It was Thanksgiving and he was going out of town and offered to send another workman, however we were so impressed by him that we chose to wait. He was prompt and efficient. This young man was especially professional and gave me a great deal of information regarding the need for balance in the replacement torsion springs, which he was there to replace. Called me when he was on the way. Worked quickly yet was conscientious of details. Polite and left me feeling I could call him if I needed any follow up. Miss that in today s world!
