Description of Work: Called Anaya Concrete for a quote on pouring 2 garage mono-slabs. He asked all the relavant questions and then quoted me over the phone. is price was way high. I found someone to do it for less than half.

Description of Work: Because of the very favorable reviews on Angie's list, I contacted Mr. Anaya for installation of a driveway. We spoke on the phone several times, last speaking on 15 September. He told me he would have one of his people come to give me an estimate on 24 September and asked me to send him an email with my address. I sent the email with my address the same day, 15 September. When his estimator had not shown up by noon on 24 September I called to inquire and Mr. Anaya told me he had accepted another contract and would be unable to do my job, or even give me an estimate, until after October. When I asked him why he had not spoken to me about this he said he never got my email -- but it was definitely sent. The purpose of the email was supposed to be to give him my ADDRESS, which it did -- he ALREADY HAD MY PHONE NUMBER because we had spoken several times. (The email, though, also included my phone number.) I repeat, the email was sent on the 15th of Sept. This is infuriating and shows a lack of regard for a customer. He had the ability to call me and chose not to. He chose to blow off my job to take another (apparently larger one). I would not recommend him to anyone.

Description of Work: They set and appointment to give me a quote on a patiio repair. The time was set one week a head of time. The person never showed up or called. I called 30 minutes after the appointment time to see if they were going to show up. Left message and go no response.

Description of Work: I had Anaya give me an estimate for a concrete slab for a garage. I was very pleased with the professionalism and punctuality. The company seems to place great importance on customer satisfaction and the estimate so far is one of the better ones I have received for value. I am seriously considering having Anaya do the work for me.

Description of Work: They installed a concrete pad and a large retaining wall on our property complete with drainage system, back fill and final grading. They also went the extra mile and hauled road base at minimal cost on their return trips from the recycle plant for our driveway. We are very pleased with their work, professionalism and will definitely use them in the future. They are friendly, honest and exceeded our expectations.
