It all went fine. Garrett came the same day I ordered the service on Angie's List and was even early. He took care of the problem, and we are pleased with the result. I would definitely hire this company again.

getting a hold of them was challenging but once connected they were immediate and quick to get things done. also honored a competitors offer and did additional work.

When I called in the afternoon, the manager was able to schedule an appointment that same evening. The technician, named Camell, called as he said he would and came when he said he would. He identified the problem quickly and as soon as we switched the new battery around the remote worked! He did not charge me anything for labor! (I had the coupon from the Angie's list magazine for a free service fee too.) (By coincidence, I had Camell once before when he worked with a different company-- and he fixed my garage door then beautifully. So I was glad to learn that he is now working for A Team, and I will use them again.

The tech who came out was fantastic! He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Overall, they are incredible. They did everything they said they would do, when they said it. They did initially order the wrong door, but they made up for it within a couple of days. He even put that incorrect door up so that we would have something there while we waited as a placeholder. They truly went over and above what we expected. Jake, the installer, took care of us before he went off to get married. We had a small issue with it making noise, but Jake made it back immediately to fix the issue. It must have been before and after the honeymoon!

Pat is an absolute pleasure to work with. I needed to have a 55 year old garage door in my mom's house. I live out of town and Pat came out the same day to give me an estimate and place the order prior to my having to leave town. He contacted me regularly to let me know status of order and scheduled the work at a time convenient for my mom. He treated my mom with so much respect and kindness, tributes which most providers do not possess. I'm back in town now taking care of mom while she goes through treatment and the work is absolutely stellar. I highly recommend A Team Garage Doors and Pat.

I had signed up for a $40 garage door tune up. I had purchased the deal during a time I had family in town, and did not get around to scheduling an appointment. A Team Garage Doors called me asking if I wanted to set up the appointment. I really appreciated them reaching out, as it saved me some time. They arrived on time on the day of the scheduled appointment. I have a home built in 1986 and the garage door has not had any maintenance since I moved in 5 years ago. I did have to replace the motor a couple of years ago. Jeremy and Keith took a look at the door, and explained the current issues. Because of the year it was built, the spring mechanisms did not have a safety device that was required shortly after my home was built. Without a heavy sales pitch, they explained the options of repairing the door to help it function well and be safe, as well as the cost of a new door. I decided to go with a new door, and they were able to schedule the installation the very next day. The installation took less time than anticipated, and the original $40 I had paid was applied to the total cost. Overall I was very pleased with the work.

The entire experience went extremely well. The technician arrived at the beginning of the time slot I was given and promptly diagnosed my problem. He then proceeded to demonstrate the cause of the problem and then the solution which involved replacing the existing rollers with rollers featuring ball bearings. The entire process took only a few minutes but during that time he was able to lubricate all the hinges and the newly installed rollers and explain in detail very useful facts about the type of door the builder had installed and what I should expect in terms of years of life from the door. He also provided me with a special spray to use on the hinges and encouraged me to set lubricating schedule for the hinges and rollers (3-in-1 oil) as such maintenance would lengthen the useful life of the door. The technician was extremely personable and professional and demonstrated in very convincing fashion that he knew a great deal about all aspects of the garage door industry.

Crew (Pat and Nick) arrived on time, job completed quickly, cleaned up the job site.

On a Sunday when other garage door companies were closed, my single car garage door was damaged beyond repair and couldn't close. A Team Garage Doors already had a big job scheduled that morning but they squeezed in the door replacement portion of my work in a hurry so the door could be closed. It was a big relief when they helped me that Sunday. Since they were already booked they had to come back another day to replace the track, but Jeremy H kept me informed. I would have preferred a cheaper door, but in my time of need their service was quick, friendly, professional, and good and I recommend them to other consumers.

Just the facts: My automatic garage door opener had not been working for a couple of years because the top panel on the door, where the opener attached to the door, was warped. I hadn't fixed it because I didn't know who to contact or who to trust. I bought a deal on Angie's List to have A Team install a new door for $800. They contacted me the same day I bought the deal and scheduled Jake to come to the house that evening. After inspecting the door, he said that I didn't need a full reinstall, that they would order a new panel, and that they would install that panel and reinforce it, structurally, for less than half the cost of the Angie's List deal that I had purchased. True to their word, that is exactly what happened. A couple of weeks later, the door wasn't shutting properly (it would stop and re-open when I pushed the button to shut it) so I called A Team. Jake came back out the same day and adjusted the garage door opener. Afterwards, I realized that it wasn't A Team's responsibility. The new issue really didn't have anything to do with the original repair. However, they responded immediately and didn't charge me to come back out. This is a quality company who employs quality people and does great work. Everyone I've spoken to at A Team has been responsive, friendly and very professional. I can't recommend them highly enough. By the way, Angie's List refunded my original deal purchase and that was also very easy. I could not be more pleased with this entire experience.

Pat carefully reinforced the areas of concern by hand, the old fashioned way, with a hammer and nails. There is absolutely no way that the weatherstripping will ever be a problem. I asked him about getting the door lubricated. He told me the usual charge for that service is $29.95, but he was happy to do it for me free of charge while he was here. He taught me how to do it myself and what type of heavy duty silicon spray to get for future applications. He was exceptionally nice, and I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism. I will recommend A Team Garage Doors to anyone who needs a very competent repair or an excellent new garage door. It is a great company with outstanding personnel.

The A Team Garage Door technicians- Jake and Dustin - were very prompt, friendly, professional and efficient. The new opener isn't as quiet as the unit that was replaced, but hoping for a much better experience and longevity with LiftMaster. The A Team technicians did first try to diagnose the problem with the Guardian unit in order to repair it, but appeared to be in the logic board, and I impulsively decided to replace the unit rather than continue to throw away money trying to periodically continue to have to repair the Guardian unit. After they finished and left, I registered the unit with LiftMaster, and discovered I had purchased a "Contractor Grade" unit - much lower end than I had expected. I called the company President - Pat - and told him of my disappointment. He was very responsive, assured me that the motor unit was identical to the higher-end LiftMaster units, but offered to upgrade it, at no cost, to the next unit up if I so desired. I was impressed with his commitment to customer satisfaction, and standing behind the product, so I elected to keep the unit, but requested they install a wireless keypad unit on the outside of my garage door. The same technicians were out the next day and promptly installed the keypad. I am very impressed overall with the A Team Garage Door folks. They are responsive, committed to making sure they provide the highest quality service and customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them for anyone experiencing garage door problems, or wishing to install a new garage door/door opener!

No call no show to the scheduled appointment.

After spring install, performed maintenance on garage door, and adjusted operating mechanisms. Called at 9am on Sunday, installer was on site about 11:15, and took about an hour. Installer had springs for various doors in his truck, and was able to do all the work without a trip to a supply location. Recommended.

Pat came out the day before, measured and confirmed they could get the door I wanted. Installers called this morning and let me know they had picked up the door and were 30 minutes away. They removed the old door, installed the new door & trim, hooked the old door opener back up, set the limits and door force, tested, and hauled away the old door & hardware. The installers were very friendly and professional. Their pricing is among the best I found. All in all a great experience. I would definitely use them again.

Great. They showed-up on time, cleaned up their work area and demonstrated how the door and related appurtenances operate. The install took about 6-hours, which was 3-hours longer than they planned on, but the workmanship is good, and all operates properly.

The price was great and the service was excellent. The new opener and installation cost me less than I thought it would cost for just the opener. I called and they were able to schedule my garage door opener installation that same day. I was given a 2 hour window and their technician showed up on time after calling to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional and friendly and got the new door opener installed and attached to my existing garage door pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend A Team for any garage door issues or for new installations.

They replaced the bottom seal. I had a prior contractor work on my garage door and A Team completed some work the other contractor hadn't completed.

I purchased the garage door tune up coupon because our doors were making horrible noises. Turns out that before I could call and schedule an appointment, one of the garage doors stopped working. Couldn't even get it open manually and was unable to get my car out! These guys showed up immediately, assessed that the original door was installed improperly, and cut the cables to make sure the kids and I couldn't be hurt by one of the snapping and breaking. I cannot say enough GREAT things about these guys. Incredibly knowledgeable, always on time, professional manner, and you won't ever be sorry for using these guys. My house is one that tends to have issues because the person we bought it from was a property manager and had his employees do the fix up jobs. Needless to say, they were always done half way; so it was no surprise that the garage doors weren't installed properly the first time. A Team Garage Doors came to my rescue, and I can't say enough about how much they helped rectify a potentially bad situation. I ended up buying two new doors from them because both of mine were old wooden doors that weren't up to code anyway. The price was fantastic, they gave me all the options on repairs--was I willing to replace the old motors, did I want doors with extra insulation, etc.. I never felt pressured, never felt as though they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes, and ALWAYS felt as though their number one concern is the customer. I've already referred these guys to a couple of people based on how well they took care of our garage issues. To top it all off, given I'd bought their coupon for a garage tune up and my issues were significantly larger than a tune up, they deducted the cost of the coupon off the overall price. I allowed them to put a sign up on my front lawn and received an extra remote control which I desperately needed. Really, you can't go wrong with these guys. Just the best of the best!!!

Technician arrived early (a plus!) but then did not complete the advertised and quot;25 point safety inspectionand quot;, nor did he perform other items on the deal list like and quot;balancing door for proper weightand quot; and and quot;tightening hinges and making minor adjustmentsand quot;. Instead, he used the opportunity to attempt to sell me new rollers (24 at $13.50 each). I declined since the doors are 2 years old and operate quite well. After the tech left, I lubed the top rollers and opener as well as tightened several roller and hinges that had loosened.

I received an email immediately to establish a date for the service and they were able to be there the same week if I wanted. They arrived on time and got right to work, explaining all that they needed to do and patiently answering my many questions. They recommended replacing the rollers to eliminate some hesitation and noise issues I had been having - this is the original 20+ year old opener system. Very professional, very customer oriented and very knowledgeable. I certainly would recommend them and when the time comes to replace the door they will be on my and quot;to calland quot; list.

The A Team Garage Doors was super honest about my garage door problems, only fixed what was required, taught me how to take care of my garage door in the future and I couldn't be happier. The total cost was $40 for the Angie's List promotion plus the cost of the rollers plus tax ($153). The new rollers they installed were clearly better than the generic home depot ones my garage had previously (and are MUCH quieter). I highly recommend working with the A Team Garage Doors!
