Evan Eason and his Emerald Edge Construction Team did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job renovating my 3,000SF rental property. Evan provided a wide-range of construction services that included popcorn ceiling removal, dry-wall, painting, plumbing, tile work, cabinet installation/construction, and detailed trim work such as the buildout of a staircase (balusters, handrails, and trim). The only other vendors I employed were flooring and electrical. Further, Evan and his team of experts were exceptional problem solvers. Within my renovation project, Evan's work included the installation of all new custom kitchen cabinetry that took 12 weeks to procure. Within the process, the supplier delivered a wholly wrong sized kitchen sink base cabinet. Evan and his team responded by drawing out a "to scale" schematic of what was needed to fix the issue, procured the necessary piece/parts to reconstruct the sink base cabinet, and transitioned the newly constructed cabinet nicely with the other base cabinets. Without the Emerald Edge Master Cabinet Maker skillset of one of his employees, the renovation project would have been severely delayed. To summarize, Emerald Edge Construction was cost effective and completed the project on-time. Evan Eason, is attentive to the construction details and a pleasure to work with. I could not be happier with the end result of this Briargate "High End" renovation project!

Evan removed 2 stucco arch w/ keystone bump-outs over our garage and replaced with square, straight bump-outs. Could not see any remnant of the old bump-out and color match was spot on. Perfect repair. Also, showed up when he said and completed the project within the time frame and budget he quoted. Am having him do more work at our house. Highly recommend.

Excellent! They removed an air conditioner and filled in the wall to cover the space. It’s like the hole was never there.

Emerald Edge Construction is exemplary. Evan is a masterfully skilled craftsmen. My wife and I hired him to transform a dismal bath and shower, into a beautifully tiled masterpiece. He also helped us restore the rental property with his expertise in hanging new doors and light fixtures. He is a master of his craft, and helped us complete all our projects to get the house ready for market. He is a great worker and works effectively and efficiently. Exceptional work, especially on bullnose edging around the door, since we did not desire regular trim. Evan's willingness to work with our particular desires made the final result PRECISELY what we wanted!

Excellent job overall, efficient and very polite. I had requested that the new stucco match the old texture and Evan and crew did a fantastic job. As my thrilled wife remarked, it's like a whole different house. Not only a great job within the contract specs, Evan went above and beyond by repairing an overlooked minor hole and repainting a plywood section of the wall to match the stucco, both which were not part of the contract. Truly a superb job. I would enthusiastically recommend Evan for stucco or light construction work.

No response to my request for a estimate.

We had some damage to our rental condo due to a water heater going out in the unit above. After everything was dried out, I called numerous companies to come look at the repair job and give me an estimate. Evan was the first to call me back. We made an appointment and he actually showed up on time! The job included drywall and floorboard repair and painting. Evan's quote seemed very fair to me and he was able to start the job a week later. He finished ahead of schedule and did an excellent job. You can't even tell a repair was done! I recommend his work and customer service and will call him again when the need arises.

Evan of Emerald Edge Construction responded immediately to my initial call. After his primary assessment, we agreed on the cost of the repair; I thought it would cost double what Evan quoted!! Evan explained thoroughly what he was going to do and was very conscientious of my scheduling needs and respectful of me and my home during his repairs. He showed up on time and did exactly what he said he would do; seamlessly, efficiently and professionally. I am very impressed with the project end results AND will definitely hire Evan again for my future repairs. I am a very happy customer!!

We absolutely appreciate Evan's creative knowledge, professionalism, and dependable services. Our center has hired Emerald Edge throughout the years because we are completely satisfied with all finished projects, communication, and the quality of work that has been consistently provided for the center. We would also like to emphasize that working at our center at times can be challenging, due to the fact that some work involves working around our tours, wild animals, and/ or staff having to relocate animals due to some projects. Emerald Edge has always been accommodating to our requirements, and respectful of our animals needs.

Evan responded very quickly and started the locker room within the same week. Providing excellent service for the team that resides in that space. The stucco repair was fantastic and hid all of the previous flaws. Our painters here at CC were very satisfied with the outcome on both projects and will continue to use Emerald Edge in the future.

Emerald Edge went above and beyond. They were willing to work extra hours and weekends to complete the project under an expedited schedule. The jobsite was kept clean and useable by other trades. They were very flexible and worked well with the other trades.
