"The owner arrived as scheduled and completed taping (limited areas), mudding, sanding, and texturing in my garage. However, after the job was finished, I paid the owner and I requested an invoice confirming full payment on two separate occasions and have yet to receive it. More concerning, once the texture dried, several areas in the corners of the drywall showed tape bubbling. I sent a text message to the owner including photos, asking for his opinion on what might need to be done to address the bubbling issue. After a few days without a response, I reached out again through the Angie application and sent another message. Days later, I tried sending a message in Spanish, to which the owner responded with a call, but he didn?t leave a voicemail when I couldn?t answer. Four days after that, I texted again, requesting the invoice and his recommendation on how to resolve the bubbling, but to date, I have not received any response from the owner."

Without the Emerald Edge Master Cabinet Maker skillset of one of his employees, the renovation project would have been severely delayed. To summarize, Emerald Edge Construction was cost effective and completed the project on-time. Evan Eason, is attentive to the construction details and a pleasure to work with. I could not be happier with the end result of this Briargate "High End" renovation project!"
