed up at 6:30 in the morning the last two mornings to check the traps and re-evalate the location of the traps and the effectiveness of the bait. Customer expectations are met 100%.
