A Team Garage Doors

I had some issues with one of the service worker's quality of work and attitude and when I posted a review, I was contacted by the owner of the company that day! Since then, he has bent over backwards to make the situation better, including sending another technician out to fix my garage door and providing training to the service worker with whom I had issues. The owner has followed up and made sure the situation was right. I will use them in the future because of the end quality and the efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.

A-team was super professional, noticed that there was major issues with my garage door and gave me a quote for full replacement and for just the work I had requested, and then did not pressure me to go for the more expensive option. Gave me estimates and recommendations on what needed to be done and didn't try to upsell me on work that wasn't necessary. Fixed the problem very quickly and waived the visit fee. Keith came out the same day I called and repaired the problem right away. Keith was very professional and polite. There was no charge for the repair that may or may not have been an issue with the original installation, but I was not even charged for the service call or charged a trip fee for his time.
