They were efficient, friendly and did superb work. It looks beautiful! They even did some minor custom work at no additional charge. Priscillano Anaya, the owner, was great to work with!

All communications went smoothly & all appts. were on time. No issues whatsoever.

Their price was very reasonable and the work was very good. The crew was friendly and professional and the owner, Pricilliano, is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing concrete work.

I was happy with the estimate I was provided and the time the rep took to review my need. While I did hire Anaya at this time I do plan on getting services from Anaya in the near furture.

Prisiliano was extremely helpful. He explained over the phone the process they would use of dissolving the existing sealer and then applying a new sealer, and that the process doesn't always work as expected depending on the exact sealer that was previously used and potential chemical reactions. He also walked me through products I'd need and a supplier's name if I opted to complete the reseal myself. I really appreciated his thorough explanation, including the potential risk of the process in addition to giving me information if I wanted to try it myself.

They were timely, professional, and did a great job. We are very happy with it.

I called and was informed that he will not do repairs as stated in his profile. He will only do tear outs and replacement and only for jobs $800 and greater.

They were excellent! They came right out and were able to start the next day, even though it was in the middle of winter and really cold out. I definitely had my doubts about the job, since it was so cold, but they did a beautiful job. They were very helpful with the design and because it was so cold, they kept a technician there all day to make sure everything was good. They went above and beyond, made suggestions which I went with, and it made a difference. I’d definitely use them again!

I can not praise Anaya Concrete enough! Jesus Soto was prompt and professional from the estimate to the finishing touches on the project. He impressed us with his breadth of knowledge, experience and wonderful sense of humor. He listened to us and managed to give us the project we had invisioned and more. Jesus and his team arrived early and left late to finished the job on time. They respected our mature trees as they negotiated a 6 foot hill to pump concrete to the porch and stair cases. They cleaned up daily which made me and the neighbors very happy. My husband had doubts about the neccesity of this project. Now he can't believe how easy it is to negotiate the entry to our home. Without a doubt this is THE BEST experience we have had! and we have many projects with a 100 year old home. If you need anything concrete call JESUS SOTO and ANAYA Concrete! You will be impressed and very satisfied,

Do: talk about everything you want done (use a list) and watch throughout the project. Don't: assume they know exactly what you want.

Overall I was very pleased with the work that Anaya Concrete did. The new sidewalk and patio look great. They also now drain properly away from the house. The only problem I encountered was the time it took to get anything done. After contacting them they came out in about a week and gave me my estimate. It took another two months for them to come out and do the work. I guess they must be in high demand.

They were prompt, professional and did the work exactly as we had discussed and very efficiently. they did the decontsruction, forming and the pour on the same day then came back the third day removed the forms and set the roof support post. They did an excellant job and would recommend them to others.

This crew fixed many things a previous concrete contractor did incorrectly. The work was excellent and they worked very hard. I would use them again if the need arises in the future.

Outstanding. They started a day later than planned because we got rain and well, you just can't do concrete work well in the rain and these folks only know how to do a job right. Once they started working they kept at it until the job was done. The concrete looks great. Not only did they do great work they made sure that when they cleaned up there was no trace of "extra" cement anywhere. I gave their name to my general contractor and he is going to start using them also. When we have our driveway replaced in about two years you can bet we are calling them.

Louis came out and gave me an estimate on repairing my concrete steps out front and put in a wrought iron railing. I thought he did a great job. I called him late July and he wasn't able to fit me in until mid-late August which I was fine with since I didn't have a strict schedule. But, he called me first thing when he had an opening and a couple days later his crew came and the old damaged steps were removed and the new concrete was poured all in the same day and about a week later the rail was installed. They cleaned up all materials and the steps came out looking great along with the new railing.

We had the drive way removed and a new one put in. The work was done on time and the clean up was very good. The workers did a great job and were very helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend Anaya Concrete Excellent work.

They were great. They were on time and did a good job. Everything looks wonderful.

It was a relatively small job, which I had difficulty finding a reliable company to do. As agreed, I was contacted three days in advance of start day and time. This allowed time for me time to do some preparation. They arrived on time, first the owner and then two associates and proceeded to completed the project in approximaely ten hours. The two associates worked very hard and the work was completed to my satisfaction without any problems. If you're not bilingual expect some verbale communication issues.

Priscelliano, the owner was very responsive to our call and came out within a day or so. He gave us a bid on the spot and told us he was booked out for about a month. With the reputation he has, I wasn't at all surprised that he was booked. He called us about a week of so prior to starting our job and he and his crew arrived early (7:30 a.m.) on the day we agreed to. Priscelliano was on the job site the entire time his crew was here working. They worked until dark on Monday and poured concrete Tuesday morning. We are very happy with the results and they did a good job cleaning up afterwards. I also threatened them about my flowers prior to starting, lol, and they were very careful working around them.

I was pleased to have the project start earlier than originally planned. They arrived at 7 am and were completed and gone by the time I returned at 4:30. The work was completed just as I had asked and the area was clean and neat. The only criticism I have is they do not accept credit cards.

Anaya Concrete was polite. They had to pull out some old concrete and fencing before laying the new concrete. I would use them again in the future.

The gentleman was punctual and knowledgeable. He did not bring a portfolio, but did provide a number of properties we could look at to view his work. He provided an instant estimate on the back of a business card. His price was high compared to other companies.

I did not use them but I was please with their estimate. I will call them next time.
