We were having an issue with a new garage door that was sticking (and sometimes popping back open as it was shutting), Pat came out and checked everything out. The track needed some grease and he made some adjustments to the chain and the track where he thought it was sticking and that seemed to really clear it up. He was very upfront with the service and was helpful explaining what he did and what he could do as a more comprehensive fix if it stuck again, but so far it's held up and worked great!

Our garage door was badly in need of a tune up due to a bit of neglect on my part, but was also recently bent slightly by our car bumping into it when exiting the garage. The door had not opened up all the way and just stopped. The first thing in their favor was that they called me before I had even finished suggesting three times for them to come out during the coming week. This was on a Sunday and Jeremy came out just a couple hours after I hit submit on the payment. I was impressed by the quality and thoroughness of the work done by Jeremy today. He was very professional and explained things well as he performed his work. Jeremy is personable and used his excellent customer service skills to go a bit above and beyond. He helped bend the door back to being almost perfectly straight as well as put in a few new bolts where they had fallen out or had lost their grip (where the wood was stripped) over time. It doesn’t get much better than this. I would recommend this company to family and friends and will definitely consider using their services again.

We paid for an Angie's deal for our garage door to be serviced. Patrick arrived on time and was very friendly as he explained everything he did. He noticed a spring was broken and gave me the options/costs of repairs. We agreed and he did so quickly and efficiently! He tried to find new replacement garage door openers as ours are extremely old and ready to fall apart! As they are past his date range, he told me where I may be able to find them online. He gave me the costs of additional services I may want in the future. It was a very pleasant experience and we won't hesitate to call again when we need work on our garage door.

Patrick showed up at the agreed time which made me very happy. He replaced the springs and the whole opener system after he advised me on which system would be best for my situation. The way my garage is built it was not easy. After he completed the installation he totally cleaned up and swept out my entire garage. I would highly recommend his service!

Patrick arrived promptly at the time agreed. He even agreed to come out on a Saturday, at no extra charge, since my husband and I both work during the week. Despite working into the evening hours, he made sure to get the new motor up and running before leaving that evening. He even adjusted the door springs at no extra charge. After discovering that the initial keypad was faulty, Patrick asked if he could come back the next business day with a new keypad to finish the install. Once again, he arrived right on time and completed the job. He was prompt and his follow-through was excellent. He was great to work with. I'd call these guys again in the future.

Patrick came out to repair my garage door a few weeks ago. I called in and was able to get on his calendar the next day. The person who answered the phone was very nice, answered all of my questions and got me on the schedule. Patrick showed up on time and completed the work the same day. It went great. Pat is all about customer service. After his repairs, he even helped me connect a garden hose which I couldn't have done on my own!
