Perfectly! He was professional and punctual. After discussing my plumbing problems over the phone, he was able to give me a very accurate quote on the repairs. It was the best service I have ever received from a plumber.

It went great. I went with them because they're honest. They were also prompt and on time. There price was great and they were good.

The service was okay, it wasn't great. The pipes had more leaks a month after they had refitted the pipes. They had a warranty for what they did, but they said that it was a different leak, and so we would have to pay additional for it. We had another plumber come and look at it, and he said that it was the same thing that they had fixed. It wasn't the best experience. He had redone the wall and everything, and then it leaked again.

Rich is absolutely the best plumbing provider. He was extremely professional, prompt and did amazing work. We will only use him for all our needs!

Rich came over to give me an estimate in mid December. I was initially interested in replacing my tank water heater with a tankless system for energy efficiency. After doing my own research and talking to Rich about his experience installing these units, plus getting an estimate, I decided to go with a regular tank heater. Much less expensive and a much more reliable technology. Rich's strong preference is for Bradford White water heaters. We scheduled for mid January, and I continued to research various models for energy efficiency. Eventually, I settled on a 50 gallon tank that has additional insulation and is slightly more energy efficient than their normal models. I also added some safety and performance accessories to the order. I called Rich several times prior to his doing the work and he was very responsive in returning my calls and answering my questions. However, I am not sure he was totally aware of the different BW water heater models. I think the vast majority of people get the basic. On the day of the work, Rich called and said he would be late. I was initially concerned about this since I had taken the entire day off from work and there was a lot to do. But to his credit, Rich stayed late (7:30 pm) and finished everything on the list. The removal of the old tank and installation of the new tank went very smoothly, despite the cramped stairway and tiny basement. Rich worked very efficiently and was polite in answering my various questions when I interrupted his work. We have only had the tank for a couple of weeks now, but everything is dry and looks good. The work done was above Denver code with a thermal expansion tank and cold water shut off valve added. Rich also worked on a number of other minor plumbing issues that had accumulated over the prior several months. These included replacing a broken garbage disposal, unclogging the cold water line in our kitchen, fixing two problematic toilets. The work for these items were completed very efficiently. Rich only charged for time and materials for these repairs, and I know based on having obtained a second estimate, that the work was done very inexpensively. Only minor issue was that he had forgotten to pick up the garbage disposal prior to coming over, so I had to go to Home Depot and pick one up. While I am hoping I will not need a plumber for some time, the next time I do, I will be calling Lord and Reiser.

Purchased a big deal coupon for plumbing work on 12/14/2013 that I needed to have done within three business days. Received a note back from the vendor on 12/17/2013 stating that they were not available to do work until after January 9, 2014. Not interested in waiting that long being that I need the work done before December 20, 2013.

It went well and still fresh in my memory. I think it was within the following month. It was just a big deal price. To be honest, it is quite a while ago, so, I cannot give you any particular detail. They were fine and I will possibly use them again.

It went okay but I didn’t know that I was outside their service area. So I got charged extra about it but they were very nice and I liked them. I would use them again if I were in their service area. I liked the people very much as they were very nice, quick and professional. They made sure they got me a good deal from the manufacturer.

Rich was very professional. He informed me about everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He left everything very clean. He treated my home like it was his own. I gave a "Good" rating for Responsiveness only because he is very busy and it was a week from contact time before he could get to my home. I knew that from his answering service message and I could wait. The "Good" rating on Punctuality was due to him being about one hour later than he initially said but he did call to let me know when he was on his way. Neither Responsiveness nor Punctuality was an issue - they were just not Excellent.

He was very informative, and encouraged me to research which options would work best for my homw, while still providing me with excellent information and advice. In the end he asked that I do a bit more research on which water softener would work best for me, rather than just installing whatever he suggested, and he did not charge me for the time he spent talking with me (which was at least an hour). Very considerate, knowledgeable, and professional

We really like working with them. They quote prices based on the job, not the hours on a job. No matter how long it takes they do not charge more for the labor. We did have to pay a bit more for some parts that were more expensive than they thought they would be, but they called us ahead of time when they were purchasing the parts to make sure the added cost was ok. I have been very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone. They are professional, courteous and did their work well. They have definitely earned our trust.

They were good, they came out and unclogged the tub. My brother tried to rotor-rooter the tub and Rich came out and gave us advise to fix it. He gave me a quote to rebuld the pipes and get the rotor-rooter taken out. He was very pleasent, worked with my schedule. He was not solely focused on the money, he was very honest and I was pleased with his service. He said he might not be the cheapest but his work is gauranteed.

This gentleman was truly a professional in his line of work. When I first called him, he told me the type of toilet I needed to purchase and where to get it. He arrived on time, even calling me ahead, which I believe is so important on my one day off. His prices were right in line with what I expected and I will definitely use him for future work.

I would give them all the outstanding marks. We have worked with another plumber just before we have worked with Lord & Reiser Plumbing. The other plumber was not really very professional. We've hired the plumber to find a leak that was difficult to find. The first plumber just had really, really excessively large calls. He didn't have a front grasp nor did he really have much of a professional mind about them. With Lord & Reiser Plumbing, it's a smaller operation. They showed up and they were very aware of my concerns as far as minimizing the damage to the house. They were very aware and respectful of my property and minimizing the whole cut for that. They were very, very flexible according to my timeline. If I needed to delay, they delay. They just really went out of their way to be respectful of me and my property. They showed me the utmost courtesy and respect when they were there. They were able to quickly find the nature of the first problem and they resolved it quickly with minimal cost. Across the board, I would give them outstanding remarks. The big deal was the service call. We ended up spending a little bit more than that. It was not that much more. It was less than expected. I was very, very happy with the service, the professionalism and the cost of Lord & Reiser Plumbing. I would definitely use them again. I feel very strongly about the work that they had done.

This company was professional and explained what needed to be fixed, why, how they were going to fix it, and the cost prior to performing the work. It was a good experience and I was treated as a valued customer.

For the most part it went really well. The kitchen faucet was replaced without incident. And my only gripe about the sewer pipe was that they did not do good job of cleaning-up. They had to cut through the pipes and the saw splattered on a wall and door. The floor and other areas were cleaned-up nicely, but they missed the wall and door.

Main water line was leaking into the house through the basement wall at the point where the line enters the house. Rich and his helper, Steve, chipped the concrete from around the line where it enters the house. They determined that the leak was located within the concrete wall and was caused by prior failure to protect the copper tubing from contact with the concrete. This contact had caused failure of the copper through a chemical reaction between the concrete and the copper They replaced the damaged tubing and placed insulation around the new tubing so that the new concrete would not come in contact with the copper. The main water shut off valve was leaking and was replaced. Rich asked me whether I wanted to repair the wall myself and save some labor cost. I elected to do that, and he explained in detail how it should be done. He and Steve did a thorough clean up of the work area. Rich's original estimate for the job was $2400, based on the possibility that the leak was not in the wall or next to the wall, and that digging from outside would be necessary. Before I hired him, he told me that if he could repair the leak from inside the basement, the cost would be less. His final bill, including the replacement of the valve, was $548. I had previously received estimates of $4200 and $3800 for repair of the leaking water pipe. I first contacted Rich on 9/11/13, and he came to my house the same day to assess the problem, and he did the job the next day.

It went well. They gave estimates on home much it would cost as well as clearing a clogged drain.

Lord & Reiser Plumbing was excellent. They did a wonderful job. My wife pays the bills but the price was reasonable as far she is concerned. According to her, they did a very nice job and she thought was reasonable and that the work done was okay. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. Whatever the price was quoted to my wife was we got charged. They were pleasant, cleaned up and made sure that they didn't make a mess. These guys were clean and polite. I'd recommend them to anybody. They knew what they were doing. They were very professional and very polite.

It went fine. It was a little more expensive than I thought it would be but the man who came out really did a good work. I was not even home then and my wife had to deal with him one on one and it was fine. He came out a week after I purchased the big deal. It was a scheduled appointment and he was on time and he kept to the schedule. His wife has just had a baby so that kind of screwed things up a little bit but that was no big deal. The coupon that I purchased was a discount coupon so it was a discounted service call. My wife did not have any problems with him at all.
