A Better Plumber

Plumber confirmed leak was a drain pipe in the wall that had been pierced by 2 long screws. He was very diligent in cutting out the drywall so the wall could be most easily repaired. Very pleased with the plumbing help.

Had Matt back for a scheduled visit to add/change the above. He is just a pleasure to work with. He is efficient and clean and rechecks everything before he is done. I am so very impressed with him. All the people that I have spoken to at Lord and Reisler have been great and very accommodating. They will handle all my plumbing needs in the future. I thought the prices were more than fair.

Excellent. A++ YES, I would hire them again. Longer Version: This is the 3rd time I have used Lord and Reiser plumbing and they always do a great job. Rich Reiser is the owner and has several master plumbers working for him (I have used 2 others within the company), and I have had 1) faucets put in, 2) major work on bathroom plumbing, 3) hot water dispenser, 4) fix a large leak in outside plumbing, and several other projects. All were done with professionalism, timeliness and a great attitude. Highly recommend, but make sure you get your project discussed and booked in advance.

Great. First to respond and had reasonable (but not bargain price). They were there that day and altered their schedule to fit ours. Two very polite, friendly, redneck plumbers came out and did a great job. They kept our house clean and hauled away the old water heaters.

I found Rich through a friend and he has been so attentive. He repaired a 90-year-old business' heating unit. Floor drain in basement was clogged and would not drain. The trap was totally clogged and could not be cleared so it needed to be replaced. Price ended up being slightly below estimate which was very competitive. Drain ended up being slightly different than original, but is ok. Showed up when expected and work done on time. Would positively hire again.

Work was great and he was extremely knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and got everything to work perfectly even with a missing part. He had an extra in the truck that he provided free of charge.

We had a gas leak at our house and these guys were able to fit us in at the end of their day (an important detail when you have no heat or hot water). They were very knowledgeable and pleasant. We were told by another company that we would probably need to rip out drywall to find the source of the leak. Very happy that these guys ruled out all of the least invasive possibilities first. Discovered the leak, fixed it, and retested the lines.

Rich returned my call right away and came out the same afternoon to assess the leaking pipe. He was very courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend him for other jobs.

Rich took the time necessary to do the job right. I supplied the parts and Rich installed them. The hardest part was getting a cross threaded screw out of a 22 year old fixture. Rich was ok having me around and explaining what he was doing.
