Description of Work: I wanted to replace 3 very old Kwikset locks with new Schlage locks. I purchased a $29 coupon that Viking Lock advertised on Angies List. They made an appointment within a couple of days to come to my house and install the new locks. The technician was on time, took a look at the 3 entry doors where I needed the locks and then got right to work. Unfortunately, one door was too narrow for the lock to work correctly so Gordon (the tech) said he would come back the next day to add a piece of hardware that would fix the problem and that he would call around noon to let me know when he would arrive. I did not hear from him the next day so I called Viking Lock to find out why and they told me he was on another job and would come back to finish my job the following day. I was a little disappointed in the company for not contacting me on the day I was expecting Gordon to return to let me know he would be unable to finish my job on the day he promised. Gordon did come back the following day and finished my job. I indicated above that I would use the company again but I have to admit that being ignored gives me pause to rethink that.
