Ben and his crew were excellent. They were on time, trustworthy and fulfilled all the commitments they made on the project. They paid close attention to all the details and completed the project on time and on budget. The basement looks great. It's really nice to work with someone who you can trust and is willing to do the little extras to insure your expectations are met. Thank you.

Ben and his crew were prompt, professional and honest. They were extremely hardworking and the quality of the work was excellent. Ben is very easy to work with and has suggestions for the work as it progresses. The floors look great and the interior doors fit and work beautifully. Not easy on an older house with out-of-plumb walls. I even had a toilet need repair while they were here (noticed by Ben as a leak in my garage ceiling), and they worked that in without a glitch. They were also very neat with their equipment and the clean up was spot-on. I plan to do quite a bit of work on my house and will absolutely use Ben for upcoming projects. I highly recommend him as a contractor who will perform the work he says he will; he is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work and puts customer satisfaction first.

Ben and Dan do a great job! I hired All About Awesome construction to do, what I had hope would be, a simple kitchen remodel. When we ran into a couple major issues, schedule and scope of project expanded. They were able accommodate the changes to my project and finish in a timely manner. They are honest, hard-working guys and put an emphasis on quality. Were punctual and easy to communicate with. Everything that I asked them to look at, they fixed no questions asked. They make sure that you are 100% satisfied before collecting final payment. I would definitely use these guys again in the future.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. We had several options for this work that were presented to me in a very clear way so that I could understand the pros and cons of each as well as the expense. I truly felt like the ultimate goal was to do quality work and to make the customer happy and nothing else was going to compete with that. This project instilled so much confidence and trust in me that we chose All About Awesome for a much larger scale remodeling job without even getting other proposals.

After my last experience with Ben and Dan, I had asked Ben to give me a quote on installing to storm doors and one roll out window. Ben looked it over and gave me a quote for the installation. He even gave me the dimensions of the window that wI would need. Then he told me to give him a call once the doors and window were in and he would come up and get them installed. Almost 3 months later, I had gotten my act together and had bought the doors and window. I called Ben and 3 days later he and Dan were up doing the installation. Not only had Ben been very prompt, but he remembered the funky situation that was going to make this installation less than normal. As a result, he showed up to our house with everything needed to address every possible situation that could arise. In the end, it was this preparedness that allowed the job to be completed and done right. I now look at the finished product and wonder why I waited so long to have this done! It looks great, the craftsmanship was awesome, and the total cost was slightly below what he had estimated, and that even included the numerous alterations that had to be made just to get the doors hung!

I already had a good idea what I wanted done, but didn't know if it could actually be done. Ben came over from Aaa, took a look at the situation, then later provided me a time and money estimate to do the whole thing. The price was good so I gave him the approval to get started. All this time, my wife, not understanding drainage issues and how they can negatively impact your foundation and driveway, thought that this was not a good use of money, but she relented anyway. The day that Ben and Dan showed up, they got right to work and completed the job ahead of schedule. As an added bonus, they were able to reuse all of the materials that were originally removed, thus when my wife got home from work, she was not even aware that they had been there and had completed the entire job due to the fact the the wood all matched! The next day, the gutter sub showed up and completed installation of the new gutters. The gutter sub was able to match the existing color which also matched the metal roof. The best thing though, due to the fact they they were able to recycle most of the material the final cost was approximately 45% LESS, yes less than what Ben had originally proposed. In the end, Ben solved my drainage problem for a lot less cash and time than it would have taken me to accomplish the same project!

I hate to do anything that may make it harder to schedule All About Awesome for my next project because we have a long list of work that we hope to have done in the next couple of years. However, Ben and Dan deserve every bit of praise that I can give. Their work is excellent in every way. Communication was prompt, frequent and always friendly. The quality of their work is stellar and they are really such a pleasure to work with. I believe that the price we paid was more than fair for the work that we had done. This is the company that I will go directly to for all of my future projects.

AAA Construction was very prompt with responding to the first contact that I had with them and every time thereafter. We had many animals to deal with throughout the construction process of the fence, so we had to know that they would show up when they said they would, and it had to be done in a timely manner. They went above and beyond my expectations both with their punctuality and workmanship. There were suggestions made to the fence project that made it turn out even better than I had hoped for. I had contacted other fence companies that didn't contact me again after seeing our property. Our home is literally built on the side of a mountain, and because of the animals, I assume that is why the other companies didn't want to do it. I was so thankful when AAA Construction stepped up and treated us with courtesy and respect as a customer should be treated. They are a company with integrity and excellence and I highly recommend them!

All work was performed on schedule, within contract price, and to high standards. All crew members were punctual and skillful. Communications were excellent; all my questions about progress or other aspects of the work were answered promptly and informatively. Appearance of the finished construction was even better than I expected. I could not be more satisfied.

Ben is very easy to communicate with and work with. He had earlier in the year made an estimate for a metal rail, but was happy to re-do the estimate for wooden railings instead. He and his workmen did the whole job in less than a week -- including removing a large evergreen tree that was in the way at the landing area. They were unfailingly competent, pleasant and polite, helping me to negotiate the steps carefully when the old railing had been removed and I needed a hand up or down the steps. They securely set the upright posts in concrete, and by the end of the job had covered the unsightly concrete with the surrounding dirt from the garden. The finished the rails by sanding and sealing them with the appropriate materials. We are delighted with the whole job, which will enable us to stay more comfortably and safely in our mountain home as our joints age.

They were very professional, friendy, performed excelent work, completed it on time and for the estimated amount. I recommend them highly.

As before with our renovation, AAA construction did a fabulous job on replacing our decks. The quality of the job was excellent! As they demolished the decks, they immediately cleaned the debris and kept the job site nice. They strived throughout the construction in being meticulous with the detailing. We will use them again when we get ready for another project.

We were extremely pleased with their work. They were very meticulous in wanting to get everything as perfect as they could. My husband and I are hands on people and we were used to doing the work for ourselves. We had built one of our homes ourself before with our own hands so we knew as we watched the progress on the addition that it was absolute quality in their work. It was a hard decision for us to pay someone else to do it but we knew at our age now it was time to let someone younger take the load. They started demolition on the old walk out deck of the small dining room that was up on the second floor. Then they poured concrete cassions for the new room and deck and began to build the flooring and the framing around the existing dining room (that was still intact) to expand it out in three directions. After finishing the subflooring and walls, they removed the existing roof on the small dining room. Then they added the trusses and decking over the entire new and old section. They put in all of our new windows and doors. The window on the east side of the house was really big (three windows put together). It was a challenge since it was so heavy and had to be hoisted up to the second floor. Next step after they completely dried in the new addition was the insulation of the room itself and the subflooring since it was on the second floor level and then the drywall. Then they tore down the divider that they had put up to protect the inside of our house going into the new room. We did the painting on the new room and stained the trim work. They went to the next step of the trim work around all the windows and doors. They then installed our kitchen tile, then came the installation of all the oak wood flooring. After the completion of the oak flooring then they installed the baseboards. Then the very last, they detailed out and finished the walk out deck. Everything was detailed out very nicely. They were always on time, professional and during the entire demolition and building they kept everything picked up and as clean as it could be. AAA Construction will not be the cheapest bid that you will possibly get. We were used to south TX construction costs and were surprised at the expense of construction in CO. We got more than one bid and we chose to go with AAA. We also went through Angie's list to help us make our decision and the reviews for AAA were outstanding. I told Ben Roberson, the owner of AAA, that we were not used to seeing this kind of quality of work. Ben is very upfront and honest with you. He is a hands on owner and is in there doing the work along with his men so he never added a fee on top of the materials which saved us a lot compared to the other bids. We will be using AAA for other projects as well.

Ben was great. He called back promptly when I was looking for someone to do the work and was able to complete the job the following weekend. His work was great. He was very thorough in doing this small job and cleaned up everything before he left.

My house was built in 1924. Before putting it on the market to sell, there were some improvements that I wanted to have done. Per the usual practice, I met with several contractors to get estimates on the work. From the moment Ben came in the door, I knew it was going to be a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about my home and the era--offered suggestions on my ideas and discussed how things would proceed if I choose to work with his company. A couple of days later, I received a detailed estimate of all of the work, breaking down the cost of materials and labor for each item. The estimate was very fair. The next week the guys started on the work. They were extremely punctual (8:30 to 5 each day), respectful of my home, and tidy-cleaning up as they went along each day. The work was extremely thorough, ensuring my satisfaction at each step. As we encountered a few hiccups (as you always do), I was immediately approached and solutions and suggestions were discussed openly. Overall, this was a great experience. Being in a big city with thousands of contractors to choose from, I know that I could not have done better. AAA Construction was focused on the quality of the work, the safety of the workers, and the satisfaction of the customer all the way! I only wish I was staying in the area to use them again!

They did a great job. Our 8x20 shed was built in one day.

My house is on a very difficult grade in the mountains with the highest point being 50 or so feet off the ground. As a result I wanted to add a deck around that partition of the house for maintenance purposes. Ben and his team did the difficult work of digging some caissons and connecting the rest to bedrock. Then two tiers of decks were added with the upper deck being 25 or so feet off the ground. Bottom line is that it was a difficult project that was completed within budget. The result is a nice large and very strong deck that should last for years. During the process I received almost daily pictures of progress and was in fairly constant communication with Ben

He handled himself in a very professional manner. I was very impressed with him. We did decide to use someone else based on experience and the different products that were being used for the staining.

This was our first major remodeling project and Ben was a great guy to have on our first job. From the very first time we met for the estimate Ben was very friendly, knowledgeable, flexible and prompt. He is also very trustworthy, in fact we trusted him so much that we allowed him to finish project while we were out of the country. Ben was also very concerned that we got the product that we wanted. Several times throughout the remodel we changed our minds on what exactly we wanted and Ben always came through and made sure we got what we wanted, even if that required him to do extra work or move a wall out to give us more space. The quality of his work was also very good. One thing we really liked about his business is that he only works one project at a time so you know that you are getting his full and undivided attention and that comes through in his work. We have been very pleased with the work that Ben provided and plan on having him come back for future projects around the house.

He was great. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and able to answer all my questions. He was wonderful. He was on time and very nice. He called and did everything you would expect. The only reason I didn't pick them was because he was actually among the highest prices I got. I had got six bids for the job and his was one of the highest.

The job went very well from start to finish with no delays or unfortunate surprises.

By my count that's 5 major projects with 2 more on the way. If anything says "satisfaction", it's repeat business. Ben is a quality guy and will work with you to explore the various options of any project. He's honest, reliable, and does high quality work for a fair price. We can't recommend him more highly!

Everything went excellently! Ben completed the job to a very high level of workmanship. Due to some family issues, we asked him if he could try to speed completion of the deck, he committed to a much shorter time to complete the deck than originally planned and even beat this schedule by a couple days. We had a concept at the beginning of a "look" and design for the deck but did not have details of how it could be best accomplished at reasonable cost. Ben did an excellent job of investigating possible suppliers for the pipe rail material we needed and found great custom suppliers locally that, in combination, provided exactly what we wanted. All of this fit within the original budget and schedule. We really liked that most all of the work was done by Ben, the owner of the company, himself and not done by lesser skilled workers. This is a key factor in the quality the AAA provides. Ben also kept a very neat work site that further demonstrated his professionalism. He also kept us apprised at all times of his progress and schedule for the next several days. On the steps, Ben discovered some unexpected issues with the old steps. He immediately explained to us the problem and gave us several possible options. He ensured that each of the options were within or very close to the original estimate for the steps. The final work was very good and gave us a better solution than we had originally hoped for and at a very reasonable price. In the end, the work on both the deck and stairs exceeded our expectations. The result looks great through Ben's attention to all the little details and his working closely with us at all stages.

This is a great company. Work is done efficiently and is of high quality. Communication is provided daily by email or phone and Ben is very responsive. We look forward to working with him in the future on other projects.

Ben helped us complete a project with drywall texturing. He was promt, efficient and did good quality work. He is willing to work on a flexible schedule. He communicates about updates and answers questions in an efficient and professional manner. We will use this company again without reservation.
