Description of Work: The cleaning team showed up on time. The first service was supposed to be deep cleaning. Although the cleaning team did an acceptable job, they did not do deep cleaning. It was basically just vacuuming, dusting and cleaning floors and bathrooms on one level of my home. I called twice last week to schedule a second cleaning. My calls were not returned. I received an email on Aug. 13 stating that they were no longer providing residential services & that I could request a refund. However, they did offer to do another cleaning on Aug. 23. I was not interested in continuing with this service provider.

Description of Work: It did not go well at all. The provider canceled their cleaning service before the work was performed. Extremely disappointed. Hope I will get a refund.

Description of Work: Excellent service. I explained that I wanted a deep cleaning -- baseboards, glass cabinets, ceiling fans, -- all the places that don't get cleaned on the weekly clean. She was excellent (I'm sorry, I can't remember the woman's name who did the work). She estimated her time perfectly to get everything done that I asked. She was pleasant, professional, and worked the entire four hours. I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: Could not get a firm date established for the service. Contact seemed very confused about why I called but set up a time that wasn't my best choice but then called to reschedule after my event date, so I canceled and got a refund.

Description of Work: I met Linda one month ago she said she was so busy she could not see come clean my house for four weeks. 4 weeks later she was a no-show. I gave her a phone call and no answer, so I left her a message. No return on the phone call, nothing. Unless Linda died, there is no other grade for that than F! What pile of crap.

Description of Work: Cleaner missed anticipated date before Mothers Day due to a conflict. Comments that "our house just went on forever." We have a 4500 square-foot house that needed an overall clean. We paid for a six hour cleaning job which should have been more than enough to clean the entire house. Our linoleum floors were cleaned very well. Our linoleum floors covered 100 ft.² of the house. One floor of the house was cleaned pretty well. Unfortunately, we have a three-story house. Cleaner claimed she and her partner put in eight hours at our house. My kids (10, 12, and 16) and I could have cleaned the house in less than two hours.

Description of Work: Cleaned the whole house and did an excellent job. We moved out of the house and our landlord was really impressed with the cleanliness of the whole house.
