They did excellent work. They didn't make a mark on my yard or lawn getting stuff in and out of the back and gave excellent design ideas. The new patio looks great and is very nice for relaxing or entertaining.

Nothing. They couldn't even show up for the estimate. I scheduled three appointments with them and they didn't show up once. Complete waste of time.

Very pleased!! This company was fair on price, on time, professional and our sidewalks look great!! We would definitely recommend them and would use again if the need arises.

The initial removal of the deck and installation of the concrete work was ok. It was the damage they did while doing the work that is the problem. There were multiple areas around the house where they did damage installing the concrete patio, and including a sprinkler. They told us that this was not their responsibility as they were not aware the sprinkler was there. When I talked with my landscaping company, they informed me that it was common practice for the company that did the damage should fix it. They did agree to replace that, but some more problems came up when they used a pressure washer on the new patio. A bunch of water got up the side of our house, and some of the paint was torn off where the pressure was too high. They also ended up tearing up the screen. The final thing I noticed was that our side panels started bowing right where they were using the pressure washer. I initially confronted them about the screen, and they told me it was an easy fix and where to get the supplies. They did paint the house where they chipped the original paint, and they did replace the screen, but when I addressed the fact that the bowing was not going away on the side panels they said it was a problem with the house itself. This all eventually escalated to them and us contacting our lawyers. My husband got into a shouting match with the owner and specifically told him not to step foot in our house without permission. He also wasn't to send anybody without notice. A co-worker of his that we have dealt with for a while now ended up showing up unannounced. Without asking, he just started to walk around to the side of the house and started taking pictures. I asked him to stop and leave, and he would not. My husband and the owner already had an understanding that all of our communication would be done via email so that everything can be documented. When he refused to leave, I had no choice but to tell him I was going to call the cops. As soon as I got in the house, he was in his truck and leaving. I ended up filing a call incident with the police. The problem is not at all about the installation, it is about the customer service. I feel it is important to be conscious of the property you are doing work on, and they neglected that. All of my down payments were on time, and the remaining balance has been paid in full.

Very cooperative, did a great job, driveway looks so much better. Would recommend this company. Cleaned up and did not leave a mess.

Arrived for estimate unprepared. Took a quick look and said he'd get back to me. Later sent an email saying they were uninterested in doing the work.

I called for a person to come out and give us an estimate to have our driveway removed and replaced with new, as well as extend the driveway around the side of the house. Jerry came out, took information and said he would call or email the final cost of the project after stating it would be approximately $8,000.00 to $9000.00 to complete the job. As he is talking to me he mentioned the pricing would be expensive over and over, which I found unsettling. I asked him to work it up and send the information. I have yet to here from him and have gone and had the work done by another company I found on Angies List, who did a wonderful job. His manner seemed to show me he either did not want the job or thought I was unable to afford him(mistake on his part). Will not recommend this company in the future.

The provider came out and talked with tme about replacing a concrete walk. There were two kinds, plain concrete and a special stamped concrete with color. Due to the cost of the stamped colored concrete being twice as much, I decided to go with plain concrete at half the price.The provider sent me an estimate with *only* for the higher prices stamped colored concrete which was not what I asked for. Because this is twice the price I called the provider and said yet again I did want the special concrete I wanted just the plain. The following week the provider unexpectedly rescheduled the appointment to a different date. After that, they called me on Sunday night after 9 PM to once again ask me what color I wanted the special higher-priced concrete in. This was the 3RD TIME I TOLD THEM THEY HAD THE OTHER WRONG. Because I was not comfortable this job would be done correctly, I had to cancel the it. The provider then told me he expected that to happen because he thought I was and quot;that kind of personand quot;, whatever that means. This business seems uncoordinated and unprofessional. I would not trust them to do work like this.

Things have changed! Last summer, they resealed our patio after a hail storm. The new sealer turned white and is flaking off. They said to wait until this summer and they would make sure everything was perfect. Well, after calling several times to get them to come out (2 no-shows), they were going to roll on sealer on top of the flaking seal and without power washing first! I spoke to the manager who was extremely rude and he told me and quot;too bad...we are already going out of our way to make you happy and we're not doing anything elseand quot;. I asked the manager to come look at the patio and he said he was too busy. I asked the two workers, who don't speak any English to please leave, so they did not conduct the repairs. We will be getting estimates from two other companies and suing Anaya Concrete.

Quote/Estimation Process: We had a gentleman who worked for Anaya come over and provide us a quote along with any design modifications that would be needed. He was very helpful, professional and did a good job of selling us on the service for our new patio. Once we received his email quotation, we decided to go ahead with the new patio job with Anaya. Preparation: Anaya employees arrived as stated to start our job. As we reviewed the design with the team as quoted by the sales person, they immediately identified several issues with the design that they did not feel comfortable doing. The outside steps were too high above the grass and they felt like they had to add additional steps to make the design work. This added additional time and cost to the project but we decided to go through with the job if it made good design sense. We added several hundred more dollars to the job for the additional labor? Once the design change was agreed upon the team began laying forms and prepping the ground for the concrete pouring. Installation: One of the big reasons for going with Anaya was that they stated they had a concrete pumping system that avoided driving into our back yard or using expensive boom systems that went over the house. We thought this was a good idea and a great selling feature for using this contractor. Unfortunately when it came time to pour, they stated their pump was broken and they had to go rent or lease a new one. The new concrete patio was poured and the team finished the job within the two days as promised. Overall it looked good and we were initially pleased in spite of the increased costs and design changes. Quality/Service: Within several months of the patio completion, we noticed cracks starting to appear on several of the sections that had been poured. We were concerned but hoped that they were simply surface cracks. After about six months the cracks started to grow larger and the step on one side had sunk or collapsed about 1/2and quot;. I contacted Anaya concrete several times and had difficulty getting them to come look at the patio. Initial replies were that Mr. Anaya was very busy and had many jobs to attend to. After several more calls and emails we were able to get them to come look at the patio. After reviewing the cracks Mr. Anaya did state that he was surprised by the cracks and was even wondering if the team had placed proper rebar in the concrete. He agreed to have his team come out and patch the cracks but would not replace or repour any concrete as he stated that this is simply one of the risks of pouring concrete. In less than six months after pouring this patio we found half of the sections are cracked and continuing to grow. No other concrete on our property exhibits anything close to this level of deterioration and we are quite surprised by the lack of durability given how new the concrete is. I am concerned that the quality of the concrete itself is not what was quoted and/or the soil preparation was simply not adequate to support the concrete. Unfortunately we are very disappointed with the looks and appearance of our patio. We have friends and neighbors who ask who our contractor was and why it looks the way it does. We are disappointed with the appearance and do not look forward to backyard entertainment parties like we had planned. We are now looking for ways to either remove the patio or place some form of wood or Trex decking over it.

Project started on time and finished on time quality workmanship

Had appointment for during the weekday. Had to leave work and drive 20 minutes to get home for appointment. 24 hours later, still no word from company. I can't rate their quality ( of work, I can rate their quality of customer service-F) or their price, but professionalism and reliability are much more important to me and they fail on this big time. I would not recommend this company to anyone in the future.

After a few weeks of no estimate, I finally got in touch with him again and he apologized for not getting back to me - told me he had some concerns about the location of the sewer line (which was just replace) in relationship to the garage, but promised me an e-mail with an estimate. That was 10 days ago - still nothing. I would expect him to at least let me know why he was not able to provide me with an estimate. Very unprofessional!!! I am disappointed.

Called to schedule an estimate on 02/02/2015. Spoke to a receptionist who told me she would forward the information to her site manager, who would call me to schedule the estimate. Never heard from them again.

Great job! Totally excellent from estimate to final cleanup. Pleasant people, great teamwork on Sergio's crew. Great attention to detail. The crew worked nonstop (except for lunch break) 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. They were supposed to come a day earlier, but were held up on the previous job. The estimator called the day before, and this was OK with us. Have already recommended Anaya to a friend.

I did 5 quotes, all from Angie's list. Anaya wasn't the lowest and it wasn't the highest. What sold me was Jerry was very upfront of what to expect, my options and things to look out for even if I didn't go with him. That won my trust.Jerry's crew was very professional, did amazing work, respectful and cleaned up nicely when done. I would use his company again and recommend him to others.

It went really well. They were very meticulous and very professional about preparing and pouring the concrete. Some of the area is shaded and I was concerned about getting things graded so water ran away in the proper direction. Prisciliano supervised all the work and I was very impressed with how this went. He answered all my questions very clearly. It drains perfectly. They treated the concrete with a surface application and cleaned up everything. They waited until the concrete had settled to put in the controlled joints. I noticed some shallow chips adjoining the saw cuts. Prisciliano came back a couple times to look at this and no further chips have occurred. I like the work they did and it's held up well. I've referred him to my neighbors.

Anaya Concrete is very good. They were excellent. Each step is about 4 feet long and about 4 feet wide. It's just really good. Their price was comparable.

Prisciliano did the estimate the day after I called. Him and the crew came out to the property the afternoon before the work was done so he could review the project once again with me and his crew.They demo'd our entire carport (wooden structure with asphalt shingles) and removed the driveway under it along with a sidewalk. The concrete was at least 5and quot; thick.They guys were quick and courteous and even noticed and repaired a sprinkler head that was broken during the demo. They made very sure that the lawn around the demo area was very clean and free of all debris afterwards.My engineer neighbor watched the whole process from his window and approved of their work. :)

They were excellent. I like the way they talked to me on the phone. I weren't worried when they did the job, I was out of town and they did it and they said, "Hey, when we came outside we were having trouble" but they weren't freaking about it so it's really nice.

They did a good job. I would tell members to go ahead and use them.

Prompt friendly edtimator. Crew showed up when scheduled and worked so fast we were amazed how quickly they finished the job. All the work was perfect.

Always punctual and pleasant. The patio looked great after the reseal but the darker portions of the stained/stamped concrete had started to fade a month or so after. Jerry has another idea about how to remedy and will be addressing when the weather clears. One of the cracks in the drive is on a hill and in a stress joint. It appears as though this portion of the drive has slid downhill so the crack is pretty substantial. Jerry is working to find remedies for this too and does not charge separately when he comes back to take a look. He's very pleasant and looking for solutions to extend the life of the drive. I appreciate the time and attention he pays to this job!
