Wonderful. I received an estimate the day after I called and they started the day after. Very professional and knowledgeable crew. They explained everything they did and had excellent suggestions for design. Met their schedule and even finished a day early.

I was very impressed with their work. Everyone was very professional. I would not hesitate recommending Anaya Concrete Co. to any of my friends or relatives.

Overall, I like that these two guys were on the job site both days and did not send a forema in to do the job.

These guys are the best !! very professional. Every aspect of the job including the estimate by Luis Anaya, the removal and the repour was fantastic, they even stamped the sides of the driveway which really gives it a nice finishing look. One of their finishers Juan has been doing his fine work for over 18 years. We had 3 other bids and went with Anaya because the cost was more than reasonable and I just had a good feeling about them

Overall, we were impressed with Priscilliano and will definitely consider him for future jobs!

We hired Anaya Concrete to fix a foundation wall done by a previous concrete company. Priciliano Anaya came out, looked the situation over and had a plan to correct the problems. I also hired him to do additional work by pouring a monolithic slab and 16 caissons. They were professional, friendly, and had excellent skills with their trade. They worked very hard and even came over on Sunday to complete the framing for the concrete pour. They showed up when they said they were coming and they were a pleasure to work with. I was so pleased with their work I even bought them lunch. Nice to find a contractor like Anaya after we had been damaged by a previous concrete contractor. We recommend Anaya Concrete and will be hiring them again.

Mr. Anaya offered a very competitive quote for a new concrete driveway at my house. He also showed a creative flair with some of his design ideas. I have not yet had the work done, but he wil certainly be on my "short list" of preferred contractors when it is time to do the work.

Anaya Concrete was not our lowest estimate for the work (we had three) but I was impressed that Priciliano took time to explain details to me and to suggest solutions to some potential issues. They also gave me a written estimate, which one of the companies did not. Work started on time on Wednesday, Sept 14. Demolition was extensive and took longer than we had anticipated because the back patio was thicker than we had measured initially. Concrete pour took place on time for front work. During this time, all of the work people on site were courteous and friendly while taking care of business. The only small issue we came up against was an earlier-than-expected pour for the back patio but Priciliano was here on time to coordinate the work. The work was done on time and within our budget. Communication was consistent during the job and we were notified of issues when they arose. We are very happy with the workmanship: our driveway and back patio are beautiful!

I hired Anaya to fix a problem with all water draining down my steep driveway directly toward my house. The concrete pad at the base of the driveway was cracked and shifting, and I was seeing pressure cracks in the drywall on that side of the house. Priscilliano came promptly out for the estimate; seemed to understand the nature of the problem and the solution. When I chose to go with their company, they scheduled the work on the day I requested. Luis and crew broke up and removed approximately 630sf concrete pad at the bottom of my driveway and replaced it with new concrete, installing a 23' drain and long underground pipe to divert water well away from house, onto a bed of rip rap. The work was performed in one long day. There was no mess left behind and everyone I dealt with was very professional. The bids that I got from other companies were all in the same ballpark - I went with Anaya because I perceived a good work ethic there. The problem is solved - I would definitely recommend them.

At the time of our appointment, he sat in his truck for over 45 minutes, talking on the phone. He came up and gave us an estimate that was higher than the other two we already had. We felt he was very unprofessional. We wanted someone we could rely on to get the work done right and done right away.

Luis was prompt and friendly when he arrived to give his estimate. He was able to schedule the job in a short timeframe of only a few days and his price was barely more than twice what the temporary fix of mud jacking the sidewalk would have cost. He and his crew showed up early and they were done in a very reasonable period of time - well within the timeframe promised. The sidewalk with its new 5 inch step looks perfect. If only all contractor jobs could go so smoothly.

I initially contacted them through email, because I live in Oregon and the property was located in Wheat Ridge. I recieved a reply with an appointment for an estimate within a day of my initial request. The estimate was completed at the appointed time and a time set for the work to begin was set for less than 72 hours later, the work actually began within 48 hours of the estimate and was completed in less than a day and one half. The new garage floor, and driveway will be ready for use less than a week from the appointment for the estimate. The crew was prompt, friendly, knowledgeble and cleaned up the whole jobsite before they left. I was only a phone call away from boss and all my questions were answered promptly and to my satisfaction. I have already recommended this company to neighbors.

The work was first-rate and quick. Luis did a fantastic job. I couldn't believe he could work so hard. He had the old concrete broken up and loaded in the trucks in record time. The rest of the crew showed up for the pour and they did a very professional job. It looks beautiful and all my neighbors were very impressed with both the crew and the end results. I would definitely recomment them to anyone!!!!!

PA form Anaya worked with my schedule and met me early in the morning to estimate the project. He was professional and I feel would have been good to work with however I went with another company that was about 50% less cost. If my first choice had not worked out I would have gone with Anaya.

The work was done promptly, at a very fair price and we are very pleased with the result. The work was done on time with no issues to speak of. We had some birds raising young above the house entry steps and when we asked to postpone the original work date, they were very understanding and agreeable. When the birds left a week later they started work within two days of our call. The brick facing had to be special ordered so there was a 3 week delay between when the concrete was poured and when the brick work was done. That was fine with us -- we had vacation planned anyway and wanted to be there when the work was being done. The brick was applied on a hot Sunday after it came in, as they did not want us to have to wait any longer than we had already. Professional, courteous, high quality, with very personal service.

PA is one of the most professional tradesmen I've worked with since we moved to Denver. He takes great pride in delivering a product that you will be pleased with and it shows in his work. He and his team did an outstanding job and worked in conjunction with our landscapers to provide a product that exceeded my expectations. I give him my highest recommendation since he kept me apprised during the entire process and the end result was fantastic. Our landscaping company indicated that his workmanship and the finish on the concrete was excellent. Since they do a great deal of landscaping that requires partnering with concrete professionals, that gave me great satisfaction in knowing I chose a good company to do the work.

I had this contractor give me bids on three different projects. Each project had its own price. When I called him back and only wanted on e project done, he doubled the rpicew from approximatley $750 to $1400, partly because he ahd extra costs of approximately $280 because hea had to pay more for a short load of concrete. The rest of the increase was because I did not hire him to do all three jobs. I did not accept his offer.

I gave them a C overall because I thought they should have called me sooner, however, I do understand if they were gone because it is not their busy season they did not know about my inquiry.

They arrived on schedule, took about 30 minutes to size up the job and give me an estimate, did the work two days later again exactly on schedule, workmanship was excellent and just as promised. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to you.

The previously installed gutters on my home placed a large downspout directly in front of the house's main entrance. Every winter that resulted in a skating rink forming on the front steps. Prisciliano Anaya, the owner of Anaya Concrete, personally came out to assess the problem, develop a solution, and provide an estimate on the total cost of work. Within a week of my requesting completion of the project as discussed, Luis Anaya, Prisciliano's brother, performed the work in a single day. Luis removed a section of concrete walkway, connected PVC piping to the existing gutter, dug a trench from the walkway to the street, buried the PVC line in the trench, poured a concrete drain to handle the runoff at the end of the line by the street, replaced the grass removed to dig the trench, transplanted one ornamental shrub in the path of the new line, framed and poured a new section of concrete to replace the portion of the sidewalk that had to be removed, and even cleared out a number of weeds in a natural area bordering the new line, all while taking care not to damage the underground sprinkler system running near the new line. Prisciliano and Luis were both extremely punctual, professional, and kind - not surprising, considering that they were recommended to me by another very reputable contractor (not a concrete specialist) who occasionally uses their services. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the service they provided. Plus, in the process of trying to solve this problem before I got the referral to Anaya Concrete I gathered bids from several other concrete companies on Angie's List, all of which estimated the cost of the work much higher. In fact, those other contractors each recommended replacing the driveway connected to the front walk. The folks at Anaya Concrete were honest enough to say that the driveway is in fine condition and does not need to be replaced. THANK YOU, ANAYA CONCRETE!!!
