Description of Work: I called to make an appointment regarding a door keypad lock that appeared to need a new battery. Mike gave me his estimate for the service call and then asked why I could not replace the battery myself. I put my husband on the line, since he was the one that wanted the locksmith to do it. My husband described the make of lock and some general features. Mike proceeded to instruct my husband what to do - what type battery to use and what screwdriver to use (at first glance, my husband thought that he needed a specialized tool). He asked Mike what we owed him for his time. He said there was no charge. My husband followed Mike's instructions and replaced the battery on his own. The lock works fine now. Based on the experience that we had with Mike over the telephone, he will be my first choice to call with any locksmithing service.

Description of Work: Michael is gold. I called this morning to have locks at our new house rekeyed and he was here at 3:30. Did all the routine stuff and changed out the problem areas. Definitely would use again.
