We offer bathroom remodels, which ranges from tub and shower replacements, tub-to-shower conversions, safe showers, and more. We are local families serving local families. "I contracted with them for a shower installation in August and told them I was going to be out of town for the entire month of September and was assured the installation could occur then. I was told the installation would take a max of two days. They did not schedule the installation until late October. The crew worked for two days and left with it half finished. They came back a week later and finished the non-glass portion of the installation, but told me it would take one to two weeks to order the door. I had not been told that before. it took three weeks. So I could not use my shower for a total of a month. The door installation leaks around the base. I have made five requests for someone to fix this, with vague promises they will look at their schedule, but no visit has actually been scheduled. The quality of the work looks fine (other than the leak). But I would not have contracted with them had I known I would be without a shower for month or they were going to be nonresponsive for necessary repairs."

"What knowledgeable professionals! What value! Sean Rowe and Malcolm MacPhail are focused on customer satisfaction and have the skillset to make that happen. They have access to suppliers and subcontractors and can accomplish challenging remodeling tasks. I had them knock down a kitchen wall, retile the floor, remove old cabinetry, order, receive, and install new cabinetry, rewire blind and difficult electrical runs to the circuit box, remove, replace, and replumb a kitchen sink, disposal, and dishwasher. They relocated and replumbed a new refrigerator, and relocated and rewired a new microwave. Along the way, they extended another wall, hung sheetrock, and mudded, textured, and painted the final product. They leveled and squared EVERYTHING! They provided advice as I was defining my project and demonstrated integrity during the scope definition; their bid was 14% to 15% below the next lowest proposal.
