Company wrote back once seeming to indicate they didn't receive my specific questions about their services and pricing through Angie's List message system but did not respond at all after my inquiry was sent in full again..

When my garage door opener went dead, I dreaded going several days having to park in the driveway and manually open and close the door until the opener was fixed. It happened on a Thursday so I expected it would be early the following week before I could go back to my lazy ways. After doing a little homework and finding A Team Garage Doors on Angie’s List, I gave them a call around 3:30 Thursday afternoon. I explained the problem and that the opener was about 15 years old so it would likely need to be replaced. I was totally surprised to be offered appointment times at 5 that evening or Friday morning. I chose the 5 o’clock appointment which was only a little over an hour away. Weston, the technician, arrived a little early and confirmed the old opener needed to be replaced as the brand was no longer made and parts weren’t available. He said he had a belt drive opener on the truck and could install that evening. The price was within the range I expected. I chose to add a keypad and was given an extra remote at no charge when purchasing the keypad. Weston went to work and completed the job around 7 that evening. I was extremely pleased with the prompt service, his professionalism, and the installation. And best of all, Friday morning I was able to go back to my lazy ways with the push of a button. I would definitely recommend A Team Garage Doors especially if you’re in a pinch and need a fast response. Great service!

We hired this outfit to replace a 27 year old garage door and lift motor (rails, spring, door, the whole thing). The quoting process was very quick and painless and the price was excellent. They honored a military discount as well and even upgraded the lift motor free of charge. Install day went very well and they worked quickly and efficiently (they were a few hours off their estimated arrival, but they communicated the delays with me the whole way). Dustin was my main point of contact and he was excellent all the way through the process. We absolutely love the door; it looks sharp, operates perfectly, is high quality and was installed just right. We would hire these guys again in a heartbeat! The reviews on this site are why we picked them, and they were everything the reviews said they'd be.

Dustin came out sooner than originally planned. Assessed the problem and had it fixed in minutes. Then he checked the whole system over and changed the rollers. All in all it was money well spent.

Pat was on time and did a full inspection showing me each issue with our creaky old doors. He gave me a good deal to fix the few small problems. He was in and out in an hour. Highly recommend!

Great. The company was very responsive. Even though our remote openers still worked, they came to the house the same day, checked the unit inside the garage, and replaced it at no cost.

I called Pat,owner of the A Team. He sent a technician right away to assess the problem. Turned out to be a failure with one of the system components, and Pat readily agreed to replace it at no charge to us. The technician had to get the part from a supplier, but returned later and switched out the parts and got the door operating and the remotes reprogrammed in short order. We continue to be very impressed with the professionalism and integrity of A Team Garage Doors, and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any service/replacements for anything to do with garage doors.

They did a good job on it because it wasn't working properly and it didn't take them long. I got the sales price on Angie's List. They did the job quick and he knew what he was doing. He advised me on other stuff if I wanted to do it, but he didn't pressure me into it. He was very courteous and polite. He didn't need me back there to instruct him because he knew what he was doing. They came on time and were here when they said they were going to be. They were very good on being prompt.
