Update: At the beginning, we had a hard time but they were able to rectify all issues. **When item was requested came in and said it that they needed something added to the garage to put the garage door up had my contractor go and get it the items and said he would be back 15 mins. Stated did not have time to stay to get it done. Came back 2 days later left my garage wide open got garage door Installed did not open. Called several time to get corrected no one came took 2 almost 3 weeks to get someone to get door to open.

Great job, Early by a day to take a look at the problem. He got the correct material together and returned to complete the job. Quick, efficient, easy to work with, did not take advantage of an elderly client. Just did the basics but as I know nothing about the problem, he could have made many times the money by telling me I needed a lot of additional work that I did not need. So appreciate the honesty.

Iâ ve said for a couple weeks that I needed a garage door tune up. It was binding up and was not running smoothly. Finally, it broke! It needed cables reset and the spring tensioned. I used Home Advisor and Patrick reached out within 30 minutes. We scheduled an appointment and he arrived as agreed upon and had the door running smoother than it had in years. The price was far better than I feared and it took no time at all. Worth every penny! I highly recommend A Team Garage Doors.

I had some issues with one of the service worker's quality of work and attitude and when I posted a review, I was contacted by the owner of the company that day! Since then, he has bent over backwards to make the situation better, including sending another technician out to fix my garage door and providing training to the service worker with whom I had issues. The owner has followed up and made sure the situation was right. I will use them in the future because of the end quality and the efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.

A-team was super professional, noticed that there was major issues with my garage door and gave me a quote for full replacement and for just the work I had requested, and then did not pressure me to go for the more expensive option. They were honest with me that my door had a few more years in it even though it would have made them more money right now if they had convinced me to change it out. I would highly recommend.
