We had a garage door overhaul 6 months ago. Yesterday the cable ( drum to door bottom) became unattached. ATeam came out today and did the repair which included readjusting the spring tension, gratis! Aaron, the tech, did a phenomenal job including taking time to adjust the downward motion to ensure a close closure with the concrete. Good Job!

The owner Patrick is knowledgeable, patient, and thorough - obviously, one who views his business as an extension of his personal integrity. Case in point, following an initial misunderstanding over the first service call, Patrick took it upon himself to visit in person (coming from Denver to Colorado Springs), during which he performed a free lubrication and inspection. Following that, Patrick looked us in the eyes to explain what might be improved through servicing versus replacement. His workmen performed the agreed-upon service the very next day. With new caster wheels and lubricated springs, the result is a dramatic reduction in noise and frictionless doors which make my wife a lot happier. All in all, in an era where frankly it is challenging to find reliable, prompt, and reasonable service, the A Team is equal to their name. Patrick even followed up with us after the service call to ensure that all went smoothly.

These guys were amazing!! Patrick came out on a Sunday, as one of our garage door springs had broke and we could no longer use our door. This was a big deal for our family, as we probably open and close our door about 10 times a day. He had everything he needed to fix it and quoted us a fair price up front before beginning the work. He also recommended swapping out our rollers as well since it had probably been about 8 years since we last did that. He also walked me though what he did and took the time to educate me on the maintenance I could do to keep our door in shape. Would definitely use again!

Keith came out the same day I called and repaired the problem right away. Keith was very professional and polite. There was no charge for the repair that may or may not have been an issue with the original installation, but I was not ever charged for service call or charged a trip fee for his time. Great! A Team was able to get a technician out to us the same day I called, something that was very much appreciated, especially for the price I was quoted and on a snowy day. They were also willing to install a garage door opener we had purchased, which several other companies would not do. Ethan was thorough with his work and explained/showed why we also needed our garage door springs tension adjusted. He programmed the remotes and keypad for us, reviewed the system with me, and ensured that I had no questions before he left. We have previously used another garage door company for several other repairs, but we will definitely give A Team a call if service is needed in the future.

Wonderfully! I had no sooner entered a request into Angie's list when I was called by Patrick, from A-Team. He came by within a couple of hours, explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, and my options for replacement parts. The following morning he and his assistant arrived, took out the old, damaged door, and within a few hours, I had a new (steel) door. Brandon, the guy who did majority of the work, was courteous, knowledgable, and obviously good at his job! He even moved shelving and tools -- and then replaced them upon completion. His final act was to link the new garage door opener up to my car! Sorry I only have one garage; I would definitely hire this company again!

I purchased a Chamberlain garage door opener to upgrade the 26 year old Overhead Doors unit that was installed when the house was built. It turns out there a problem before the work even started due to the opener was for a 7 foot door and I have a door that's 8 feet. Brandon managed to still install it using an extender rather than having me return for exchange and rescheduling the job. He did a great job! He even managed to arrive before the time we scheduled!!!

Pushed my garage opener one morning to go to work and realized there was a problem. Went to Angie's List and searched for "Garage Door Repair". Filled out questionnaire on-line, and received call from A-Team literally within one minutes from when I hit "submit." Said someone could be at my home between 3 and 5 that day. Patrick arrived, on time, and explained what needed to be fixed and showed me why it needed to be fixed. Gave me options and costs for what had to be done and recommendations for routine maintenance, but made it my option, not trying to sell me things I didn't need. Made the repairs, made sure I was satisfied with everything and didn't leave until he was satisfied with everything. I would definitely recommend and hire again because this company is professional, responsive and very customer-service oriented. Also reasonably priced and honest without trying to see things that are not needed.

After searching for garage door repair on Angie's List, A Team called me promptly, taking the laborious task of calling around, extremely easy. They conveniently had an opening 2 hours later which was perfect. Their tech, Keith, called me within 30 minutes asking if I was available and headed over. Keith was very professional yet casual which made our conversations very easy going, which I extremely appreciate, and the entire experience rather enjoyable and painless. Keith was able to diagnose the many problems I had right there, and gave me his sound recommendations. I was able to tell, by our conversations, that Keith had vast knowledge over his field and I felt very comfortable with my decision to go with A Team Garage Door and Keith. After deciding to proceed with the project, all parts required were available and he went to work. The whole project lasted about an hour or so and was very painless. We replaced my garage door opener that was destroyed by a power surge, as well as the rollers and bearings on the door along with adding tension on the springs. I would highly recommend A Team Garage Door to any of my friends. I was very thankful that I was able to get this problem solved right then and there.

I have A Team Garage Doors helped me a several times during past few years for my home and other properties, from installation of new door to repair and maintenance of old doors. I believe it's about time to write a review. I must say ALL jobs from this company were completed in time and finished with high quality. Pat, the owner, is a very nice guy. Twice, I called him during night for emergency repair, and he had no complaints at all to come in time to fix the broken garage door. Pat is always very passionate about helping his customers, and so do his colleagues. They spent time to tell me in detail what was the problem and the options to fix it. Another important point I'd like to mention is that cost of the services from this company is very fair, in many cases, well below other competitors. I highly recommend anyone in future to call his company for any garage door services.
