The inspection was set up with one day's notice. Nate was thorough in checking everything in the house. He provided feedback as we went through the house. He was personable and professional throughout the inspection. His after action report was in depth and accurate with photos of all findings. Through his efforts we were able to identify issues that should be addressed by the seller and those I will take care of upon moving in.

My husband and I were late to the home inspection and Nate had already started the home inspection. He was generous enough to start from the begening when we arrived. He inspected the house thoroughly and answered all questions we posed. His final report of the inspection was detailed and easy to read. There was a small issue with the inspection contract in the end regarding the presents of the entire contract. However, he provided the requested document with no hesitation. His service is much appreciated.

What was so great that he offered a whole service packed which includes radon and water tests. That helped us a lot since we heard that radon is a delicate topic here in Colorado. He recommended us also other professions to solve the discovered problems. Overall we really trust Nate and will hire him again for our next project!

As a future homeowner I am more interested in repairs or problems that can result in major expense to repair whether now or in the near future. This inspection company provided a report for just that to protect me, the buyer. Even though the home has a new roof, the provider caught a crack in the chimney cap as well as chimney flashing needing repair. He even advised the cleaning of the gutters to facilitate finding rust or leaks. Another bigger item of concern regarded the water heater having particles of rust in the bottom which could cause problems to the plumbing. He advised me on how to approach this with the seller. Since it is an older home, he reminded me about the sewer system to make sure before buying that the lines be inspected for any type of root damage etc. which could result in repairs of up to fifteen thousand dollars. I feel that the provider caught items of major concern and while working with him, I felt that he is totally dedicated to helping the prospective buyer for whom he is working. I would recommend him highly to anyone needing a careful and honest inspection.

Nate Hollis was very professional and customer oriented. His first comment was "This is a beautiful deck". While he conducted his inspection of our deck, he would explain in detail the items that needed to be corrected. I was impressed with his knowledge of the correct measurements the steps needed to be, he retrieved his manual from his vehicle and pointed out the dimensions. Nate was very considerate when he pointed out that the railings were not aligned, he utilized a level. Overall I'm very pleased with the inspection that Nate conducted and would recommend him to family members and friends.

He started on the main level and worked his way through the whole house testing everything. He also looked outside, in the attic, o. The roof. Overall I was extremely impressed.

I took my realtor's advice on using RCPI and Nate on my second home purchase in Colorado Springs. My first experience 18 months prior left a lot to be desired, so if he'd recommended the same one, I would have looked elsewhere.
