Roto-Rooter saved our day today. We had a mainline clog/backup on a frigid Sunday morning and needed immediate help. Roto-Rooter arrived in less than two hours of my call and took care of our issue quickly. Saso and Christian were professional, knowledgeable and unfazed by the crazy cold outside temperatures. They worked swiftly but with precision to ensure the line was completely clear. We highly recommend Roto-Rooter and greatly appreciated their ability to resolve the problem seamlessly!

Description of Work: They installed a flange (original toilet did not have one) and replaced a worn-out wax wing on our leaking downstairs toilet. Bob Griffon and his apprentice were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They cleaned everything up afterwards very nicely. We will call Roto-Rooter again, without a doubt!

Description of Work: They were great. They came out in August and they had to blow out an exterior underground drain, from my downspout that exits into my lawn that was backed up. They were very prompt and helpful. They got the job done quickly. The tech was very personable too.

Installation was completed in only about 2.5 hours and the final product looked great! Had some billing questions and Manager Greg Swackhammer helped me understand and resolve them promptly. Great experience.

+ 0 moreDennis did come promptly, but talked very fast and sounded like a salesman. The price sounded high but I felt pressured to sign the release form quickly. I don't understand if there was a charge for coming out or not - he didn't specify that. Although he did fix the problem, I was left with an uneasy feeling and felt the price was too much for what he did. After all this happened, I got a call from the manager of Roto Rooter, concerned that I was unhappy with the service. I was pleasantly surprised and happy for this follow up call. He listenned to my experience and even sent me a $50 rebate and $50 for a future job. Good customer service is hard to come by and I commend Roto Rooter for reaching out to better my experience with them.
